In the current disruptive era, the need for information access is becoming easier and is developing practically. One of the developments in technology and digitalization that has made progress in infrastructure and innovation in people's lives is the presence of artificial intelligence (AI), which provides convenience in helping jobs supported by big data. As a continuation of Public Relations activities in the current era, in building relations between organizations or companies and the public, media relations is one of the roles of PR in relation management. This study aims to discuss media relations management in enhancing the company's positive image on elements of public relations transformation in the 4.0 era. By using the literacy study method, this research is presented in a descriptive qualitative way to analyze data relating to the company's media relations management by mobilization and digitalization. The results found in this study are the role of AI is very helpful and easy in public relations work, especially in media relations activities. For companies, the presence of AI helps in managing the media used by the company as a form of disseminating information through social media owned by the company itself (owned media) which is done in real time. So that in the management of information through social media requires deception of content and media monitoring aimed at evaluating public relations in media relations activities that are able to enhance the company's positive image.

Perangkat desa sebagai pemerintahan kecil di tingkat desa, sepatutnya paham tentang kewajiban mereka, utamanya terkait keterbukaan arus informasi dari perangkat desa ke masyarakat dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Hal ini nyatanya banyak ditemukan oleh tim di lapangan, salah satunya adalah di Desa Gendro Kabupaten Pasuruan. Data menunjukkan bahwa perangkat desa menganggap bahwa peran mereka sebagai perangkat desa telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang ditugaskan kepada mereka. Mereka mengakui bahwa terdapat tupoksi ganda yang mereka lakukan, namun itu semua dilakukan untuk membantu rekan mereka yang mengalami kesulitan. Di sisi lain, perangkat desa juga merasa bahwa ada kelompok di masyarakat yang tidak percaya dengan kinerja perangkat desa namun tidak disampaikan secara langsung kepada perangkat desa. Hubungan antara perangkat desa dengan organisasi lain di dalam desa seperti PKK, BPD, Karang Taruna juga ikut merasakan bahwa perangkat desa menutup pintu untuk melakukan komunikasi, baik dengan masyarakat maupun dengan organisasi lain di dalam desa. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini banyak difokuskan pada pemberian pemahaman kepada perangkat desa Gendro dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka atas pengelolaan keterbukaan informasi publik dan pengelolaan dana desa. The function of Musrenbang in development as a means of communication of society to participate in decision-making applies in Siniu Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong Regency. The purposes of the research are, first, to explain and analyze how the process of Musrenbang become as a means of communication in the village administrative in delivering a suggestion; and third, to know and explain whether the decision-making has been re-communicated first before it goes back to the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative with data collection method through interviews and observations. The research results are: (1) the implementation of Musrenbang as a means of communication in its practice is only a formality starting from the Hamlet, Village, Subdistrict to Regency even though in its implementation is in accordance with the applicable regulations. It is proved by the absence of Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) as the result of Musrenbang’s implementation; (2) The implementation of Musrenbang in Siniu Subdistrict only become as a means of communication between the village administrative which only provides and accommodates the needs of society’s priority suggestions. However, the suggestion does not being delivered properly to the Regency Government. (3) The absence of re-communication made by the sub-district’s representative upon the achieved results on the society. It makes the society do not understand about the realization of the implemented development. So that Musrebang is only a medium that accommodates only the society’s aspiration via communication and does not being involved in the decision-making process. Â

Public relations as the communication management between organization and its public has entered a new chapter with new challenges at this time. The development of information and communication technology encourages public relations to be able to take advantage of various new media in carrying out its strategic communications. Website as a product of new media is often used as a formal information medium for an organization. Not only SOE or the private sector, educational institutions or universities have also used website as a medium of their formal information and communication. The capabilities of websites 1.0 to 4.0, which continue to grow to this day, allow companies and their public to communicate in two directions, or dialogical. This study aims to determine the dialogic quality of the PTN-BH website through dialogic communication theory.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penerapan program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate social responsibility/CSR) di Indonesia, apakah CSR diterapkan karena kewajiban atau tidak, apakah didorong motif profit atau bentuk tanggung jawab kepada publik. Tanggung jawab sosial korporat telah menjadi bidang yang banyak dikaji oleh akademisi dalam decade terakhir. Banyak definisi tentang CSR dari para akademisi yang membahas siapa yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan dan bagaimana mengukur keberhasilannya. Indonesia adalah negara pertama yang menerapkan pendekatan wajib CSR bagi perusahaan. Walaupun beberapa aturan perundangan mewajibkan pelaksanaan CSR, tetapi, aturan-aturan tersebut tidak mencantumkan kriteria pengukuran keberhasilan. Melalui survei, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dari dua instrumen yang dikombinasikan, yakni dari Kanji Chopra Model dan Turker’s Scale. Kombinasi ini diharapkan menghasilkan pengukuran CSR yang dapat digeneralisasikan untuk Indonesia. Kedua instrumen ini telah diterapkan di negara Barat dan Asia. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada dua kelompok responden, yakni 87 praktisi CSR dan 120 responden sebagai publik sasaran Hasil penelitian ini adalah CSR telah dilakukan dengan fokus membantu publik mendapatkan kesejahteraan sosial dan praktisi pelaksana CSR sebagian besar adalah praktisi Humas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan peran nilai kearifan lokal dalam proses manajemen konflik dan untuk memetakan model manajemen konflik yang sesuai dengan nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai budaya Jawa sebagai nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Madiun yang ole anggota perguruan dimaknai sebagai pedoman idup utama, maka proses manajemen konflik juga harus berpedoman pada nilai kearifan lokal yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan perdamaian jangka panjang. Pemetaan model manajemen konflik dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada nilai etika Jawa, hamemayu hayuning bawono, dan mangan ora mangan anggere kumpul. Pemetaan model manajemen konflik berdasarkan pada nilai kearifan lokal dapat menunjukkan bahwa ketokohan merupakan karakteristik utama dari model manajemen konflik di Madiun, khususnya dalam mengelola konflik masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pencak Silat, Manajemen Konflik, Budaya Jawa, Perspektif Komunikasi Asia

