Abstract

The crime of trafficking in persons or the crime of exploitation of persons is a crime that violates human rights and is increasingly prevalent in Indonesia, where the crime of trafficking in persons or the crime of exploitation of persons is very threatening to the life and environment of the community and the state, the problem discussed is the purpose and modus operandi of the crime of trafficking in persons or the crime of exploitation of persons, and a form of legal protection for victims of human trafficking. The formulation of the problem studied is related to the modus operandi that often occurs today, especially in Indonesia in these crimes. How is it related to the form of protection and rehabilitation and the fulfillment of restitution for victims of human trafficking. This research is included in the research of normative juridical law (Legal Reasherc), legislative approaches, philosophical approaches, and historical approaches which are also strengthened by court decisions which has permanent legal force. The modus operandi of the crime of human trafficking is through persuasion or seduction with the promise of being given a well-established and guaranteed job with their safety while working as well as the lure of high salaries so that the victims of human trafficking without thinking long immediately agree to this, this researcher also discusses the legal protection for victims of human trafficking or the crime of exploitation of persons contained in Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning The eradication of the crime of trafficking in persons must be implemented and maximized again related to the protection and fulfillment of the rights of victims of trafficking in persons.

Abstract

This study examines the representation of the power of women's masculinity in the novel Women Who Wait in the Aisle to the Sea by Dian Purnomo. The research problem focuses on how forms of masculinity power are displayed through female protagonists and how these characteristics reflect the configuration of masculinity according to Raewyn W. Connell's theory. This research aims to uncover how female characters build power, resistance, and independence through masculine attributes in the context of oppressive social structures. The method used is qualitative descriptive with reading and recording techniques as well as content analysis of novel texts. The results of the study show that Shalom figures represent the power of masculinity through courage, social dominance, mental toughness, rhetorical leadership, and physical endurance. These findings prove that women in literary narratives are able to internalize masculine attributes as a resistance strategy against social injustice. The conclusion of this study is that women's forms of masculinity power not only challenge conventional gender stereotypes, but also expand the understanding of women's roles in social structures through powerful and empowered literary representations.

Abstract

The citation system and compilation of the bibliography are two very important elements in the assessment used in journal accreditation. Journal managers, both national and international, enforce the use of Mendeley Reference Manager tools in preparing articles written by an author. Based on observations made, most students still use manual citations and a few also understand the use of Mendeley Desktop and do not understand the transition from the Mendeley Desktop application to the Mendeley Reference Manager. This service method is carried out with lectures, discussions and mentoring with several stages, namely the observation stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage, the mentoring stage and hold evaluation. The results of this service based on the pre-test conducted on training participants prior to the implementation of the training showed that most of the participants did not know and understand the operation of the Mendeley Reference Manager which is the latest version of the Mendeley application. The results of the post-training post test conducted on the participants showed a significant change after the Mendeley Reference Manager training.

Abstract

Marriage is a crucial phase in human life that requires preparation not only administratively but also mentally, spiritually, and socially. A lack of understanding regarding marital rights and obligations, communication, and conflict management often becomes a key factor leading to family conflicts and divorce, particularly among young couples. This article discusses the implementation of premarital education based on Islamic values in Laweyan Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency, carried out through the NGOPRAH program (an acronym for Ngopi dan Ngobrol bareng tentang Pra Nikah or “Coffee and Talk about Premarital Issues”). This Community Service (PkM) activity was conducted on August 15, 2025, involving 29 participants consisting of youth, prospective brides and grooms, parents, and community leaders. The main speaker was from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) of Probolinggo Regency, delivering material on marriage readiness, child protection, and the prevention of early marriage. The study applied a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, with data collected through participatory observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation. The results indicated a significant increase in participants’ understanding of Islamic values in marriage, including spousal rights and obligations, effective communication, and readiness to build harmonious families (sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah). Evaluation revealed that 85% of participants gained new insights into the importance of premarital preparation. Therefore, the NGOPRAH program can serve as an alternative model of premarital education based on Islamic values, with potential for replication in other communities.

Abstract

Brownies Edamame merupakan makanan yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai oleh-oleh khas dari kota Jember dengan keunikannya yang berbahan dasar edamame. Brownies Edamame ini dikemas menggunakan kertas Ivory dengan bentuk persegi panjang yang dirancang dengan menggunakan warna hijau untuk menonjolkan citra berbahan dasar 100% edamame. Untuk memberikan positioning tersebut, maka dirancang kemasan sebagai oleh-oleh dengan bentuk yang mudah dibawa dan dengan tampilan visual yang mencitrakan karakteristik kota Jember. Proses pemasaran yang kami lakukan adalah melakukan penjualan secara online dan offline. Analisis kelayakan usaha untuk usaha ini yaitu dengan menggunakan Harga Pokok Produksi, Break Event Point, Hasil Penjualan (omset), Benefit and Cost Ratio, Pay Back Period, dan Keuntungan.

Abstract

Seorang perempuan sering dianggap sebagai insan yang lemah. Itulah sebabnya perempuan sering diperlakukan tidak adil di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab ketidakadilan yang dialami tokoh Anin dalam novel Janji yang Ternoda karya Mellyana Dhian. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca-catat (read and record). Langkah-langkah dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu membaca dengan seksama novel Janji yang Ternoda, mengidentifikasi kalimat yang termasuk dalam faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab ketidakadilan yang dialami tokoh Anin, kemudian mencatat data yang sudah dikumpulkan untuk di analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari kelima aspek masalah yang sering muncul terkait dengan teori feminisme, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 data mengenai masalah biologis, 3 data mengenai pengalaman, 3 data mengenai wacana, 4 data mengenai proses ketidaksadaran, dan 2 data mengenai masalah sosial ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital era and its influence on the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. The focus of this research is understanding the Sharia capital market, the digital era and how the digital era influences developments in the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. This research is descriptive qualitative type. Collecting primary data from journals, theses, books, etc. The results of this research are that digital has a significant influence on the development of the Sharia capital market in Indonesia. Because transacting via digital can help reduce crime rates, increase the number of people who will invest, speed up the time and distance in transactions, and make it possible to make transactions anytime and anywhere. So with the progress of the digital era, Indonesia's economy will further improve through investment in the capital market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the disharmony of Regional Regulations (Perda) with higher legislative regulations and to seek solutions to address these issues. The research method used is normative legal research with an approach to analyzing legislative regulations. The results indicate that the disharmony of Perda with legislative regulations can lead to legal conflicts, legal uncertainty, and detriment to society. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize Perda with higher legislative regulations through the evaluation and revision of incompatible Perda. This study recommends that local governments pay attention to the hierarchy of legislative regulations in the formulation of Perda and enhance the capacity and knowledge of local government officials in the field of law.
