Abstract

This study aims, (1). Analyzing the Influence of Religious Character on Students' Interest in Entrepreneurship at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency. (2) Analyzing the influence of the Confident Character on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency, (3). Analyzing the Effect of Responsible Character on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency with a total population and teacher sample of 90 students from grades 4, 5, and 6. This type of research was quantitative with a partial least squares (SEM-PLS) structural model approach. In this study, data were obtained from documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that (1) religious character had a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency. where the t-statistics value is greater than 1.96, (2) the character of self-confidence has a positive but not significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency, as shown in table 4.13 where the t-statistics value is smaller than 1, 96, (3). The character of responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students at SD Negeri 17 Bajoe, Bone Regency, where the t-statistic value is greater than 1.96..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui 1) Pembinaan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, 2) Standar Pembiayaan Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 dan Negeri 2 Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel sebanyak 22 orang terdiri dari 2 orang kepala sekolah dan 20 orang guru. Pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Anlisis data yakni analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pembinaan Manajerial SLB berada pada angka rata-rata 43,18 dari nilai ideal 60 dengan standar deviasi 4,23 berdasarkan pemaparan hasil dan pembahasan. Dalam hal pengkategorian variabel, nilai rata-rata termasuk dalam kategori sedang, yaitu interval 40X44. Pembinaan Manajerial berkualitas tinggi, 2) Rata-rata Standar Pembiayaan SLB 31,36, dengan variasi standar 2,40, dari nilai ideal 52. Untuk pengkategorian variabel, nilai rata-rata masuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu interval 30X32. Standar Pembiayaan berkualitas tinggi. Dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan manajemen prinsipal memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap standar pembiayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui 1) Implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu, 2) Kendala peningkatan mutu, 3) Solusi peningkatan mutu SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.  Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru kelas I dan IV. Prosedur mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data mengunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data,pengajian  data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu dengan penetapan nilai KKM, penetapan jadwal kegiatan siswa, adanya perubahan nilai UAS, tujuan peningkatan hasil ujian sekolah, dan peningkatan kualitas lulusan sekolah , sesuai dengan pemaparan hasil dan pembahasan, 2) Kendalanya pemahaman kalangan siswa, serta rendahnya disiplin siswa menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan mutu, 3) Solusi peningkatan mutu SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana, dengan menerapkan kebijakan peningkatan mutu dan memberikan pendekatan yang mendorong siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Kesimpulan peningkatan mutu di SDN 88 Bontosunggu Paitana berjalan dengan lancar, namun masih terdapat hambatan-hambatan tertentu dalam upaya peningkatan mutu yang sebenarnya. Namun, ada cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode quasy experiment yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media questions box dalam model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Palopo tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 pada materi pokok ikatan kimia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Palopo yang terdiri dari delapan kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Kelas yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X MIA3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPA6 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 40 peserta didik. Kelas eksperimen diajar dengan menggunakan media questions box dalam model pembelajaran discovery learning sedangkan kelas kontrol diajar dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning tanpa menggunakan media questions box. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah media questions box dan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar peserta didik. Pengambilan data hasil belajar dilakukan dengan pemberian pretest dan posttest. Data hasil belajar yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajara peserta didik kelas kontrol pada pretest dan posttest berturut-turut yaitu 35.8 dan 78.1 dengan rata-rata N-gain 0.644 dan kelas eksperimen yaitu 45.1 dan 83.1 dengan rata-rata N-gain 0.634. hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung = 6.2 pada taraf kepercayaan 0.05 dengan dk=78 diperoleh ttabel = 1.2. Oleh karena itu thitung > ttabel artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada media questions box menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. ABSTRACT This is a quasi-experiment research which is aimed to know the influence of media questions box in Discovery Learning towards students’ learning result of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Palopo in academic year 2019/2020 on chemical bond subject matter. The pre-test post-tests control group design was used in this research. The population of this study is the students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Palopo consisting of eight classes. Class X MIA3 as experimental class and X MIA6 as the control class which each of them is 40 students which was determined randomly. The experimental class was taught by Discovery Learning model using media questions box while the control class is taught by Discovery Learning model without using media questions box. The independent variable in this study was the media questions box and the dependent variable is students' learning result. Retrieval of students' learning result data is done by giving pre-test and post-tests. The students' learning result data were analysed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis showed the average learning outcomes of control class learners in pre-test and post-tests were 35.8 and 78.1, respectively with 0.644 an average of N-gain and experimental class