Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskripif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk makanan UMKM Pocong Pancong di Kota Malang. Batasan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berpotensi membeli produk UMKM Pocong Pancong minimal 1 kali. Dan selama tahun 2023 jumlah konsumen yang berkunjung sebanyak 11.904 orang. Untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan berdasarkan rumus slovin didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis, digunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t) dan uji F yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah semua variabel independen yang dimasukkan dalam model mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan terhadap variabel dependen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Electronic Word of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) Harga dan electronic word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study examines the education policy at the Fathul Hidayah Pangean Lamongan Islamic Boarding School in dealing with resistance to the integration of traditional and modern education. Using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis of in-depth interview data and participant observation, this study attempts to understand how the Islamic boarding school manages the dynamics of change. The results of the study indicate that although there is resistance from some conservative groups towards elements of modern education, the integrative policy implemented has succeeded in creating a balance between religious and general education. The Islamic boarding school is able to develop a horizontal integration curriculum (religious and general knowledge) with a contextual approach, preparing students to face global challenges without losing their Islamic identity. The main contributions of this study include: (1) the proposal of a curriculum integration model based ontwin track paradigmwhich combinesdeep religious literacy and functional competencies; (2) development of a participatory framework to manage resistance through dialogue between stakeholders; and (3) policy recommendations for Islamic boarding schools to be adaptive and collaborative in the process of modernizing education. Nationally and globally, rejection of educational integration is a strategic issue because it is closely related to cultural identity and readiness to face globalization. The tension between preserving religious values and the demands of modernization is a real challenge for Islamic educational institutions. This research opens up space for further studies, such as testing the effectiveness of the curriculum integration model or developing indicators of success for salaf-modern integration in various social contexts.

Abstract

Radial distribution network configuration is difficult to simplify because it is very complex. This network reconfiguration is used to redesign the configuration form of the radial distribution network by opening and closing switches on the distribution network. Purwoasri feeders, Rayon Kertosono, Mojokerto area have very large losses that need to be reconfigured. The resulting power flow will produce a network power loss as a result of the configuration. The reconfiguration process will be repeated until the configuration form that produces the smallest power loss is obtained. The number of feeders and buses on the network will be difficult if done with manual calculations and requires a very long time, so solving the problem must use a computer program. Network reconfiguration using the Matlab 2013a program will analyze its power flow using the Newton Raphson method and using the artificial intelligence method, Modified Imperialist Competitive Algorithms (MICA). With this method, it was obtained before the reconfiguration of the network suffered a loss of 89,724 kWatt after the reconfiguration had a loss of 54.8299 kWatt. The results of reconfiguration can reduce losses of 0.6173 kWatt or 38.95688%.

Abstract

This study proposes Techno-Humanistic Learning (THL) as a new paradigm of humanistic digital pedagogy in Islamic education. Its main objective is to explore how digital learning can be implemented while maintaining a human-centred approach. Using a systematic literature review of 39 articles from international databases, the study identified three key findings. Firstly, the THL Framework presents an operational map for humanistic digital learning based on Islamic values. This includes the roles of teachers and their pedagogical attitudes, as well as technology integration. Secondly, the THL principles emphasise integrating the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains with 21^(st)-century skills, digital ethics and universal human values. Thirdly, THL Transformation explains the shift in the teacher–student relationship towards greater collaboration and technology-based reflection, as well as the strengthening of digital literacy based on spirituality and morality. This research confirms that THL is not just a concept, but can be applied to digital Islamic education policy in Indonesia, particularly in curriculum development, strengthening teacher competencies, and humanistic digital literacy regulations. Thus, THL contributes to a new direction for Islamic education that is more inclusive, fair, human-oriented and relevant to the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Culinary businesses must develop strategies that ensure customer satisfaction during the consumption of their products and services. However, industry players are only beginning to realize that cultivating customer loyalty is challenging and crucial for achieving business objectives. This research aims to investigate the influence of customer experience and service quality on customer satisfaction among consumers of the Lawson convenience store located on Soekarno Hatta Street, Malang City. The data collection method employed observation and questionnaires. A sample of 100 respondents was selected, comprising Lawson convenience store customers who had made at least one purchase. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination. The research findings indicate that both customer experience and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression calculation, which yielded a constant value of 2.887. These results demonstrate that customer experience and service quality, both partially and simultaneously, significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction among Lawson convenience store consumers.

