Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the application of learning with a STEM integrated problem based learning model can improve students' creativity . This study uses a quantitative method with  a pre-experimental design in the form of a one group pre-test post-test design which was implemented in one of the high schools in Sumedang Regency. The sample in this study was 43 students in 10th grade at the school. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used to measure students' creativity was Cognitive, Processes Associated with Creativity test ( CPAC  ) consisting of 8 statements related to the act and flow aspects were given during the pre-test and post-test , and the student creativity observation sheet to observe the emergence of student creativity during the learning process which includes aspects of flexibility, fluency, originality, elaboration, and clarification. In this study, learning was carried out using a problem-based learning model by integrating STEM elements in the momentum and impulse material  . Data analysis techniques to see the increase in student creativity using descriptive statistics, N-Gain calculations then The assessment result data was analyzed descriptively and then categorized. The results showed that the increase in student creativity based on the results of the n-gain analysis of the pre-test and post-test scores was 0.433 in the moderate criteria for the act and flow aspects, then for the flexibility, fluency, originality, elaboration, and clarification aspects it had good criteria with a percentage of 77.56%. So based on the analysis of the findings in the study, the application of the STEM integrated problem based learning model can increase student creativity

Abstract

Training need analysis is a series of activities undertaken to identify problems that arise in the workplace. Training needs analysis is a process of collecting and analyzing data to identify factors that need to be improved through training. The family planning field officer (PLKB) is the spearhead of the existing program implementation in BKKBN. There are several problems PLKB in providing services to the community that is 1. The ability of PLKB in planning, analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the development of prosperous families in the area of work is still not running maximally, 2. Skills to conduct cooperative relationships with all parties terkai less running because there are still many people who do not care about the existing programs in BKKBN, 3. still very weak ability in solving problems encountered in the implementation of its duties. From the problems contained above the importance of training provided by the BKKBN Bengkulu Province to the existing PLKB in various districts in order to have good competence not only hard skills but Soft Skill. The purpose of this research is to describe Traning Need field officer analysis (PLKB) run by BKKBN Bengkulu Province To improve the Competence (Hard Skill & Soft Skill) The PLKB. The method used is descriptive qualitative with technique of selecting informant using Purposive Sampling to determine key informant, technique to collect data that is through observation, interview and documentation, to analyze data obtained in this research using 2 type of encoding that is Open Coding is a section of analysis that specifically explains the relationship between naming and phenomenon categorization through careful examination of data. The coding of terporos (Axial Coding) is a set of data retrieval procedures by creating linkages between categories.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa tingkat akhir strategi efektif pengelolaan data skripsi/tugas akhir melalui pemanfaatan konsep database pribadi sederhana. Penulisan skripsi atau tugas akhir seringkali menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan volume data, referensi, dan catatan penelitian yang kompleks. Tanpa sistem yang terstruktur, mahasiswa rentan mengalami kesulitan dalam melacak informasi, melakukan sitasi yang benar, dan menghindari plagiarisme. Program ini fokus pada penerapan aplikasi Mendeley sebagai studi kasus, sebuah tool manajemen referensi yang berfungsi layaknya database pribadi untuk literatur ilmiah. Melalui pendekatan praktis, peserta akan diajarkan teknik pengumpulan dan penataan data yang sistematis, cara mengimpor dan mengelola referensi secara efisien, serta memanfaatkan fitur sitasi dan pembuatan daftar pustaka otomatis yang disediakan oleh Mendeley. Diharapkan, dengan penguasaan keterampilan ini, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas proses penulisan skripsi/tugas akhir mereka, sehingga menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang lebih terstruktur, akurat, dan berintegritas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunan metode Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Tanjung Agung Kecamatan Kedamaian Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 27 siswa kelas III A menggunakan sampel total. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 5 kali pertemuan dengan pretest dan postest dimulai pada tanggal 7 september sampai tanggal 22 Januari 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pengaruh karena ingin memperoleh ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan metode jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana dengan perolehan rhitung =3,434> ttabel = 2,060 dengan kata lain Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan metode jigsaw, maka semakin baik pula hasil belajar yang terbukti adanya pengaruh positif metode jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar IPA.

be taught in the learning process. This difficulty can be overcome by using learning media in the learning process. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of a guided-inquiry Electronic Student Worksheet based on SSI on the topic of optical instruments. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with 4D steps. At the define stage, it is done by studying literature and conducting short interviews with one physics teacher, design stage contains for lesson plans and electronic student worksheets; the developmentstage contains product validation activities by four experts and preliminary field testing by 23 students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta, dissemination stage contains product distribution. The results of this study are 1) the SSI-based guided-inquiry Electronic Student Worksheet was developed by the objectives, context, and visual aspects, 2) the lesson plan and also the Electronic Student Worksheet are in the very valid category and can be used in the range of 93.75%-100%, and 3) The results of the preliminary field testing are in the valid category, with a range of 77.17%-79-35%. The conclusion is that the Product produced in this study was declared feasible. Hence, the implication of this research is that the resulting product can be used later by the teacher to help the learning process of the optical instrument topic.

