Abstract

Unemployment can occur due to imbalances in the labor market. This shows that the number of labor forces offered exceeds the number of labor forces requested. The purpose of the study is to analyze factors influencing the unemployment rate: a comparison among five ASEAN countries. This study used quantitative research. The data collection method in this study is documentation with secondary data since the year 2000-2018. The hypothesis test in this study is done by using Regression analysis and ANOVA with single Classification followed by Post Hoc Analysis. Analysis results analyze factors influencing the unemployment rate: a comparison among ASEAN-5 countries is showed (F=4.599; p<0.002). There is a significant impact of wage, inflation, economic growth and education on unemployment in ASEAN countries. The result found that among the several factors that cause unemployment in a countries the most significant is inflation value is 0.003 < 0.05. While other factors such as wage, economic growth, and education affect but are not significant. Future research should add other variables affecting the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru diantaranya adalah diklat, lingkungankerja dan motivasi kerja. Selain itu adanya keterlibatan pengawas yaitu kepala sekolah danpengawas sekolah. jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakandata yang dikumpulkan dari sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yangmenghasilkan jumlah sampel 200 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang sudahdivalidasi secara empirik terhadap 30 orang responden. Dengan teknik analisis jalur ditemukanhasil sebagai berikut. (1) diklat berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru secara langsung,berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi guru secara tidak langsung melalui supervisi kepala sekolah,melalui supervisi pengawas sekolah. (2) lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi secara langsungterhadap kompetensi guru tetapi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui supervisi kepalasekolah  dan melalui supervisi pengawas sekolah. (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadapkompetensi guru secara langsung, berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui supervisi kepalasekolah, melalui supervisi pengawas sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to explain the impact of financial and non-financial factors, namely firm size, profitability, leverage, liquidity, activity ratio, CSR disclosures and environmental performance on firm value. This research is quantitative study with causality research design. Company Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) participating companies whose shares are listed on the IDX during 2015-2019 were the population of this study. The purposive sampling technique was chosen to obtain the sample of 35 companies with 140 units of analysis. This research applied a multiple linear regression test on panel data collected from secondary data. The results show the firm value can be explained by firm size, profitability, and activity ratio in a positive direction. Meanwhile, the negative influence is shown by leverage and liquidity and CSR disclosure & environmental performance cannot influence the firm value significantly. Managers are expected can optimize their asset management, because firm size, profitability, and activity ratio have a positive and significant effect on firm value and be careful of using debt, because liquidity and leverage are proven to have negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence environmental disclosure. The study population is 156 companies consisted of companies in the agricultural sector, the consumer goods industry sector, and the basic & chemical industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and participated in PROPER 2014-2018. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the research sample in order to obtain 26 company samples or 130 units of analysis. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of environmental disclosure in the three corporate sectors in Indonesia is classified as low, due to the absence of standard guidelines for conducting environmental disclosure, so it is still voluntary. The results also show that the variables of board commissioners’ size, size of the audit committee, environmental certification, profitability, and company size have a significant positive effect on environmental disclosure, while leverage has no effect on environmental disclosure. With the low level of corporate environmental disclosure in Indonesia, it is hoped that the government can establish standard, precise, and mandatory guidelines so that companies can further increase information regarding environmental disclosure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi determinan dari kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pati yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian ini adalah kesiapan kerja dipengaruhi oleh kerjasama dan kerajinan. Kerajinan dipengaruhi oleh inisiatif dan kreatifitas, tanggung jawab, sikap dan disiplin kerja. Inisiatif dan kreatifitas dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja dan sikap. Tanggung jawab dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan inisiatif dan kreatifitas. Prestasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh tanggung jawab, sikap dan kerjasama. Kerjasama dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja dan disiplin kerja dipengaruhi oleh sikap.The objectve of the study is to identify the determinants of working resdiness among vocational students in SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The sample is taken from all of accountancy students class XII SMK Negeri 1 Pati who amount to 100 students. The method of data collection uses questionnaire and documentation. Whereas data analysis comprises descriptive analysis and SEM analysis ( Structural Equation Modeling ). The results show that job rediness is in fluenced by cooperation and industriousness. Industriousness is influenced by initiative and creativeness, responsibility, attitude and working discipline. Initiative and creativeness are influenced by working discipline and attitude. Responsibility is influenced by attitude, initiative and creativeness. Working achievement is influenced by responsibility, attitude and cooperation. Cooperation is influenced by discipline in working and it is influenced by attitude.