Abstract

Junk food consumption in adolescents refers to the habit of consuming fast food or processed foods that are generally high in calories, saturated fat, sugar, and salt, but low in essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Junk food consumption harms nutritional status, as well as contributing to physical and mental health problems. In adolescent girls, excessive consumption of junk food can cause menstrual disorders. To analyze factors related to junk food consumption and the relationship between junk food consumption and its impact on nutritional status, physical health, mental health, and menstrual disorders. This study employed a cross-sectional design with a sample of 107 students from SMK Mutiara, using questionnaires and direct measurements for data collection. The data were analyzed using two approaches: bivariate analysis (Chi-Square test) and multivariate analysis (binary logistic regression). There was a relationship between peer factors, attitude, motivation, self-control, knowledge, taste, and social media exposure with junk food consumption, with a p-value of < 0.05. There was no significant relationship between junk food consumption and nutritional status, with a p-value of greater than 0.05. There is a relationship between junk food consumption and physical health, mental health, and menstrual disorders, with a p-value of < 0.05. The most significant factor influencing junk food consumption is exposure to social media. Young women need to increase awareness of the impact of excessive junk food consumption by managing peer influence, building healthy motivation, practicing self-control, and being more selective about food content on social media to maintain health.

Abstract

To support the development of the economic potential of the Tugu Selatan tourist village, Cisarua, West Java, village business entities and lecturers from six universities collaborated to optimize entrepreneurial products into superior products in the village. This is crucial for improving the quality and competitiveness of MSMEs, which are the backbone of the regional economy, particularly in Kampung Koboi and Kampung Susu. MSMEs play a vital role in the national and regional economy. However, many MSMEs experience difficulties in business and financial management and require a better understanding of aspects of entrepreneurship, business legality, financial management, and more. Therefore, we held a Community Service Program as one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Community Empowerment). This program included training and mentoring for entrepreneurs in the Tugu Selatan tourist village, Cisarua, West Java, specifically Kampung Koboi and Kampung Susu, to help them develop their products into superior products with global competitiveness. The community service activities took the form of training and mentoring. The participants were satisfied with the program and are willing to participate in similar activities and mentoring in the future

Abstract

Abstract

The transformation of the Indonesian fashion retail industry towards an omnichannel system requires a deeper understanding of the factors influencing customer repurchase intention. Among these factors, channel brand image and brand trust play a strategic role in shaping customer loyalty. This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between channel brand image, brand trust, and repurchase intention in Indonesian fashion retail. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review of scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 and relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that channel brand image, both offline and online, and brand trust consistently have a positive effect on repurchase intention. In addition, several studies identify customer satisfaction and risk perception as mediating or moderating variables in the relationship between these variables. This study confirms that consistent channel brand image management and strengthening customer trust are key to increasing loyalty and encouraging continuous repurchase in the Indonesian fashion retail industry.