of 45.1 and 83.1 with 0.634 an average of N-gain. The results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained tcount = 6.2 at the level of trust 0.05 with df = 78 obtained ttable = 1.2. Therefore tcount> ttable means H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. It shows that there is a significant influence on the media questions box using discovery learning model towards student's learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: The presence and abundance of phytoplankton are closely related to the physical and chemical parameters of water. Phytoplankton play a crucial role in aquatic ecosystems as primary producers and nutrient absorbers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nitrate and phosphate nutrient content and the abundance of phytoplankton in the Arungkeke Waters, Jeneponto Regency. Methods: This research utilized a combination of field measurements and laboratory analysis. Direct measurements in the Arungkeke waters were conducted to assess surface water parameters, including temperature, salinity, current velocity, transparency, and ph. Water samples were collected for laboratory analysis of phytoplankton composition and abundance, as well as nitrate and phosphate concentrations. Regression analysis was performed to determine the relationship between nutrient concentrations and phytoplankton abundance. Findings: The study identified two classes of phytoplankton present in the Arungkeke waters: Bacillariophyceae and Dinophyceae. Oceanographic parameters were measured, with temperature ranging from 28.3°C to 29.7°C, current velocity from 0.039 m/s to 0.073 m/s, salinity from 29.3 ppt to 32 ppt, transparency from 1.9 m to 2.3 m, and ph from 7.3 to 7.4. Nitrate concentrations ranged from 0.042 mg/L to 0.076 mg/L, while phosphate concentrations ranged from 0.046 mg/L to 0.056 mg/L. The regression analysis revealed a moderate relationship between phytoplankton abundance and nutrient concentrations, with an R² value of 0.44. Conclusions: The study concludes that phytoplankton abundance in the Arungkeke Waters is influenced by nitrate and phosphate concentrations, with a moderate correlation observed. The presence of Bacillariophyceae and Dinophyceae classes indicates the ecological significance of these waters as a primary production area. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study provides valuable insights into the interaction between nutrient dynamics and phytoplankton abundance in the Arungkeke Waters, which is a relatively understudied area. By identifying the classes of phytoplankton present and quantifying their relationship with key nutrients, this research contributes to a better understanding of the ecological processes in coastal waters.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in enhancing the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers at SD Inpres Macanda, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects include the KKG chairperson, school principal, and teachers at SD Inpres Macanda. The findings reveal that KKG significantly contributes to improving pedagogical and professional competencies through training participation, teacher collaboration, and innovative teaching strategies. However, factors such as limited time, imbalanced participation, and irrelevant training materials present challenges. The study highlights the importance of flexible planning and tailored training to overcome these obstacles and improve the overall teaching quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of social media on the development of students' discipline character at SD Kecil Mario, Tondong Tallasa District, 2) the influence of the surrounding natural environment on the formation of students' discipline character, 3) the simultaneous effect of social media and the surrounding natural environment on students' discipline character, and 4) the dominant variable affecting the formation of students' discipline character. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire from 86 students using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, and F-test with SPSS 26. The results show that both social media and the natural environment significantly influence students' discipline character, with the natural environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tunjangan Profesi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Tunjangan Profesi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal komparatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto (noneksperimen) dengan rancangan korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Soppeng dengan sampel 72 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis dengan uji t, uji F, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng, 2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. 3) Tunjangan Profesi Guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng. 4) Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Tunjangan Profesi Guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Soppeng.

Abstract

Desa Manera di Kecamatan Salomekko, Kabupaten Bone, memiliki potensi perikanan yang melimpah, termasuk hasil tangkapan ikan rucah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan rucah melalui pelatihan pengolahan menjadi tepung ikan sebagai bahan baku pakan ternak. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung kepada kelompok nelayan dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Manera. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan rucah menjadi produk bernilai jual. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Gimkit learning media in  discovery learning model on the conceptual understanding of class XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Makassar on  material of solubility and solubility product in 2023/2024 using quasi-experimental and posttest only control group design. Population includes all class XI students with simple random sampling. XI Kimia 1 (24 students) as experimental group, while XI Kimia 3 (35 students) as control group. Independent variables use Gimkit in discovery learning and discovery learning model without Gimkit, while dependent variable is conceptual understanding as measured through cognitive learning outcomes. Instrument uses a learning outcome test. The results of descriptive analysis that average learning outcomes of experimental group are 82.87 higher than control group 78.7. Inferential analysis using Mann-Whitney Test shows Zcount> Ztable (2.00> 1.64), meaning that Gimkit in discovery learning affects students' conceptual understanding.
