Abstract

Pentingnya pariwisata semakin berkembang sebagai industri baru yang mendatangkan banyak mata uang asing untuk membantu meningkatkan perekonomian dan meningkatkan standar hidup. Namun, ada banyak kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan pariwisata, banyak di antaranya berpotensi merusak alam. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menggabungkan pembangunan dengan konsep Ekowisata untuk mengurangi potensi dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh pertumbuhan bisnis pariwisata.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat Desa Panglungan dalam mengubah lokasi tempat tinggal mereka menjadi desa ekowisata yang berkembang. Dari bulan Maret hingga Juni 2023, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Panglungan Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, tulisan ini ditulis untuk mendorong pertumbuhan Ekowisata di Desa Panglungan, sebuah upaya yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dalam jangka panjang. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui inisiatif konservasi dan perlindungan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada sehingga dengan pariwisata akan berfungsi sebagai sumber potensial untuk pelestarian sumber daya alam dan peningkatan nilai ekonomi.

Abstract

Indonesia, with a hot climate and high humidity, is an ideal place for the growth of various types of mushrooms. And also, cultivating oyster mushrooms is quite easy when compared to others. Apart from that, the main advantage of oyster mushroom cultivation is that it does not require extensive permits, has a long relatively short harvest of about one to three months, and oyster mushroom seeds are easy to obtain at an affordable price. In this research, the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is used, which is a research approach that involves the active participation of people involved in the context being studied. It is hoped that with the cultivation of oyster mushrooms in Wonotirto Hamlet which continues to grow, the situation can change so that it can increase the income of local residents. With the development of oyster mushroom cultivation in Indonesia, especially Wonomerto Village, it is hoped that the number of oyster mushroom farmers or entrepreneurs can continue to increase so that oyster mushroom production can also increase.

Abstract

Carangwulung Village in the Wonosalam sub-district is developing its potential with the concept of a tourist village. This village offers a variety riches tourism potential. The problems experienced by Carangwulung residents are the lack of ability to develop local tourism potential and the lack of marketing of processed carangwulung products. In community serviceWhich carried out by students through the UPN "Veteran" East Java KKNT activities are intended to help maximize the potential of the area and it is hoped that the potential for tourism and umkm in Carangwulung village can compete with other, more advanced regions. The KKNT implementation uses direct observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study in obtaining data. As a result of these activities, KKNT students help the marketing process for tourism potential and MSMEs by holding "Pekan UMKM dan Layar Keliling" activities, assisting MSMEs marketing digitalization, and helping MSMEs actors in product photos.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the nadzir in developing waqf assets for general welfare. The management of productive waqf for general welfare that conducted by The Nadzir of Univesitas Islam Malang Foundation. The Nadzir of Universitas Islam Malang Foundation received 2 bilion Rupiahs funds from Kementerian Agama that acted as the waqif. The waqf fund are from Anggaran Belanja dan Pendapatan Negara Perubahan with purpose as the pilot program of productive waqf fund management. In order to run the role, The Nadzir of Universitas Islam Malang Foundation is stick with the sharia law and UU No. 41 Tahun 2004. The role of Universitas Islam Malang’s nadzir is suitable with the duties and roles that listed on UU No 41 Tahun 2004. The duties and roles are first, accepting and administrating the waqf asset. Second, managing and developing waqf asset through build VIP Rooms, Al-Khaibar Minimarket and Go Fish Restaurant. Third, keep the waqf asset through pledging the waqf asset to Bank Muamalat and fourth, reporting the waqf asset management to Kementerian Agama as waqif.