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal, diketahui bahwa 75% guru ekonomi SMA belum siap dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Selain itu, terdapat kendala dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 yakni kurangnya fasilitas yang mendukung dan kurangnya pelatihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi guru, pelatihan, fasilitas sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran pengawas sekolah terhadap kesiapan guru ekonomi SMA dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Purbalingga yang berjumlah 36 guru. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian sensus dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang sedikit. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah angket. Data variabel dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru, pelatihan, fasilitas sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran pengawas sekolah secara simultan sebesar 74,5%. Secara parsial kompetensi guru berpengaruh sebesar 14,82%, pelatihan berpengaruh sebesar 30,36%, fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh 15,13% dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh sebesar 12,74%, sedangkan peran pengawas sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan guru ekonomi dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013. Based on the beginning observation, it is known that 75% of high school economics teacher is not ready to implement curriculum 2013. Besides, there were obstacles in implementing curriculum 2013 such as the lack of supporting facilities and training. This study investigates whether there are influences of teacher competence, training, school facilities, principal leadership and supervisory roles on senior high school economics teachers in implementing curriculum 2013 in Purbalingga regency. The population of this research was the senior high school economics teachers in Purbalingga regency consisted of 36 people. This study applied a census research because of the small number of population.  The method used in collecting data was questionnaire. Variable data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses. The result of this study statistically showed that there were influences of teacher competence, training, school facilities, principal leadership, and supervisory role in implementing curriculum 2013 in the percentage of 75%. Partially, teacher competence about 14,82%, training about 30,36%, school facilities about 15,13%, and principal leadership about 12,74%, while supervisory role did not influence economics teacher readiness in the implementation of curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara lingkungan keluarga, peran guru, dan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Semarang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung yaitu melalui kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 216 siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Semarang dan sampel sebanyak 141 siswa yang diambil secara proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi secara langsung. Peran guru dan teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap prestasi belajar. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung lingkungan keluarga, peran guru, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar.The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a positive influence of family environment, teacher’s role, and friends on the same age on economics learning achievement of the tenth graders of SMAN 7 Semarang directly and indirectly through learning independence. This study was a quantitative study that had a population of 216 tenth graders of SMAN 7 Semarang and 141 samples of the students chosen by employing proportional random sampling. The methods of collecting data were documentation and questionnaires while the methods of analyzing data were descriptive and path analyses. The result of the study showed that there was influence of family environment on economics learning achievement directly. Teacher’s role and the friends on the same age did not influence directly on economics learning achievement. Family environment, teacher’s role, and the friends on the same age could influence economics learning achievement indirectly.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui: Implementasi model Reciprocal Teaching berbantuan “Economics Module” dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi dan hasil belajar ekonomi lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Serta implementasi model Reciprocal Teaching berbantuan “Economics Module” dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan aktivitas siswa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model konvensional.Penelitian ini menggunakanTrue experimental design. Populasinya adalahsiswa kelas XIIIS di SMA Negeri 3 Demak tahun pelajaran 2014/2015, yang terdiri dari 5 kelas sebanyak 182 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive sampling yang kemudian didapat sampel kelas XI IIS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan tesdan observasi.Pengujian H1 yaitu menggunakan uji paired sample t-tets, uji H2 menggunakan independent sample t-test, pengujian H3 menggunakan uji paired sample t-tets danuji H4 menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar setelah perlakuan dengan modelReciprocal Teaching berbantuan “Economics Module” dilihat dari rata-rata nilaipost-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,1 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 80. Terdapat peningkatan pada aktivitas siswa setelah perlakuan model Reciprocal Teaching berbantuan “Economics Module” dilihat dari total nilai rata-rata pada pertemuan pertama sampai pertemuan terakhir pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 59,29 lebih tinggi dibandingkan total nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol sebesar 39,43. