Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and customer experience on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of active Shopee and Tokopedia users. The sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 97 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that service quality and customer experience have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is also proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, service quality and customer experience have a direct effect on loyalty, but are stronger through an indirect path mediated by customer satisfaction. The R² value of 0.945 on customer loyalty indicates that the model has very high predictive ability. This study provides a theoretical contribution by strengthening the understanding of the relationship between service, experience, satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of e-commerce, as well as a practical contribution for digital platform managers to improve service quality and customer experience in order to build long-term loyalty.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kejadian diare di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Berdasarkan data Kemenkes RI pada tahun 2018 jumlah penderita diare sebanyak 255.909. Diare merupakan masalah kesehatan umum yang terjadi pada anak-anak, dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pencegahan. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode permainan interaktif seperti bingo dapat menjadi salah satu media edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan dengan permainan bingo. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat pengaruh permainan bingo terhadap pengetahuan tentang diare dengan nilai p=0,001 0,05. Diskusi: Pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode permainan bingo efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang diare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the decision to purchase tickets online at Traveloka. The public's need for transportation is so high, especially in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The limited space for people to carry out activities requires people to carry out activities online. In marketing activities, brand image and price become a reference for people to make purchases. For this reason, the company is expected to be able to improve public services and convenience in transacting through brand image and pricing.  This study uses quantitative methods with a population of 78 consumers. The distribution of questionnaires is done by using google forms to make it easier to get consumer data. The results of the F test are known that the calculated F value is 191.704 > F table 3.15, which means that there is a significant influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression value obtained Y = 3.440 + 0.171 X1 + 1.442 X2 where the most influential variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of convenience and usability in the adoption of electronic management systems (EMS) through a scientometric approach. Using a bibliometric analysis of 1,112 articles published in the Scopus database between 2014 and 2024, this study maps the thematic evolution, trends, and main clusters in the related literature. Topic network visualization techniques using VOSviewer and RStudio were used to identify dominant themes and reveal relationships between topics, such as technology acceptance model (TAM), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and other emerging technologies. The results show that convenience and ease of use continue to be key factors in EMS adoption, especially in sectors such as e-commerce, education, and healthcare. The emergence of new issues such as trust, risk, and privacy signals a shift in the focus of recent research, reflecting the need to consider psychological and social factors in modern technology. The theoretical implications suggest that while traditional models such as TAM are still relevant, the integration of new factors such as user satisfaction and privacy is becoming increasingly important.

Abstract

ISO 9001 certification audit process for PT. Halal Syariah Integration (PT.HSI) by Mutu Certification with findings in the form of twelve  non-conformity findings, and seven opportunities for improvement.  The implications of the results of the findings are in the form of nine main steps to improvement at PT. HSI, namely: 1. Business process that describes the interaction of each organizational function, 2. Socialization of Quality Policy  can be accessed by interested parties and be  programmed systematically, 3. Determines General Company Regulations which contain the authority, responsibilities, requirements and competencies, 4. Prepares standardization of the learning process at LPK and LSP which includes infrastructure standards, educational staff, curriculum and learning module, 5. Infodok Standard SOP ensure that all organizational functions are equipped with work processes procedures, 6. Each organizational function should monitor, measure, analyze, evaluate the achievement of SMART Quality Goal targets, take corrective steps, and prevent failed targets, 7. Carry out analysis and evaluation of the perceptions of customers satisfaction, 8. Carry out internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 rules, with audit topics in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements that are relevant to the organization's functions , 9. Management Review Meetings are carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and contain recommendations and verification from Top Management regarding the results of management review meetings.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetic wounds are open wounds on the skin surface due to major complications of diabetes mellitus. Nurses have an important role in treating diabetic wounds by controlling wounds, cleaning wounds, keeping moisture with dressing, and removing dead tissue. One of the bandages in circulation is silver dressing. To know the effectiveness of use silver dressing on diabetic wound healing. Shaped research designquasi eksperiment without control with the pretest posttest approach, namely by carrying out the pretest then being given an action with a dressing silver dressing, after that it is continued with the posttest. With a total of 25 respondents. The research instrument used a study sheet Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool (BWAT). The statistical test used is testpaired sampel t-tes.  The research results obtained an average pretest BWAT score of 38.44 ± 8.14 and a posttest of 24.80 ± 5.89. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the pretest posttest BWAT assessment scores with scoresp-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). After use silver dressing in diabetic wound patients there was a decrease in the BWAT score in all patients. So that can be said silver  dressing effective as a dressing for diabetic wound healing Diabetic wound sufferers are expected to use silver dressing as one of the efforts in the healing process of diabetic wounds. Keywords: Diabetic ulcer, Silver Dressing  ABSTRAK Luka diabetikum adalah luka terbuka pada permukaan kulit akibat komplikasi mayor dari diabetes melitus. Perawat mempunyai peran penting dalam melakukan perawatan luka diabetikum dengan cara mengkontrol luka, membersihkan luka, menjaga kelembaban dengan balutan, serta mengangkat jaringan mati. Salah satu balutan yang beredar adalah silver dressing. Mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas dari penggunaan silver dressing terhadap penyembuhan luka diabetikum. Desain penelitian berbentuk quasy eksperiment without control dengan pendekatan pretest posttest yaitu dengan dilakukan pretest kemudian diberikan tindakan dengan balutan silver dressing, setelah itu dilanjut dengan posttest. Dengan jumlah 25 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar pengkajian Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool (BWAT). Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji paired sampel t-tes. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata skor BWAT pretest sebesar 38,44 ± 8,14 dan posttest sebesar 24,80 ± 5,89. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan skor pengkajian BWAT pretest postest dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Setelah penggunaan silver dressing pada pasien luka diabetikum terjadi penurunan skor BWAT pada semua pasien. Sehingga dapat dikatakan silver dressing efektif sebagai balutan penyembuhan luka diabetikum. Penderita luka diabetikum diharapkan dapat menggunakan silver dressing sebagai salah satu upaya dalam proses penyembuhan luka diabetikum. Kata Kunci: Luka Diabetikum, Silver Dressing