Abstract

Food is a basic human need that comes from natural resources and most of it is also produced by home industries which have been processed into various types of food. The high demand for food has become a very important concern for the government to ensure that food is safe for consumption by all consumers. One form of guarantee issued by the government is a PIRT (home industrial food) permit. PIRT is a food production permit produced by home industry scale businesses. This permit is an official letter issued by BPOM (Food and Drug Monitoring Agency). The problem experienced by the "Ramajaya" Sweet Sticky Tape Producer is that he does not yet have a PIRT permit for the business he is running so he is still having difficulty marketing his products to various mini markets and supermarkets in Sidorjo Regency because he does not yet have production guarantees in the form of PIRT and the packaging used as well. still simple and not by government standards. This community service aims to help the business of the "Ramajaya" Sweet Glutinous Tape Producer to obtain a legal permit for products suitable for distribution in the form of a PIRT permit from the government through assistance in obtaining a PIRT permit at the Sidoarjo Regency Health Service office and also providing outreach regarding the importance of PIRT and providing options for change the packaging used.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of financial ratios and macroeconomic factors on the stock prices of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A quantitative approach is employed in the research, utilizing secondary data from the IDX website and the official websites of 12 companies. The study applies purposive sampling and analyzes the data using panel data regression with E-Views 12. The results indicate that ROE, Interest Rate, and Firm Value have a partial effect on stock prices, while the Current Ratio does not significantly impact stock prices. Additionally, all independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how to provide recommendations for buy or sell decisions based on the price movements of cryptocurrency using technical analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach because the goal is to deeply and thoroughly understand the technical patterns in Bitcoin price charts to make informed buy and sell decisions. In this research, the data analysis technique used is Content Analysis. Content analysis is a research method that allows for the subjective interpretation of various types of data through a systematic classification process and the identification of themes or patterns. In conclusion, the technical patterns identified during the period from June 2022 to October 2023 provide strong signals for buy decisions. The combination of volume confirmation, price movements above the 200-day moving average, chart patterns, breakouts, major trend patterns, and the integration of supporting theories provides a solid foundation for this analysis and reinforces the confidence that prices are likely to rise.

Abstract

Pengangguran adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang yang tergolong dalam angkatan kerja ingin mendapatkan pekerjaan tetapi belum memperolehnya. Seorang yang tidak bekerja, tetapi tidak secara aktif mencari pekerjaan tidak tergolong sebagai penganggur. Penyebab meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran adalah karena adanya ketidakseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan jumlah angkatan kerja yang juga ikut meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja mengukur sejauh mana angkatan kerja aktif di pasar tenaga kerja. Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk namun tidak dibarengi dengan perluasan kesempatan kerja akan mengakibatkan banyak penduduk yang tidak mendapatkan pekerjaan. Keterkaitan antara jumlah penduduk dan tingkat partisipasi dapat mempengaruhi ukuran kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah pengangguran, sedangkan angkatan kerja, dan jumlah penduduk sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel angkatan kerja dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap pengangguran. Untuk uji F terlihat kedua variabel bebas secara simultan bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikat (pengangguran).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dari kesadaran pelanggan dan kualitas layanan terhadap tunggakan pembayaran air di dalam lingkup PDAM Surabaya. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana dua faktor ini bisa mempengaruhi tunggakan pembayaran air oleh pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara studi pustaka dan mewawancari sebagian dari pelanggan yang berlangganan di PDAM Surabaya. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka dan tinjauan terhadap literatur literatur yang relevan dilakukan untuk memahami teori, konsep, dan temuan terkait pengaruh kesadaran pelanggan dan kualitas layanan perusahaan serta dampaknya pada tunggakan pembayaran air oleh pelanggan. Kemudian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pelanggan PDAM Surabaya guna untuk mendapat perspektif dari sisi pelanggan terkait fenomena tunggakan pembayaran rekening air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran dan kualitas layanan telah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap penunggakan pembayaran. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran pribadi pelanggan dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan memiliki peran dalam meningkatnya jumlah tunggakan pada lingkup PDAM Surabaya. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan sebuah pandangan bagi pelanggan dan PDAM terkait pentingnya ketepatan pembayaran bagi kedua belah pihak serta strategi dari PDAM untuk mengurangi jumlah pelanggan yang menunggak.