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi nilai ASWAJA sebagai upaya penguatan karakter nasionalisme religius pada peserta didik di Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Murtadho Ngadiluwih Kediri. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskripsi kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai ASWAJA tercermin dalam aktivitas pembelajaran berupa cerita keseharian yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik yang kemudian diselipkan nilai-nilai toleransi dan tenggang rasa. Selain itu, peserta didik juga dibiasakan untuk saling menghargai dengan tidak membeda-bedakan teman yang satu dengan lainnya. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang strategi penguatan karakter berbasis nilai agama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam  khususnya bagi anak usia dini di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT The paper aims to offer ideas on the use of the Excellent Plus Model to strengthen government public relations functions in the new media era. This model contributes to developing the practice of Government Public Relations so that it can carry out its function as the person in charge of the institution's communication system in supporting public services in the new media era. This model was developed through an effort to review the literature, which found that there are still gaps and unsynchronized between scientific perspectives, regulations, and public relations applications that raise issues of structure, role, purpose, and ethics. The Excellence Plus model offers a solution because it combines the universal dimensions of public relations practice and the local character of community communication. This model has the advantage of being workable because it is derived from the dominant theory in Public Relations and is universal in various types of organizations, with a way of application that adapts to the unique character of the organization. The challenge in applying this model is the great difficulty in changing perceptions about the PR function, synchronizing various government regulations, institutional restructuring related to nomenclature, and preparing human resources. Health consumers or patients become aware of their health literacy by obtaining, processing, understanding, and communicating health-related information when they come to health decisions. However, background knowledge obtained would set patients' expectations and satisfaction, and the expression of patients' expectation gap that creates dissatisfaction or concern with a service provided is called complaint. This present study aimed to obtain a comprehensive understanding about the role and activities of public relations on patient complaint management at X public hospital in Indonesia. This research applied a qualitative method using the purposive sampling technique. The research finding showed that the informants at the hospital lacked communication and public relations knowledge, and no training was given to the staff involved in communication matters. This absence of an academic foundation to guide the work directly affects the professionalism of the public relations manager, especially during managing complaints and making policies. As a result, the public relations department of the hospital did not have a direct channel for the patients to register their complaints, and the only indirect patient complaint facility aimed at the public relations was not managed by the public relations department. In short, this study shows that the public relations manager did not have a management role on the complaint management at the hospital, which consequently brings a snowball effect to the overall management of complaints due to the practices of encroachment, and the hospital must provide more training and professional coaching to bring back the role and functions of public relations.

Salah satu lembaga pemerintah, Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora) mempunyai peran penting dalam mengoptimakan di sektor pemuda dan olahraga masyarakat Indonesia. Anggaran setiap tahunnya pun digelontorkan untuk bisa menjalankan program-program tersebut. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2019 silam, citra Kemenpora kembali menurun, mengulang kejadian 2012 silam, yakni prihal kasus korupsi yang melibatkan pimpinan dan beberapa pegawainya. Kondisi tersebut membuat Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) Kemenpora mulai bekerja guna memulihkan citra Kemenpora. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitain ini ingin mengetahui strategi apa yang dilakukan Humas Kemenpora guna memulihkan citra Kemenpora. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Teori Situasional Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Metodelogi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Humas Kemenpora telah melakukan strategi komunikasi krisis yang dimulai dari rapat internal penanganan krisis hingga mengoptimalkan media-media dalam menyebarluaskan pemberitaan kinerja positif di tahun-tahun berikutnya setelah mendapatkan predikat positif dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK)