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kejadian anemia atau rendahnya kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada ibu hamil di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Kondisi tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh kurang mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi, vitamin B12, asam folat dan vitamin C. Jambu biji merupakan buah yang kaya akan vitamin C. Kandungan zat besi pada 200 ml jus jambu kristal yaitu 6,9 mg zat besi dan jus jambu biji merah yaitu 6,8 mg zat besi. Mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas konsumsi jus jambu kristal dan konsumsi jus jambu biji merah terhadap kadar Hb ibu hamil trimester 1 dengan anemia di TPMB Rumah Sehat Bidan Novi S. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental dengan pendekatan two group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel ibu hamil dengan anemia sebanyak 30 orang yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok yang konsumsi jus buah jambu kristal dan konsumsi jus buah jambu merah. Setiap ibu hamil mengkonsumsi jus jambu sebanyak 200 ml selama 14 hari. Peningkatan kadar hemoblobin diukur dengan uji statistik Paired Sample T-test dan Independent T-Test. (1) Ada peningkatan rata-rata kadar Hb ibu hamil trimester 1 dengan anemia yang mengkonsumsi jus jambu kristal dari 10,13 g/dl menjadi 10,63 g/dl (p value ≤ 0,05); (2) Ada peningkatan rata-rata kadar Hb ibu hamil dengan anemia yang mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji merah dari 10,23 g/dl menjadi 10,41 g/dl (p value ≤ 0,05); (3) Peningkatan kadar Hb ibu hamil trimester 1 dengan anemia yang mengkonsumsi jus jambu kristal dan jus jambu biji merah tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dengan nilai p value ≥ 0,05. Jus jambu kristal dan jus jambu biji merah keduanya memiliki efektivitas yang sama dalam meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil trimester 1 dengan anemia di TPMB Desa Bantarjaya. Kata Kunci: Jambu Kristal, Jambu Biji Merah, Ibu Hamil Anemia  ABSTRACT The phenomenon of anemia or low hemoglobin (Hb) levels among pregnant women in Indonesia is still relatively high. This condition happens due to lack of consuming enough foods that contain iron, vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin C. Guava is a fruit that is rich in vitamin C. The iron content in 200 ml of crystal guava juice is 6.9 mg of iron while juice red guava is 6.8 mg of iron. To determine the comparison of the effectiveness of consumption of crystal guava juice and consumption of red guava juice on the Hb levels of pregnant women in the first trimester with anemia at TPMB Rumah Sehat Midwife Novi S. This research uses quasi experimental with a two-group pretest and posttest design approach. The sample of pregnant women with anemia was 30 people who were divided into two groups who consumed crystal guava fruit juice and consumed red guava fruit juice. Each pregnant women consumed 200 ml of guava juice for 14 days. The increase in hemoglobin levels was measured using the Paired Sample T-test and Independent T-Test statistical tests. (1) There was an increase in the average Hb level of 1st trimester pregnant women with anemia who consumed crystal guava juice from 10.13 g/dl to 10.63 g/dl (p value ≤ 0.05); (2) There was an increase in the average Hb level of pregnant women with anemia who consumed red guava juice from 10.23 g/dl to 10.41 g/dl (p value ≤ 0.05); (3) There was no significant difference in the increase in Hb levels in 1st trimester pregnant women with anemia who consumed crystal guava juice and red guava juice with a p value ≥ 0.05. Abstract

