Abstract

The quality of health services at the Public Health Center, or Public health, is greatly influenced by the process of providing health services. Quality is related to good service, namely the attitude or way of officers in serving customers or the community satisfactorily. The patient will be satisfied if the service he gets is at least the same or exceeds the patient's expectations. Meanwhile, dissatisfaction will arise if the results do not meet the patient's expectations. This study aimed to analyze service quality's effect on the satisfaction of low economic patient at the Jember Regency Health Center. The research uses quantitative research with survey methods. The population is a community with the poor category of DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) and participates in the National Health Insurance from the Social Service Of 230,411 people in 8 Public Health Center areas. The total sample was 384 respondents. A sampling of Simple Random techniques. Data collection in the form of documentation and interviews with questionnaires. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was used to test the hypothesis of the influence of predisposing factors and enabling factors on service quality, the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Jember Regency Health Center, and the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Jember Regency Health Center with moderate variables that can strengthen or hinder the attitude of officers. The analysis is continued with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, keberagaman budaya dan interaksi internasional semakin meningkat, menuntut sistem pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam, untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika tersebut. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi integrasi multikulturalisme dan resolusi konflik dalam pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam konteks global yang semakin pluralistik. Multikulturalisme dalam pendidikan Islam berupaya untuk menghargai dan mengakomodasi keberagaman budaya tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai inti agama. Sementara itu, resolusi konflik memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola perbedaan dan ketegangan yang muncul di lingkungan pendidikan yang multikultural. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan-pendekatan efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam, pelatihan untuk pendidik, dan partisipasi komunitas. Studi kasus dari berbagai negara yang telah menerapkan praktik terbaik juga dianalisis untuk memberikan wawasan tentang strategi yang berhasil. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip multikulturalisme dan resolusi konflik secara efektif dapat memperkuat kualitas pendidikan Islam dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk berinteraksi secara positif dalam masyarakat global yang beragam. Rekomendasi diusulkan untuk pengembangan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan kebijakan pendidikan guna mendukung inklusi dan harmoni dalam pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

The initial purpose of saving and loan cooperative is giving a financial solution for the members only. As time goes by, nowadays cooperative can provide finance support for small enterprise and public society. Transactions which always increasing can cause trouble in data management. The price of the application that is relatively expensive can be a problem for cooperative which don’t have any information system yet. Furthermore, user needs IT expert for maintaining and updating system. Saving and loan information system using SaaS model (Software as a Service) can be a solution to the problem. With the SaaS model users do not need to buy the app, just by subscribing with the application directly to use the application. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed for ease the saving and loan data management. Saving and loan multi cooperative information system developed with Extreme Programming method by using PHP languages, and Laravel Framework. The conclusion of this research is saving and loan multi cooperative information system is successfully built according to user needs, by displaying data transparently.

Abstract

This study implements an artificial intelligence system based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) in a German-language Wordle game with the aim of providing automatically generated example sentences for each appearing word. The system is designed not only to display the correct answer, but also to present contextual usage of the word through simple and easily understandable sentences. The development process involves German text analysis, including verb tense forms (Zeitformen), verb conjugation, word structure, and basic sentence patterns, supported by Natural Language Processing techniques to generate example sentences and German– Indonesian translations automatically. Therefore, this system is expected to assist users in learning the German language through word- based game activities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly influenced various sectors, including payment methods in the culinary business. Manual payment processes often result in delays, inaccuracies in recording, and lack of transparency. This study aims to design and implement a webbased payment system for Cafe Rumah Si Dalang using the Research and Development (R&D) approach. The research process includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The findings indicate that the developed system can streamline the payment process, enhance accuracy, and minimize human errors. Its user-friendly interface allows both cashiers and customers to use the system efficiently. This research is expected to serve as a digital payment solution for culinary businesses and provide a reference for future development, including QRIS integration and automated financial reporting features.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection of child victims of physical violence by biological parents. This research uses a literature review approach by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that the forms of violence experienced by children are physical violence such as: being kicked, hit, thrown with wood, slapped and even hung, resulting in children feeling depressed by the violence they experience and children who experience this rarely communicate with their friends. The sources that trigger physical violence against children are poverty, violence also occurs because the parents are stressed or have complicated problems. Parents' lack of knowledge The existence of children who do not want.