Abstract

Komunitas janda di perdesaan adalah kelompok marginal dan mendapatkan stigma negatif karena ketidakmampuannya merebut ruang produktif. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya janda melalui investasi pendidikan dan pelatihan. Ibarat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah sehingga memiliki kualitas dan menghasilkan output bernilai ekonomis telah banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak dengan beragam metode dan pendekatan. Namun demikian, aspek keberlanjutan menjadi titik kelemahan ketika pihak tersebut telah berpamitan dan berharap tetap berlanjut. Tujuan artikel ini adalah memaparkan praktek pendekatan PAR untuk pemberdayaan komunitas janda dalam mengatasi masalah, pemenuhan kebutuhan praktis, produksi ilmu pengetahuan , dan proses perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan karakteristik alami sebagai sumber data langsung dan bersifat deskriptif yang mengikuti sepuluh daur pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat membutuhkan pilihan ideologi agar mereproduksi ruang produktif untuk memihak kelompok marginal dengan bantuan perguruan tinggi sebagai fasilitator. Dukungan, keterlibatan, kemitraan, kepemilikan penuh dari pihak kampus kepada komunitas janda di Dusun Nglawan menjawab tantangan dan peluang untuk membelajarkan masyarakat sehingga komunitas janda memiliki kekuatan untuk membangun dirinya melalui interaksi dengan lingkungannya.

Abstract

Food product packaging plays a crucial role in determining market competitiveness, particularly for local food products in rural areas. Proper packaging not only preserves product quality but also significantly influences consumer purchasing decisions and product marketability. Despite the growing recognition of packaging importance, many small-scale food producers in Indonesia still face challenges in implementing standard packaging practices due to limited knowledge, resources, and access to modern packaging technology. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out by a team of lecturers from the Business Administration Department of the Malang State Polytechnic as an effort to increase the added value and competitiveness of the local food product “Duwet Polinema Catfish Nuggets” in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The main problems faced by the producer community are limited knowledge of product packaging and labeling, a lack of effective promotional strategies, and the unavailability of modern packaging equipment. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach through stages of socialization, technical training, promotional assistance, and the provision of vacuum sealer machine grants. The results of the activity showed an increase in the community's skills in packaging according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles, an improvement in product quality through hygienic and aesthetic packaging, and a strengthening of digital promotion capabilities. The synergy between academics and the community proved to be effective in increasing the added value and competitiveness of local products based on fishery potential, while strengthening the community's economic independence in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh positif desain interior dan keragaman produk secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Gerai Menantea Jl. Bunga Camilia no. 1 Malang. Riset ini jenisnya kuantitatif dimana terdapat variabel Desain Interior, Keragaman produk, dan Keputusan Pembelian. Data akan dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dan kuesioner. Untuk pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan jumlah 75 reponden yang merupakan konsumen Gerai Menantea Jl. Bunga Camilia no. 1 Malang. Untuk analisis data digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Desain Interior secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan t hitung 3,479 dan tingkat significant 0,01, kemudian Keberagaman Produk menunjukkan hal yang sama dengan nilai t hitung 3, 686 dan tingkat singnificant 0,00. Desain Interior dan Keberagaman Produk secara simultan atau bersama – sama berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan F hitung 58. 533 dan tingkat significant 0,000. Maka besarnya pengaruh Desain Interior dan Keberagaman Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (adjusted R Square ) adalah sebesar 60,9 persen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 70 responden dari mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Malang yang merupakan konsumen produk Erigo di Marketplace Shopee melalui grup whatsapp dengan media googleform dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesa. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan online customer rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa online customer review, dan online customer rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh online customer review dan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 47,2 persen dan 52,8 persen sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa online customer review dan online customer rating berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di Marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitasproduk dan desain kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Chatime Soekarno Hatta Kota Malang. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kuatitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada respondensejumlah 98 responden yang merupakan konsumen ChatimeSoekarno Hatta Kota Malang. Teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan analisis analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakualitas produk dan desain kemasan secara parsial mupunsimultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Chatime Soekarno Hatta Kota Malang.
