Abstract

Keaktifan belajar siswa merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dasar karena berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam proses belajar. Namun, pembelajaran PAI masih sering berpusat pada guru sehingga peluang siswa untuk aktif bertanya, berdiskusi, dan mengemukakan pendapat menjadi terbatas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoretis pengaruh strategi Inquiring Minds Want to Know terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa buku, artikel jurnal, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Pembahasan difokuskan pada konsep, karakteristik, dan langkah-langkah penerapan strategi Inquiring Minds Want to Know serta keterkaitannya dengan teori pembelajaran aktif dan konstruktivistik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Inquiring Minds Want to Know secara teoretis memiliki potensi kuat dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa, karena mendorong rasa ingin tahu, partisipasi aktif, dan keterlibatan kognitif siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi Inquiring Minds Want to Know relevan dan efektif secara konseptual untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah dasar guna meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Marriage is an important event in human life because marriage concerns the personal affairs of the bride and groom but also concerns family and community affairs in fulfilling their life needs. In marriage or household, sometimes there are disputes between husband and wife that can lead to a desire for divorce, the cause of disputes can be caused by several factors such as economic, infidelity, domestic violence and others. To resolve marital problems, the State provides a means or place to resolve them, in this case regarding the resolution of problems related to marriage, it is done in court, especially for those who are Muslim, it is done in a religious court. One of the factors that causes problems in marriage is domestic violence (KDRT). If the wife experiences domestic violence, the wife can file for divorce in the religious court. When filing a lawsuit for divorce, a lawsuit for divorce is filed by submitting a lawsuit in the religious court by including a lawsuit containing domestic violence in the divorce lawsuit in the Posita and Petitum. Contested divorce is one of the legal cases in religious courts, where in the case of marriage, contested divorce is a case filed by the wife to sue her husband for divorce based on various factors that the wife has experienced in her home.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines leadership styles in pesantren and their influence on the quality of santri. Conducted at a pesantren in East Java, data were collected through in-depth interviews with leaders, administrators, and santri, participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that democratic and transformational leadership styles positively affect santri quality, evidenced by enhanced discipline in religious practices, noble character development, and greater independence. In contrast, authoritarian leadership tends to foster passivity among santri. Key challenges include limited managerial competence among leaders and low adaptation to digital technology, which may conflict with traditional pesantren values. The study recommends inclusive leadership practices, improved managerial training for administrators, and the development of innovative curricula rooted in Islamic values. Overall, santri quality can be optimized through flexible, holistic-oriented leadership approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by heads of families in overcoming children’s learning laziness and the application of conflict management approaches in creating a positive and supportive learning environment. This research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six heads of families in Bumi Tegal Besar Housing Complex, Jember Regency, selected purposively. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that children’s learning laziness is influenced by internal factors such as low interest and boredom, as well as external factors including gadget use and environmental influence. To address this issue, heads of families predominantly apply dialogical and participatory strategies by involving children in learning arrangements and emphasizing emotional communication. The dominant conflict management approach is listening first and then evaluating, which reflects collaborative and compromising styles. This approach effectively reduces learning-related tension, balances discipline and flexibility, and fosters a conducive learning environment. Moreover, spousal support and parental partnership play a crucial role in strengthening conflict management practices within the family.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a vital role in shaping students’ moral values and Islamic identity. However, its implementation in Muslim minority contexts is constrained by structural, social, and cultural challenges. This qualitative case study explores the limitations of IRE and identifies adaptive strategies in Nagori Tongah Village, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving IRE teachers, school principals, Muslim community leaders, and parents, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model with triangulation. The findings indicate that IRE in Muslim minority settings faces limitations including a shortage of qualified teachers, inadequate facilities, weak institutional and policy support, and strong socio-cultural influences from non-Muslim environments. These constraints hinder the effective internalization of Islamic values, which remains largely cognitive rather than practical. The study highlights the urgency of contextual and collaborative educational approaches grounded in multicultural principles to strengthen IRE in Muslim minority areas. This research contributes to the development of inclusive and sustainable Islamic Religious Education policies and practices in minority contexts.

