Abstract

Abstract

Women's empowerment in entrepreneurship plays a vital role because it equips individuals to succeed, fostering innovation, economic growth, and societal impact. These community service international programs have been recognized as a potential means to promote women's empowerment for household migrants and entrepreneurship by providing them with opportunities to develop skills, access resources, and engage in entrepreneurial training. This community service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method, which strengths-focused, participatory framework that empowers community teams to carry out the activity from two higher education institutions, Indonesia-Malaysia University. There are Institut Bakti Nusantara (IBN) Lampung Indonesia and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris Malaysia, which are some of the care activities driving the empowerment of women migrants in Kuala Lumpur. The result of international community service was that it successfully carried out positive responses from participants, which can be seen from the outcomes of training the participants from the household migrant Muslims in Kuala Lumpur. Entrepreneurship training participants indicated a majority increase in knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Therefore, women's empowerment in entrepreneurship training is not just about individual success—it transforms communities by fostering resilience, innovation, and economic progress.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of technological innovations and sociocultural factors on negotiation processes, specifically focusing on e-payment systems. Utilizing demographic analyses, the research examines how age, gender, and education influence familiarity, usage, and effectiveness of e-payment technologies. The findings reveal significant differences in e-payment usage based on age and gender, while education shows a trend in influencing usage patterns. This research underscores the importance of understanding these demographic factors for enhancing negotiation strategies through technology. Additionally, it emphasizes the need for tailored approaches in organizations to improve user satisfaction and negotiation outcomes. Future research should explore additional variables and the long-term effects of technology on negotiation practices, contributing to a more inclusive global marketplace.

Abstract

Development of worksheets looks like the beginning of the problems found in schools, students have difficulty to understanding mathematical material both calculation concepts and moral values that have not been well organized. Worksheet designed with using a contextual approach which contains collaboration between material and verses relating to the used material, so that moral values related to the material are obtained and equipped with the application of moral values in the form of problem examples. After being designed, product is developed to be LKPD. The study objectives include: To develop a Mathematics LKPD based on Islamic values on the subject of algebraic. As a result of the study, the development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) based on Islamic values using a contextual approach to the subject of algebraic in class VII of the Qur'an Science Junior High School Minhajuth Thullab Pekalongan. The research uses the 4D development model consists of 4 main stages: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The response of teachers to LKPD based on Islamic values with using a contextual approach on the subject of the algebra score 82% with very interesting criteria. The responses of students to LKPD obtained a score of 80 % with very decent criteria.

Abstract

Detection of cancer is very difficult and need more concern in the field of medical. This paper studies the various causes, types, symptoms of cancer. The main objective of this paper is to design an efficient and effective approach to detect the cancer using image processing. The research proposed an improved hybrid approach for detection and segmentation. The research work includes improvement of microscopic image, then segmentation of cells, extract the features of cancer and then at the final stage it described the classification step. After using different approaches and review several previous approaches this technique used an efficient and appropriate method to design a proposed framework.

Abstract

Method that is use to optimize the criterion efficiency that depend on the previous experience is known as machine learning. By using the statistics theory it creates the mathematical model, and its major work is to surmise from the examples gave. To take the data straightforwardly from the information the approach uses computational methods. For recognize and identify the disease correctly a pattern is very necessary in Diagnosis recognition of disease. for creating the different models machine learning is used, this model can use for prediction of output and this output is depend on the input that is related to the data which previously used. For curing any disease it is very important to identify and detect that disease. For classify the disease classification algorithms are used. It uses are many dimensionality reduction algorithms and classification algorithms. Without externally modified the computer can learn with the help of the machine learning. For taking the best fit from the observation set the hypothesis is selected. Multi dimensional and high dimensional are used in machine learning. By using machine learning automatic and classy algorithms can build.

Abstract

This study investigates the experiences and perceptions of individuals regarding cyberbullying, focusing on reporting practices, actions taken after reporting, and the perceived effectiveness of institutional responses in schools, workplaces, and online platforms. Using ANOVA analysis, no significant differences were found across demographic groups concerning these variables. The findings suggest a pervasive lack of reporting, minimal follow-up actions, and general dissatisfaction with institutional efforts to address cyberbullying. These results highlight the need for stronger intervention strategies, improved reporting mechanisms, and enhanced awareness to foster safer digital environments. Future research should focus on the barriers to reporting and explore how different cultural and contextual factors influence perceptions of cyberbullying and institutional responses. The global significance of addressing cyberbullying lies in its potential to improve mental health and digital safety across diverse populations, contributing to a more secure online experience for all.