Kualitas sperma merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program bayi tabung. Parameter pemeriksaan sperma yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi telah diketahui memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas sperma dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate pada pasien yang menjalani program bayi tabung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Melati RSAB Harapan Kita sebagai pusat pelayanan infertilitas pertama di Indonesia yang dilakukan dari bulan Januari hingga Desember 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Cross Sectional. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan uji statistik Chi Square serta analisis deskriptif. Data kualitas sperma dianalisis menggunakan kriteria World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2010 yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi sperma. Fertilization rate ditentukan berdasarkan persentase sel telur yang terbuahi, sementara cleavage rate diukur berdasarkan persentase embrio yang berhasil membelah setelah fertilisasi. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas sperma yang meliputi konsentrasi, motilitas dan morfologi sperma dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate. Hal ini disebabkan karena penggunaan prosedur Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) yaitu penyuntikan sel telur dengan sel sperma yang dilakukan di RSAB Harapan Kita. Rekomendasi lebih lanjut adalah dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berhubungan dengan fertilization rate dan cleavage rate selain kualitas sperma.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation, and employee creativity in the creative industries in Bali. A quantitative research design was adopted, and data was collected from 128 employees working in various creative sectors. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was used for data analysis. The research results show a significant positive relationship between organizational communication, participative leadership, work motivation and employee creativity. Organizational communication, participative leadership, and work motivation together explain about 60.2% of the variance in employee creativity. These findings underscore the importance of fostering open communication channels, empowering leadership practices, and motivational strategies to foster a culture of creativity and innovation in Bali's creative industries. Despite the contributions of this study, several limitations must be acknowledged, the cross-sectional nature of the data limits causal conclusions about the relationships studied.

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam upaya perbaikan gizi masyarakat karena pada tahap ini, fungsi organ otak mulai berkembang dengan baik, sehingga proses perkembangan kecerdasan berlangsung dengan cepat. Dalam hal ini, orang tua memiliki peran penting pada tumbuh kembang anak yang dapat ditinjau dari makanan yang dikonsumsi. Madu merupakan salah satu suplemen makanan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan pada semua usia, melengkapi makanan sehat bergizi. Madu memiliki manfaat untuk menyehatkan tubuh dengan kandungan vitamin, asam amino, mineral dan enzim yang berguna bagi tubuh manusia. Tujuan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan madu sebagai suplemen kesehatan  dan penyuluhan  nutrisi seimbang untuk mencegah masalah gizi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di SLB BC Manunggal Bakti Pangkalan Jati, Kecamatan Cinere, Depok, Jawa Barat. Peserta kegiatan adalah orang tua siswa. Pengukuran status gizi dilakukan kepada para siswa. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan, pemberian leaflet mengenai isi piringku, dan tanya jawab. Bingkisan makanan sehat berupa madu, telur, roti dan susu diberikan kepada siswa.  Hasil dari penyuluhan adalah orang tua menjadi lebih paham mengenai manfaat madu dan mengenai nutrisi makanan sehat yang dibutuhkan oleh anak-anaknya. Orang tua memiliki perhatian mengenai materi, ditinjau dari pertanyaan yang diajukan. Hasil pengukuran status gizi menunjukkan 51% siswa memiliki status gizi baik. Adapun lainnya adalah status gizi kurang dan lebih. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemauan para orangtua untuk memberikan madu sebagai suplemen kesehatan dan  makanan sehat bergizi sesuai isi piringku yang menjadi program nasional kesehatan..
