Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. This is in line with the service objectives that have been carried out to advance MSMEs in Beciro Hamlet. For example, in one of the MSMEs in Jumputrejo Village, namely Mother Vivi's chilli products. Based on the survey results, two service methods were found that can be applied to increase sales of Bunda Vivi's chilli products, namely direct interviews and literature studies related to the writing of this service journal. By applying these methods, the KKN 04 Group of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, East Java, was able to help improve the quality of sales by making logo stickers and creating a marketplace account on one of the e-commerce platforms, Shopee. Through this service, we managed to make a significant contribution by increasing the sales of Mother Vivi's sambel products by 100%.

Abstract

The existence of a company cannot be separated from internal and external influences. The industrial environment is a company's internal and external factors that can pose threats and create opportunities. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment, especially in the industrial competitive environment at the Alfabe Clothing Muslimah Clothing Store. Analysis of the industrial competitive environment is carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The five factors of competitive advantage, which are very influential, are the bargaining power of buyers and the level of rivalry between existing competitors. The findings of this research explain that the industrial environment can compete well and have a positive impact on company performance to gain profits without committing fraud and complying with principles in accordance with Islamic teachings such as competing fairly, and behaving siddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathanah.

Abstract

The Community Service Programme at MA Mambaul Ulum Paiton focuses on improving the digital literacy of grade XII students through Microsoft Word training. This initiative addresses the urgent need for the students to acquire essential office software skills, which are critical for success in higher education and professional environments. The programme is implemented through three stages viz: planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. It starts with identifying students' skill gaps, designing a phased curriculum, and delivering hands-on practice-based training. Training sessions covered basic topics, including an introduction to the Microsoft Word interface, formatting and organising documents, as well as advanced features such as creating tables and creating charts. To maximise learning outcomes, training was conducted in small groups, using interactive teaching methods and continuous evaluation. The results showed significant improvements in students' competencies, demonstrating the programme's ability to effectively bridge the digital skills gap. In addition, the initiative also provides long-term benefits by improving students' readiness to face academic and professional challenges. This effort not only fulfils an educational need, but also strengthens the overall quality of education contributing to the growth of digital literacy in MA mambaul Ulum.

Abstract

This research aims to critically reveal the science of kalam regarding the views of Sheikh Ahmad Ad-Dardiri, a Shufi scholar who has several works. Of his many works, the most popular among students is the book "kharidatul bahiyah" which explains about kalam science. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the kalam science studied by Sheikh Ahmad Ad-Dardiri discusses various aspects of Islamic aqidah using logical and philosophical arguments. The main aim of Ilmu Kalam is to provide information to Muslims about the basic beliefs of Islam and to defend Islamic teachings. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan secara kritis tentang ilmu kalam terhadap pandangan Syekh Ahmad Ad-Dardiri merupakan ulama Shufi yang memiliki beberapa karya-karyanya, Adapun dari sekian banyak karya-karya beliau yang paling terpopuler di kalangan santri yaitu kitab “ kharidatul bahiyah” yang menjelaskan tentang ilmu kalam. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah studi pustaka (library resarch), pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari sumber dan mengkontruksi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan riset-riset yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ilmu kalam yang dikaji oleh Syekh Ahmad Ad-Dardiri membahas berbagai aspek aqidah Islam dengan menggunakan argumen yang logis serta filosofis. Tujuan utama Ilmu Kalam adalah untuk memberi informasi kepada umat Islam tentang keyakinan dasar Islam dan untuk mempertahankan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to analyze the numeracy literacy ability of grade XII IPS-6 students at SMAN 1 Mojosari. The sample consisted of 34 students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. This research began with the identification of the problem of low numeracy literacy in mathematics. A numeracy test in the form of 8 story questions related to statistics is given as a pretest to measure students' abilities. The data was analyzed using statistical tests with the help of SPSS to test the validity, reliability, and results of the pretest. The results showed that 73.53% of students were in the advanced category, and 26.47% of students were in the capable category. Students are able to do histogram-shaped problems well, but have difficulty in presenting data in polygon form. Abstract