Abstract

Berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa bertujuan memberikan pengakuan dan kejelasan kepada desa akan status dan kedudukannya dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Republik Indonesia, Negara memberikan kewenangan Desa dalam melestarikan adat dan tradisi serta budaya masyarakat Desa. Pada prinsipnya asas pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan sangat relevan dengan asas umum administrasi publik yang baik (general principles of good administration). Dalam Pasal 5 UU No.12 Tahun 2011 menegaskan tentang asas pembentukan peraturan daerah termasuk di dalamnya adalah Perdes. Memilih subyek dampingan ditunjuk secara langsung oleh LPMP Universitas Islam Kuanstan Singingi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan mencapai tingkat optimal jika mampu memenuhi sasaran, target dan manfaat yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Tim Pengabdain Kepada Masyarakat, sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan dan diikuti oleh perangkat desa, masyarakat, dosen dan mahasiswa, disampaikan oleh narasumber sudah cukup memadai dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh Desa untuk meyusun Peraturan Desa, Peserta seminar memperlihatkan minat dan kemauan untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu-ilmu yang sudah diperoleh selama pelaksanaan acara Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Mempererat kerjasama dan saling memberikan informasi serta pengalaman antara pihak Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi, Perangkat Desa, Perangkat Hukum, masyarakat, dosen dan mahasiswa selama pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of short-form video content on brand engagement and purchase intention among Generation Z in South Sumatra. In today’s fast-paced digital era, short-form video content promoted through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts has become a highly effective marketing tool. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 245 respondents aged 18 to 24 years who are active consumers of short-form video content. Data were collected through a questionnaire measured using a 5-point Likert scale, covering variables such as short-form video content, brand engagement, and purchase intention. The results indicate that entertaining, informative, and authentic short-form videos significantly influence brand engagement, which in turn impacts consumer purchase intention. Furthermore, brand engagement was found to mediate the relationship between short-form video content and purchase intention. Dimensions of short-form video content, such as entertainment value, informative content, and authenticity, play an important role in attracting attention and enhancing consumer engagement. These findings provide practical insights for marketers to design more effective marketing strategies, especially in reaching Generation Z consumers who tend to be more selective in consuming content.

Abstract

Although the development of e-commerce has changed consumer behavior in purchasing food products online, Muslim consumers’ purchase decisions are influenced not only by economic factors, such as price, but also by religious values through halal awareness and social factors through celebrity endorsers. This study aimed to analyze the influence of price, halal awareness, and celebrity endorsers on purchase decisions for halal food products on e-commerce platforms. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 95 students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi from the 2022–2024 cohorts. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) analyses with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that, partially, price and halal awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, whereas celebrity endorsers had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on purchase decisions, with an F value of 13.926 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.315 indicates that 31.5% of the variation in purchase decisions can be explained by price, halal awareness, and celebrity endorsers. These findings confirm that purchase decisions for halal food products on e-commerce platforms are more strongly influenced by price and halal awareness than by promotion through public figures. This study contributes to strengthening the study of Muslim consumer behavior in the context of digital commerce and provides practical implications for business actors to set competitive prices and ensure clarity of product halal status in order to increase consumer trust and purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya pendidikan sebagai upaya pengembangan potensi peserta didik serta perlunya lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan kondusif, mengingat kasus bullying yang kerap terjadi di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, termasuk di SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Bullying fisik, yang meliputi tindakan mendorong, memukul, menendang, dan merampas barang milik, tidak hanya menimbulkan luka fisik tetapi juga berdampak negatif pada kondisi psikologis korban, sehingga mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru bimbingan konseling, wali kelas, serta siswa, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bullying fisik masih menjadi masalah serius di SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka, dengan tindakan seperti mendorong, memukul, dan menendang yang sering terjadi, terutama di luar pengawasan guru. Korban bullying cenderung memilih untuk diam karena takut akan balasan dari pelaku, sementara saksi sering kali enggan terlibat. Peran sekolah dalam mengatasi bullying meliputi sosialisasi, pembentukan Tim Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kasus (TPPK), pelaksanaan deklarasi anti-bullying, serta pemberian motivasi kepada siswa. Namun, terdapat hambatan dalam penanganan bullying, seperti perilaku bullying yang berulang dan kurangnya kesadaran pelaku akan dampak negatif tindakan mereka.
