Abstract

The research purpose to forward any argument increase courage and attitude express towards human Rights in the Case of Citizenship Education Subject matter of human rights especially in the first semester of Grade 7 students at SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Margo Regency Tulang Bawang Academic Year 2011/2012 used the Model Moral Reasoning. This research Classroom Action Research carried out in 3 cycles of action. In this reseach, the data obtained are in the form of students 'learning and students' attitudes courage to express opinions. The instruments used are observation sheets and sheets of observations performance educator, attitude observation, field notes and documentation. The results showing that using Moral Reasoning Model to Increase Courage To put Opinions and Attitudes Toward Taking a human rights case. This indicated by the average percentage of the activity and courage to express opinions and cared students' rights cases in the cycle. The first cycle the percentage of student activity and percentage 55.18% 52.50% student achievement. In the second cycle the percentage of student activity increased to 64.51%. The third cycle, the percentage of student activity increased to 83.33%. Based on the discussion of the research that learning to model Moral Reasoning to improve Courage Opinions and Attitudes toward Taking Case subject Civic Education Human Rights on human rights in particular material on the seventh grade students in semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Margo Regency Tulang Bawang Academic Year 2011/2012. Abstract

The aim of research is to describe interest and student result study in civic education through audio-visual media. The type of research is classroom action research which was done at the tenth grade totally 30 students, this research was done in three cycles and each of cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subject of research is teacher as a researcher and all of student tenth grade. In collecting the data it used observation, documentation, and test. After the civics learning had been implemented civics learning through audio-visual media, there is improvement on student’s interest which was shown by improvement of average indicators student study interest (attention, wants, needs, enjoy, curiosity, student active) at good criteria in third cycles and improvement of student result study was shown by score which was gotten by student when they were test which achieved standard minimal criteria at third cycles.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran PKn melalui media audio-visual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan pada kelas X dengan jumlah 30 siswa, penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sebagai peneliti dan seluruh siswa kelas X. Untuk mengambil data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Setelah diterapkan pembelajaran PKn dengan memanfaatkan media audio-visual terjadi peningkatan minat belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase pada indikator minat belajar siswa (perhatian, kemauan, kebutuhan, perasaan senang, rasa ingin tahu, dan keaktifan siswa) pada kriteria baik di siklus ketiga dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai yang diperoleh siswa pada saat tes keseluruhan siswa mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimum pada siklus ketiga.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, media audio-visual, minat belajar, pkn

Abstract

This study applies a quantitative research design. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. To measure the differences between the attitude and the achievement tests results simultaneously, this study used Anatest program. The results show: scores of students’ attitude between complete families and single parent families achieve a scale of 0.4900.05, thus Ho is accepted; achievement between students complete families and  single parent families achieve a score of 0.6810.05 thus Ho is accepted; score of attitude combined with learning  achievement between the two groups of  students is 0.4900.05 and  0.6810.05, thus Ho is accepted; the degree of differences attitudes and learning achievements  between the two group of students is  99.12597.875, meaning the average of the students from complete families is better than the students’  single-parent families.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling purposive. Untuk menguji hasil tes skala sikap dan tes hasil belajar dihitung sekaligus digunakan program anates. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: sikap antara siswa  yang diasuh oleh keluarga lengkap dan keluarga single parent mencapai besaran 0,4900,05 sehingga Ho diterima; prestasi belajar siswa keluarga lengkap dan siswa keluarga single parent mencapai skor 0,6810,05 sehingga Ho diterima; kombinasi sikap dan prestasi belajar  antara  siswa keluarga lengkap dan siswa keluarga single parent menyatakan 0,4900,05 dan 0,6810,05 sehingga Ho diterima; perbedaan sikap dan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang diasuh oleh keluarga lengkap bila dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diasuh oleh keluarga single parent mencapai besaran 99,12597,875 yang berarti rerata siswa yang berasal dari keluarga utuh memiliki rerata lebih baik dari para siswa yang berasal dari keluarga single parent.Kata kunci: sikap, prestasi belajar, keluarga utuh, keluarga single parent.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the utilization of instructional media newspapers effect in increasing motivation and activities on learning achievement economics. The method is ex post facto. Hypothesis was analized using path analysis.The results showed that there was a significant effect of: (1) utilization instructional media newspapers on motivation; (2) utilization instructional media newspapers on activity; (3) motivation on learning achievement; (4) activities on learning achievement; (5) utilization instructional media newspapers on learning achievement; (6) utilization instructional media newspapers and motivation on learning achievement; (7) utilization instructional media newspapers and activities on learning achievement.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah ex post facto. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan: (1) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar terhadap motivasi; (2) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar terhadap aktivitas; (3) motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar Ekonomi; (4) aktivitas terhadap prestasi belajar Ekonomi; (5) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar terhadap prestasi belajar Ekonomi; (6) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar; (7) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran surat kabar dan aktivitas terhadap prestasi belajarKata kunci: aktivitas, media pembelajaran, motivasi, prestasi belajar

Abstract

The method used in this research was comparative model with experimental approach and used 2x3 factorial design. The research result showed that: (1) the understanding of law content with the treatment of civic education  integrated  was better with the average 81,51% than civic education  conventional learning model with the average 78,06%, (2) there was the difference of understanding content of law between high discipline manner, average and low, (3) there was an interaction between civic education integrated with traffic education with conventional model and high discipline manner, medium and low toward the understanding of law content, and (4) civic education integrated with traffic education was more effective than conventional learning.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen dan menggunakan desain faktorial 2x3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemahaman isi undang-undang dengan perlakuan model pembelajaran PKn terintegrasi lebih baik dengan rerata 81,51% daripada model pembelajaran PKn konvesional dengan rerata 78,06%, (2) terdapat perbedaan pemahaman isi undang-undang antara sikap disiplin tinggi , sedang dan rendah, (3) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran PKn terintegrasi pendidikan lalu lintas dengan model konvesional dan antara sikap disiplin tinggi, sedang dan rendah terhadap pemahaman isi undang-undang, dan (4) pembelajaran PKn terintegrasi pendidikan lalu lintas lebih efektif dari pembelajaran konvesional.Kata kunci: undang-undang lalu lintas, model pembelajaran PKn, sikap disiplin