"Blue Ocean Leadership" is a strategic approach that aims to create a new market that is free from competitors by focusing on innovation and value creation. In the context of increasingly competitive businesses, many organizations are trapped in a "sea of red," where fierce competition leads to declining profit margins. This concept invites leaders to move to the "blue ocean," which is an unexplored market space where demand can be created rather than simply shared. Through visionary and creative leadership, leaders can encourage teams to identify new opportunities, design unique products or services, and deliver unparalleled customer experiences. Leadership in the context of Blue Ocean also involves developing an organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. By empowering employees to think outside conventional boundaries, organizations can find solutions that not only meet customer needs but also create greater value. This approach is not only financially profitable, but it also contributes to the company's long-term sustainability in the face of market changes. Abstract

This study examines the depiction of women’s struggles in the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut by Dian Purnomo using Françoise d’Eaubonne’s ecofeminism perspective. The novel highlights a strong connection between women and nature, both of which are subjected to oppression within a patriarchal social structure. The core issue discussed in this research is how female characters in the story respond to various forms of injustice—social, cultural, and ecological—and how the text constructs a parallel between the exploitation of women and the degradation of nature. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the forms of resistance expressed by the female characters against gender-based oppression and environmental damage. In addition, the research aims to demonstrate how ecofeminism serves as a critical framework to expose and challenge patriarchal dominance through literature. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis. Data were gathered using reading and note-taking techniques, then interpreted based on De’Eaubonne’s ecofeminist theory. The results reveal that women in the novel resist domination through various actions, such as speaking out against injustice, rejecting violence, and raising environmental awareness. Their resistance is portrayed not just as personal defiance but as a collective effort rooted in ecological consciousness. The novel, therefore, becomes a medium that challenges patriarchal norms while proposing a more balanced relationship between humans and nature. In conclusion, this study affirms literature’s role as a powerful tool to voice socio-environmental concerns and promote the empowerment of women as agents of change.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menjamin optimalnya penerimaan negara adalah dengan melakukan penagihan piutang negara. Proses ini dijalankan oleh Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) sebagai bagian dari Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Kementerian Keuangan, sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 240 Tahun 2016 tentang Pengurusan Piutang Negara. KPKNL merupakan instansi yang bertugas melaksanakan prosedur ini, dan prosedur ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang peran serta berbagai pihak. Untuk menilai tingkat kesesuaian dan mengetahui permasalahan dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini membandingkan praktik standar penagihan piutang negara yang tertuang dalam ketentuan perundang-undangan dengan pelaksanaannya di KPKNL Jember.

Abstract

Akuntansi aset biologis dalam sektor pertanian memiliki tantangan tersendiri, terutama dalam menentukan nilai wajar dan pencatatan aset sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) 69 di PT SGN PG Semboro, khususnya dalam pencatatan aset biologis tanaman tebu dan dampaknya terhadap laporan keuangan serta kesejahteraan petani tebu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PSAK 69 di PT SGN PG Semboro telah meningkatkan transparansi laporan keuangan serta memberikan manfaat dalam perencanaan keuangan perusahaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti ketidakpastian dalam penilaian nilai wajar aset biologis dan keterbatasan akses petani terhadap sistem pencatatan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pelatihan bagi petani serta penguatan sistem pencatatan berbasis teknologi guna mendukung penerapan standar akuntansi ini secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a dispute resolution approach that prioritizes solutions outside of litigation, with the aim of creating a faster, cheaper, and more efficient process. One of the main methods in ADR is mediation, which offers a participatory and collaborative approach between the disputing parties. This article examines the role of mediation in ADR as an effective solution for non-litigation dispute resolution, focusing on the working mechanism, advantages, and challenges faced. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature review and case analysis methods to describe the effectiveness of mediation in various types of disputes, including business, family, and environmental disputes. The results of the study indicate that mediation has great potential in creating win-win solutions without the need for a complicated court process. The success of mediation is greatly influenced by the neutrality of the mediator, openness of communication, and the commitment of the parties to resolve the dispute peacefully. This article also highlights the challenges in implementing mediation, such as the lack of public understanding of ADR and the limited number of professional mediators. Recommendations are given to enhance the role of mediation through strengthening regulations, mediator training, and public awareness campaigns. Thus, mediation can be an effective and sustainable alternative in resolving disputes in the modern era.