Abstract

Labor leveling in construction projects is a crucial strategy to optimize resources, improve work efficiency, and reduce excessive workforce fluctuations. However, this aspect is often overlooked due to the project's primary focus on timely completion rather than efficient labor utilization. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of labor leveling in enhancing construction project efficiency. The method used is a case study of a Guest House construction project in Balikpapan with a total area of 1,514.875 m² and a duration of 308 calendar days. Microsoft Project was used to perform resource leveling through task rescheduling. The results showed that before leveling, the maximum number of workers reached 157 with uneven distribution. After leveling, the peak workforce was reduced to 125 workers, with the highest concentration occurring in week 15. Although it had no direct impact on labor wages, the implementation of leveling successfully reduced transportation and accommodation costs from Rp 1,886,830,000 to Rp 455,569,000. Therefore, labor leveling is proven to improve project efficiency and reduce potential resource waste in construction projects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan puzzle game elektronik terhadap kemampuan spasial dan kreativitas anak usia dini Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berbentuk eksperimen factorial design 2 x 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 anak, dengan pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampel total karena objek penelitian yang kecil yaitu keseluruhan populasi merangkap sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anak di TK Islam Nibras Padang dengan kelompok eksperimen yang berjumlah 10 orang anak. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi dan lembar pernyataan. Kemudian data diolah dengan uji t- tes dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh puzzle game elektronik terhadap kemampuan spasial dan kreativitas anak yang dibuktikan dengan uji t- test, (1) Terdapat pengaruh puzzle game elektronik terhadap  kemampuan spasial dengan hasil analisis diperoleh sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Terdapat pengaruh puzzle game elektronik terhadap kreativitas anak dengan hasil analisis diperoleh sig sebesar 0,000 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa puzzle game elektronik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan spasial dan kreativitas anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen bagi keberhasilan koperasi berdasarkan partisipasi anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen milik Koperasi dari tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Kredit Mekar Jaya dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan koperasinya berdasarkan partisipasi anggota dalam pengambilan keputusan pada Rapat Anggota Tahunan; kontribusi modal; pemaksimalan pelayanan koperasi; dan pengawasan koperasi. Kata Kunci:  Sistem pengendalian manajemen; keberhasilan koperasi; partisipasi anggota.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the fact that students learning outcomes in green chemistry are relatively low, which are attributed to conventional teaching methods that involve students only minimally. This study aims to investigate the effect of project-based learning implementation on enhancing students learning outcomes in the topic of green chemistry. A quasi-experimental design with a pretestposttest control group was employed. The participants were tenth-grade students at MAS Darul Ihsan, assigned to an experimental class using PjBL and a control class applying traditional instruction. Data were collected through cognitive achievement tests and student activity observation sheets. The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, yielding a significance level of 0.000. Findings revealed a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups, with the experimental class achieving an N-Gain score of 0.73 (high category), while the control class obtained 0.37 (medium category). These results demonstrate that the implementation of PjBL effectively enhances student engagement and conceptual mastery and awareness of the importance of green chemistry principles. Therefore, PjBL can be recommended as an effective instructional model to optimize learning outcomes and foster environmentally conscious attitudes among students

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) refers to breast cancer identified either during gestation or within the first year following childbirth. Managing PABC presents distinct clinical complexities, as it necessitates a careful balance between effective maternal therapy and ensuring fetal safety. Purpose: This case series seeks to detail the clinical characteristics, diagnostic procedures, and treatment approaches utilized in managing PABC. Method: We report multiple cases involving pregnant women diagnosed with breast cancer at different stages of gestation. Information was gathered regarding clinical presentation, gestational age at diagnosis, types and timing of treatment interventions (such as surgery and chemotherapy), as well as maternal and fetal outcomes. Results: The cases underscore the critical role of early detection and a multidisciplinary team approach. Treatment strategies were tailored according to gestational age and cancer stage. Chemotherapy was generally administered without significant complications during the second and third trimesters, and surgical procedures were planned to prioritize both maternal and fetal health. Conclusion: Effective management of PABC demands close coordination between oncology and obstetrics teams. With appropriate planning and individualized care, it is possible to treat breast cancer during pregnancy without substantially endangering fetal health.