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to describe the application  of learning models Yurisprudential Inquiry  to improve the understanding of civil society towards a democratic culture in class XI IPS 1 SMAN Baradatu. This study is an action research, Kemmis  and Taggart besiklus covering planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection instrument is to assign tasks on each end of the cycle and observations on the process of learning as well as an interview after learning activities. The  results in the first cycle of student understanding reached 69,09 (48,39%), the second cycle increased to 73,25 (70,97%), and the third cycle increased to 75,90 (83,87%). Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model Yurisprudential Inquiry to improve the understanding of civil society towards a democratic culture in class XI IPS 1 SMAN Baradatu.Keywords  : classroom action research, PTK, cooperative learning yurisprudential inquiry model, democracy culture to reach madani people

Abstract

The research has the aims to describe the correlation of attitude, motivation and media for learning toward students’ achievement in Economics learning: (1) the correlation of attitude and students’ achievement in learning Economics; (2) the correlation of motivation with students’ achievement in learning Economics; (3) the correlation of media for learning and students’ achievement in learning Economics; (4) the correlation of attitude and motivation with students’ achievement in learning Economics. Research method used in the research is correlation technique. The number of population is 162 students with 117 students as samples. Research data had taken by giving questionaires and tests to the students. Some techniques of data analysis used in the research are linear correlation and partial correlation. The conclusions of the research are: (1) attitude has a correlation with students’ achievement in learning Economics with linear correlation coefficient is 0.328 and partial correlation coefficient is 0.243; (2) motivation has a correlation with students’ achievement in learning Economics with linear correlation coefficient is 0.316 and partial correlation coefficient is 0.246; (3) media for learning has a correlation with students’ achievement in learning Economics with linear correlation coefficient is 0.303 and partial correlation coefficient is 0.226; (4) attitude and motivation have a correlation with students’ achievement in learning Economics with linear correlation coefficient is 0.324 and partial correlation coefficient is 0.238.Keywords: attitudes, motivation, media for learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the effect of the intensity of parent and child communication on the social attitude of grade VIII students in Junior High School 4 Terbanggi Besar. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational with quantitative approach with population 228 respondents and sample amounted to 34 respondents. The main techniques of data collection by using questionnaires and supporting techniques are documentation and interviews. Analysis of research data using Chi Square formula. The results of this research indicate that the intensive communication between parents and children influence the child in determining social attitude in the form of honest, discipline, love peace and courteous, meaning there is influence of communication intensity of parent and child to social attitude of student.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh intensitas komunikasi orang tua dan anak terhadap sikap sosial siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Terbanggi Besar. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 228 responden serta sampel berjumlah 34 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket serta teknik penunjang adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak intensifnya komunikasi orang tua dan anak mempengaruhi anak dalam menentukan sikap sosial berupa jujur, disiplin, cinta damai dan santun, artinya terdapat pengaruh intensitas komunikasi orang tua dan anak terhadap sikap sosial siswa.Kata kunci: sikap sosial, intensitas komunikasi, orang tua dan anak

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship of students' understanding of the Law on Traffic and Road Transport with violations class X State Senior High School 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah. The method used in this research was descriptive correlational method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were the students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah with a sample of 40 respondents. The main techniques of data collection by using questionnaires and supporting techniques are documentation, observation and interviews. Based on the results of hypothesis analysis test, there is a very close relationship between the Student's Understanding of the Law of Traffic and Road Transport With Violations in X grades SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan pemahaman siswa tentang Undang Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan dengan pelanggarannya dikelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sisw kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah dengan sampel berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket serta teknik penunjangnya adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara.Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis hipotesis, yang dilakukan maka terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara Pemahaman Siswa Tentang Undang Undang Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan Dengan Pelanggarannya Dikelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah.Kata kunci: pelanggaran, pemahaman, UU lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Implementation of Permendiknas Number 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusion Education for Students Who Have Abnormalities and Have the Potential of Intelligence and / or Special Talents in SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the research subjects or informants, namely the principal, two teachers and two administrative staff at SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. Data collection techniques in this study use interview techniques as the main technique, as supporting using observation and documentation. The results showed that the Implementation of Permendiknas Number 70 of 2009 in SMP Negeri 2 Belitang was not optimal because supporters in inclusive education were not available such as facilities, Special Advisor Teachers, Funding and collaboration with experts. The component of inclusive education is very influential on the implementation of inclusive education services.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Implementasi Permendiknas Nomor 70 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pendidikan Inklusi Bagi Peserta Didik Yang Memiliki Kelainan Dan Memiliki Potensi Kecerdasan Dan/Atau Bakat Istimewa di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian atau informan yaitu Kepala sekolah, dua orang guru dan dua orang staf tata usaha di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara sebagai teknik pokok, sebagai penunjangnya menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Permendiknas Nomor 70 Tahun 2009  di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang belum optimal dikarenakan pendukung dalam pendidikan inklusi tidak tersedia seperti sarana dan prasara, Guru Pembimbing Khusus, Pendanaan dan kerjasama dengan ahli. Komponen pendidikan inklusi sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan pendidikan inklusi.Kata kunci : implementasi, pendidikan inklusi, peserta didik.
