Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has a triple burden of nutritional problems, namely stunting, wasting and obesity as well as micronutrient deficiencies such as anemia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between intake of macronutrients and nutritional status based on BMI. This study uses a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out in September-October 2021 in Palembang with a sample of 129 young women selected by purposive sampling. The variables to be examined in this study were the nutritional status of female adolescents based on BMI, while energy, protein, fat and carbohydrate intake was measured using the semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire method. Data analysis used the Chi Square test to see the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between protein intake and the nutritional status of female adolescents (p<0.05), while energy, carbohydrate and fat intake were not related to nutritional status (p> 0.05). This proves that protein intake is very important for young women to support growth.

Abstract

This study examines Generation Z's sharia investment preferences in light of Islamic financial literacy and religion. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was utilized to analyze attitudes, subjective norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control as mediators. This quantitative study used an explanatory technique and a representative sample of 221 students from the University of Indonesia Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Faculty of Economics. This study used purposive and proportional sampling. This study uses Google Forms to collect primary data and give surveys. The Likert scale (1–5) measures participants' answers. SEM-PLS analysis is used to assess 55 items across six variables in this study. The analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0. This study shows that Generation Z's interest in Islamic Capital Market is not largely driven by religion or financial knowledge in Islam. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables may affect Generation Z's intention in sharia investing. This study shows an indirect association between Islamic Financial Literacy and Religiousness and Generation Z's intention in Sharia investments.

Abstract

The quality of nutrition determines the growth of toddlers. Fulfilling food quality using local food ingredients is an alternative that can be developed to produce more innovative food variations. The KKNT activities carried out in Desa Paya Pelu offered the idea of making Moringa Leaf Pudding because of the nutritional content of Moringa leaves. The idea for making Moringa leaf pudding was obtained from site observations and discussions between students and DPL. After getting the idea, the students held discussions with the Payaya Pelu Village government and Mutuah Miko Posyandu cadres to carry out socialization activities and provide moringa leaf pudding. The service activity schedule was carried out on 10-11 October 2023. The activity began with socialization carried out by students to provide an understanding of the nutritional qualities found in Moringa leaves. The students also provided examples of local food ingredients that could be innovated into foods with economic value and high nutrition. According to parents of toddlers, Moringa leaf pudding is a new reference that increases parents' understanding of culinary innovation. The posyandu cadres appreciated the students' activity ideas because they helped provide new understanding to the wider community and it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out on other occasions.

Abstract

. The UNICEF report states that the prevalence of stunting in children under the age of five (toddlers) in 2019 reached 21.3%. Toddlers are active consumers where they can choose the food they like. Parenting patterns of feeding toddlers play an important role in their growth and development, because they are closely related to the health and intelligence of children. Inappropriate feeding parenting will have an impact on nutritional deficits so that it will trigger stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between feeding parenting and the incidence of stunting. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional research design. Respondents were 48 people, who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data were processed by statistical tests and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there were 22.9% of respondents experiencing stunting and most of the respondents had a feeding pattern in the right category (79.2%). The results of the analysis stated that the parenting style of feeding (p < 0.001), family income (p = 0.015), and the mother's last education (p = 0.001) were related to the incidence of stunting. The conclusion of this study is that feeding parenting in the inappropriate category has a risk of stunting 38 times compared to toddlers who are given feeding parenting in the appropriate category (PR = 38,000, 95% CI: 5,494 – 262,851). The results of this study are expected to be an evaluation for parents so that they can pay attention to feeding parenting patterns so that children can grow and develop according to their age stages.

Abstract

Intense competition in the banking industry drives Islamic banks to offer digital services, boosting their performance and competitiveness. Digitization requires evaluation to measure the expected level of success. This study aims to assess the success of digital banking services in Islamic banks, considering not only financial gains, but also Maqashid Shariah-based indicators. Using the information system success model theory approach, the research began with an evaluation of the dimensions of the digital Shariah bank experience. Subsequently, we examined their influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, as well as the impact of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction on customer benefit, based on Maqashid Shariah. Using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, data were collected using a questionnaire. Responses from 443 respondents were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The study indicates that the success of digitization can be measured by customer satisfaction and loyalty, based on factors such as service quality, convenience, security, trust, innovation, value, and Sharia compliance, all aligned with Maqashid Shariah principles. Customer loyalty outweighs satisfaction with driving benefits. Hence, enhancing the digital Shariah bank experience is prioritized for successful Sharia digital banking, aiming at sustainable benefits.

Abstract

One of the strategic decisions in the company is related to dividend decisions. It becomes the basis for investors to invest in shares. Investors value income from dividends distributed by companies for more than income from capital gains. Investors prefer to receive payment now than future ones because they are faced with uncertainty. Regular dividend distribution indicates the company has bright prospects in the future. Accordingly, Dividends have a significant influence on the increase in share prices. Data were collected using the documentation method of 34 samples of the most liquid Islamic stocks listed on the IDX. This research uses the SPSS analysis technique and uses a partial test (t-test). The tests to determine the significance of each independent variable in influencing the dependent variable with a one-way test and using moderation regression to test and analyze the effect of dividends per share on stock prices, whether to strengthen/weaken the dependent variable. The study results found that profitability and solvency , as well as dividends, have a relationship with stock prices. The relationship between ROA and share prices as moderated by dividends is negative for stock prices. The relationship between ROE and share price, which is moderated by dividends, is positive but not significant. Dividends can significantly strengthen the DER relationship to the share price. In addition, dividends were able to strengthen DAR's relationship with share prices significantly.JEL: G11, G12, G41

Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of dependent variables (capital structure, current ratio, and profitability) on independent variables (company value) and test profitability moderation, gender diversity, and company size. Companies that use research data and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2017 through 2021 which are included in the research qualifications. Sourced from IDX website and company website. The results of the study found that the current ratio and profitability affect the value of the company. The size of the company negatively affects and the capital structure does not affect the value of the company. Profitability can strengthen the effect of the current ratio on company value and profitability cannot moderate the effect of capital structure on company value. Gender diversity can weaken the influence of capital structure and the current ratio to company value in a unidirectional manner. The influence of profitability on corporate values cannot be mitigated by gender diversity. The capital structure of the company can moderate its value depending on its size, which also has an impact on the company's value. The impact of the current ratio and profitability on the enterprise value cannot be mitigated by the company's size.