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan agar guru ekonomi menerapkan modelReciprocal Teaching berbantuan Economics Module karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi pada kompetensi dasar pasar modal dan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. The purpose in this research is to find out: the implementation model reciprocal teaching assisted “economics module” can improving economics learning outcomes and economics learning outcomes is more effective than using conventional learning model. The implementation model reciprocal teaching assisted “economics module” can improving student activity and student activity is more effective than using conventional learning model.This research used true experiment design. The population is grade XI IIS in SMA Negeri 3 Demak in academic year 2014/2015, which consisted of five classes of as many as 182 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling were the obtained samples class XI IIS 3 as experimental class and XI IIS 2 as the class control. The method of data collection is by testing and observing. H1 testing i.e. using paired samples t-test tets, test H2 using independent sample t-test, H3 testing i.e. using paired samples t-test tets and test H4 using independent sample t-test.The results showed that there is an increasing learning outcomes after treating with a model Reciprocal Teaching assisted “Economics Module” as seen from the average value of post-test experiment class of 86,1 is higher than post-test of control class 80. There is an increasing on students activity after treating with a model Reciprocal Teaching assisted “Economics Module” as seen from the average value of total value in the first meeting to the last meeting in the experimental class of 59,29 is higher than the average value of control class 39,43. The suggestion of the study expected that economy teachers apply Reciprocal Teaching model assisted Economics Module it is proven the effectiveness to improving learning economics outcomes in basic competencies on capital market and increasing students activity in economic learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran student engagement dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep akuntansi siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI paket keahlian akuntansi yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, pearson correlation, canonical correlation, analisis regresi uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor student engagement berkorelasi signifikan dengan faktor pemahaman konsep akuntansi. Hasil analisis canonical correlation menunjukkan bahwa kovariat pemahaman konsep berkorelasi signifikan dengan canonical variablesHasil regresi uji parsialmenunjukkan AC berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan EXPL. ACL berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan INF. SSI berpengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors serta EEE dan SLE tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa AC, ACL, SSI, EEE dan SLE secara berturut-turut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dependent factors.Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sekolah perlu meningkatkan tantangan akademik yang dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dengan mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung siswa untuk dapat mencapai pemahaman konsep akuntansi. This study aims to determine the role of student engagement to improve the understanding of accounting concepts in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The subject of this study is the students of XI class which has accounting expertise competence 100 students. The method of data collection using documentation and questionnaire. The data analys method used were descriptive statistic, pearson correlations, canonical correlations, partial and simultan test regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the factor of student engagement have a significant correlation with factor of understanding of accounting concept. The result of canonical correlations analysis show that covariate of understanding of accounting concept have a significant correlation with canonical variables.The result of partial test regression show that AC correlates with all dependent factors except EXPL. ACL correlates with all dependent factors except INF. SSI affects all dependent factors and the other hand EEE and SLE have no influence with all dependent factors. simultan test results show that AC, ACL, SSI, EEE and SLE has significantly influence dependent factors continously. Suggestions from this study, the school need to improve the academic challenge that stimulate student activeness with developing extracurricular activities and create a learning environment that supports students to beable to achieve understanding of accounting concepts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh perceived of technology, perceived of risk, perceived of usefulness, subjective norm, perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use electronic banking. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun angkatan 2015, 2016 dan 2017 berjumlah 2.597 mahasiswa dan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 347 mahasiswa. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived of usefulness, subjective norm, perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan subjective norm terhadap perceived of usefulness dan perceived ease of use (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived ease of use terhadap perceived of usefulness (4) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan perceived of technology terhadap perceived of usefulness, subjective norm, dan perceived ease of use (5) ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan perceived of risk terhadap perceived of usefulness dan subjective norm sedangkan perceived of risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived ease of use. Saran dari penelitian ini untuk pihak bank adalah melakukan sosialisasi didalam kegiatan kampus sekaligus menjalin kerjasama dengan organisasi mahasiswa sehingga layanan atau produk keuangan khususnya electronic banking akan dikenal lebih luas oleh mahasiswa.