Abstract

The high level of service utilisation at the X Health Centre in Semarang City requires a comprehensive evaluation of service quality to ensure that it meets patient expectations and perceptions. This study aims to analyse the quality of outpatient services at the X Health Centre in Semarang City using an integrative approach that combines the SERVQUAL model and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). This study is a quantitative, observational, descriptive-analytical design. The study population comprised an average of 195 outpatient visits per month, and a sample of 66 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted using the SERVQUAL questionnaire, which measures five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data analysis involved calculating perception, expectation, and SERVQUAL gap values, and mapping IPA attributes. The results showed that the dimensions of tangibles, assurance, and some aspects of reliability and empathy were in the strong category, indicating that service performance had met or exceeded patient expectations. However, the responsiveness dimension showed the most significant negative gap, particularly in indicators of service waiting time, access to complaint submission, and the speed of information provision. These findings indicate the need to prioritise improvements in operational aspects and service flow management. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of SERVQUAL and IPA is effective in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of outpatient service quality at Puskesmas X. It is recommended that Puskesmas focus on improving the dimensions of responsiveness and reliability, as well as conducting periodic service quality evaluations to enhance patient satisfaction and trust continuously. Abstract

Educational administration, learning supervision, and teacher professionalism are crucial components in efforts to improve the quality of education. However, supervision practices in schools do not focus on developing teacher competencies. This creates a mismatch between the implementation of supervision and the ideal concept of supervision, which should be developmental, dialogical, and sustainable. This study aims to develop a more effective supervision model and to improve teacher professionalism. The method used is a descriptive-conceptual analysis of learning supervision practices, teacher needs, and modern supervision principles. The study results in the Pro-Guru (Continuous Professional Supervision of Teachers) model, which includes participatory planning, supervision implementation using a variety of techniques, data-based evaluation, and follow-up through training and professional mentoring. The implications of this model are the creation of a more humanistic and structured supervision process that can foster a culture of professionalism and innovative learning in schools.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of MIN 7 West Aceh in the social studies learning process, especially on the theme of caring for living things in madrasas, tend to be low. Students are less interested in the learning activities taught, so that it causes the learning outcomes to not reach the optimal standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of teachers and students in the application of animation media to improve student learning outcomes in fourth-grade social studies lessons at MIN 7 West Aceh and to determine the application of animation media to improve student learning outcomes in fourth-grade social studies lessons at MIN 7 West Aceh. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with all 16 fourth-grade students of MIN 7 West Aceh as subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of animation media in social studies subjects on the theme of caring for living things in fourth-grade MIN 7 West Aceh can increase the activities of teachers and students. Student learning interest, which is characterized by an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of animation media, has increased, this can be seen from student learning outcomes starting from the Pretest, Posttest cycle I, to Posttest cycle II. It can be seen from the average student pretest score of 55, increasing in the final test of cycle I the average student score to 66.9 and in cycle II the average score increased again to 78.1. Likewise, in terms of completeness, there was also an increase from cycle I to cycle II, namely 56.3% rising to 81.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze kinematic angles in sprint movements using the Kinovea application based on the principles of sports biomechanics. The variables studied include the angles of the hip, knee in the initial phase of the swing, knee at ground contact, ankle at ground contact, ankle at release, and elbow angles. The analysis was carried out by observing video recordings of sprints frame-by-frame, then the measurement results were compared with the theoretical basis of various studies on sprint biomechanics.The analysis findings showed that all analyzed angles were within the ideal range for elite runners accordingto the literature, which proves that the subject's sprint technique is in accordance with biomechanical norms for fast movements. These results indicate that the Kinovea application has proven effective as a means of kinematic analysis in the process of learning and assessing sprint technique.

Abstract

Asean was formed with the aim of accelerating the economic growth of its member countries. However, the facts show that the economic growth of Asean countries is still fluctuative and unstable. This study aims to determine the influence of Foreign Investment, Net Exports, and the Number of Tourist Visits on Economic Growth in Asean Countries in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses panel data from ten ASEAN countries. The results of the study show that the selected model is the Fixed Effect Model test which states that the variable foreign investment has an effect on economic growth, net exports have no effect on economic growth, and the number of tourist visits has an effect on economic growth. The F-test indicates that the variables jointly affect economic growth in Asean countries
