Abstract

Pedagogic competence is one of the competencies that must be mastered by educators. Because with this competence the quality of education and more specifically learning will be more quality so that it is expected that the knowledge taught can be absorbed to the maximum. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervisory supervision, compensation, and work motivation on pedagogical competence of non-civil servant Islamic education teachers in Pekalongan district. This research is a quantitative research with regression. This study uses a quantitative approach to see the causality relationship of several factors that influence the pedagogical competence of teachers. The population in this study was 52 non-civil servant PAI teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire and document study, after that the data was tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS AMOS 21. The results showed that supervision, compensation and motivation had an effect on the teacher's pedagogical competence. Suggestions put forward: (1) to supervisors to conduct routine and periodic supervision to teachers, (2) principals and government to allocate budgets to improve compensation received by non PNS teachers, (3) teachers must always motivate themselves to provide services the best for the main students at the time of learning. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational commitment and competencies on performance teacher moderated academic supervision. While the issues rise in this study are: (1) tested the influence of organizational commitment, competence and supervision of academic performance against teachers, (2) to test whether moderate academic supervision competence and organizational commitment on performance of teachers. This research using a sample of high school teacher of Kesatrian Education Foundation under 67 Semarang as many as 101 teachers. Sampling by using census technique while model analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are: (1) Competence proven positive and significant effect on performance of teachers, (2) significant Organizational Commitment has no effect on performance of teachers, (3) Academic Supervision proved to be moderate the relationship between Competences with the performance of teachers, (4) Academic Supervision unproven moderate the relationship between organizational commitments to the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This aims of the study are determining, testing and analyzing the influence of school principal leadership and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) teachers by using organizational culture as an intervening variable in SMP / MTS Boarding School teachers which spreading across in Banyumas Residency . The respondents of this study were 170 SMP / MTS Boarding School teachers which spreading across in Banyumas Residency. The way to take the sample are using proportional random sampling and analysis techniques using path on analysis ( path analysis ) . The results showed that: 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership on organizational culture. 2) There is an influence of the work environment on organizational culture. 3) There is an influence of the principal's leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) . 4) There is an influence of the work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) . 5) There is an influence of culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) . 6) There is an influence of the principal's leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through organizational culture. 7) There is an influence of the work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through organizational culture. Based on these findings, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can be improved through the improvement in leadership of the school principal, work environment and organizational culture.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the process of improving human resources (HR). Human resources are the factors that have the biggest role in achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership and teacher commitment on teacher performance with organizational culture as the mediating variable for public high school teachers in Kudus Regency. The sampling technique used is proportionate random sampling with a total sample of 207 teachers taken from seven public schools in Kudus Regency. Data analysis employes path analysis with the help of AMOS 24.0 program. Questionnaire is used as the instrument of data collection. The results show that principal's leadership and teacher commitment directly affect organizational culture; principal's leadership and organizational culture affect teacher performance; teacher commitment does not affect teacher performance; and principal's leadership affects teacher commitment. As for the indirect effect, organizational culture is able to mediate the effect of principals' leadership on teacher performance, while organizational culture is not able to mediate the effect of teacher commitment on teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

A teacher's performance is determined by the quality and quantity of the work they complete while carrying out their responsibilities, which include creating lesson plans, implementing instruction, collecting data from assessments, and analyzing assessments. Many factors influence teacher performance, including principal leadership, organizational culture, MGMP participation, and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and MGMP participation on teacher performance through job satisfaction of Junior High School teachers in Semarang City.The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling with 200 total sample teachers taken from eight state schools in Semarang City. This data analysis uses path analysis using Amos 23.0 program. Questionnaires were used as data collection instruments.The research results show that the principal's leadership has a direct influence on organizational culture and MGMP participation; organizational culture has a direct effect on MGMP participation; the principal's leadership has a direct effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction; MGMP participation does not affect job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance and MGMP participation has a direct effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, for indirect effects, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance; Job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on teacher performance, while job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of MGMP participation on teacher performance.
