ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to examine whether there is any significant correlation between students’ interest in game activities and their vocabulary mastery of the Fourth semester at English Education Department of UIN SUSKA Riau. There were 28 students as samples by using simple random sampling technique. This research approach was quantitative method and the technique used in this research was a correlational technique. In collecting the data, the researcher distributed questionnaire and test to the respondents. To determine the students’ interest in game activities, the researcher used questionnaire which consist of 17 and used vocabulary mastery test which consist of 23 items to measure students’ vocabulary mastery. The researcher used Pearson product moment through SPSS 22.0 to analyze the data. The result of this research showed that sig. r obtained value is 0.907 higher than alpha value (0.05). It means that null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted while alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected. The value of r obtained is -0.023 < r table 0.374. In conclusion, there is no correlation between students’ interest in game activities and their vocabulary mastery of the Fourth semester at English Education Department of UIN SUSKA Riau.Key words: Students’ Interest in Game Activities, Vocabulary Mastery.

ANALISIS DAMPAK LALU LINTAS PEMBANGUNAN PUSKESMAS MESKOM TERHADAP KINERJA RUAS JALAN UTAMA Afrizal Afrizal

Pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) tentunya memiliki berbagai macam obat yang akan diberikan kepada pasien yang berobat di puskesmas meskom. puskesmas meskom merupakan suatu hal yang tentunya sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa meskom. dan puskesmas meskom juga dibangun untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tarikan lalu lintas puskesmas meskom,dan pengaruhnya pada kinerja lalu lintas di ruas jalan utama desa meskom, Data yang digunakan yaitu data tarikan pengunjung puskesmas meskom,dan volume lalu lintas yang ada di ruas jalan utama desa meskom. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey. Kinerja jalan diukur dengan menggunakan standar MKJI 1997, dan kinerja ruas jalan tersebut di 5 tahun mendatang,dianalisis menggunakan analisa regresi. Besarnya bangkitan puskesmas kemudian dibebankan pada masing-masing ruas jalan, setelah mendapatkan volume kendaraan terbebani bangkitan dilakukan analisis kinerja ruas jalan. Angka pertumbuhan lalu lintas digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi 10 tahun yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume lalu lintas hari (senin) terjadi pada pukul 09.00-10.00 WIB pagi yaitu160 smp/jam, sedangkan sore terjadi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 WIB yaitu 172 smp/jam, sedangkan volume lalu lintas hari (Minggu) terjadi pada pukul 10.00-11.00 WIB pagi yaitu 167 smp/jam, sedangkan sore terjadi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 WIB yaitu 192 smp/jam. Kapasitas ruas jl. Utama Desa Meskom adalah 157,923 smp/jam. Kondisi eksisting tahun 2021 jumlah lalu lintas kendaraan yaitu 8577 smp/jam. dan untuk 10 tahun yang akan datang tahun 2031 jumlah lalu lintas sebesar 157,923 smp/jam.

Sampah plastik adalah salah satu masalah lingkungan global saat ini. Banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia, sedang mencoba mengembangkan upaya penanggulangannya. Salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan insentif pada upaya reduce, reuse, and recyling (3R) sampah plastik ini. Artikel ini mencoba melihat apa kebijakan insentif yang dilakukan di Jerman dan Indonesia dengan melihat kasus Kota Surabaya dan Kota Padang. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menelusuri literatur dan berita terkait. Selain itu, khusus untuk kasus Kota Padang juga dilakukan observasi dan wawancara. Di Eropa, Jerman adalah negara yang kebijakan dan implementasinya terkait ini paling maju. Dalam hal ini, sekarang Indonesia juga sudah memiliki kebijakan, termasuk dengan memberikan insentif untuk upaya 3R sampah plastik. Kota Surabaya, misalnya, sejak April 2018 telah meluncurkan penukaran sampah botol plastik dengan tiket bus kotanya. Program ini disambut baik oleh masyarakat dan berlanjut sampai saat ini. Kota Padang memberikan plakat penghargaan kepada pelaku usaha yang berpartisipasi dalam upaya 3R sampah plastik. Selain itu, pernah pula diluncurkan program "raun asyik dengan sampah plastik" dimana masyarakat dapat menukarkan sampah botol plastik dengan tiket naik bus wisata keliling Kota Padang. Namun, program insentif itu masih sporadis dan tidak berlanjut. Untuk kedepannya diperlukan perencanaan yang lebih matang terkait program insentif ini, sehingga dapat terus berlanjut dan bermanfaat bagi upaya penanggulangan sampah plastik.Kata Kunci: Insentif, Manajemen Sampah Plastik, dan Kebijakan Publik.

This study aims to identify factors Revenue Expectations, environmental factors and factor values of entrepreneurship Influential Entrepreneur of Interest on Student Faculty of Economics and Business UHO. The sampling technique used in this research is census that took the entire population of the research samples, commonly called a saturated sample. After the census of 2014 class of 725 students obtained many as 28 students have already berwirabusiness. So that the number of samples in this study were 28 people, the analysis of data using qualitative descriptive that was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that in terms of income expectation factors it can be seen that students are very interested in entrepreneurship, because proven by the majority of respondents’ answers stated that the desire for entrepreneurship is influenced by the desire to earn high income with a percentage of 82.14 percent .in terms of environmental factors it can be seen that students who are dominant entrepreneurs are influenced by environmental factors of the community with a percentage of 78.57 percent and from the aspect of entrepreneurial values, it can be seen that students can be categorized as very interested in entrepreneurship, because it is proven by the majority of respondents answers that they have a motive of achievement with percentage of 96.43 percent.

The community service program aims to provide education and guidance to the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and relevant community representatives, in order to support the implementation of BUMDes management tasks. This initiative involves a series of training sessions, such as in the fields of financial accounting, human resource empowerment, and management in the village of Sempan, located in the Pemali Subdistrict, Bangka Regency. The establishment of BUMDes is undertaken with a strong intention to realize economic empowerment in the village of Sempan, which holds significant economic potential. BUMDes also carries the responsibility to transparently and accountably compile financial reports for its business units on a monthly basis. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, including the lack of collaboration among various relevant parties in the village and a limited understanding of BUMDes management. Through the implementation of this community service program, the outcomes achieved include enhancing the understanding of village officials and BUMDes managers regarding BUMDes governance in Sempan Village, Pemali Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Furthermore, the knowledge and skills of BUMDes managers in financial management and financial reporting are improved. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this community service program will result in an optimal BUMDes management approach, capable of empowering the community, increasing Village Original Income, reducing social disparities, and transforming the village into a more self-reliant entity.

This study aims to determine the influence of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital. This research is a quantitative study, so the data collection that will be used in this study is done using a questionnaire that will be filled out directly by respondents. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, the results of which indicate that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality affect inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The results of the t-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality obtain a significance value of <0.05. The results of the F-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality collectively have a positive influence on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) indicates that facility completeness, health administration, and service quality influence inpatient satisfaction by 51.3%, while the remaining 48.7% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this research.

The growth of competition in the world of e-commerce has required companies to design an effective marketing communication strategy in order to increase the company’s brand awareness. One of the marketing communication strategies that can be used to increase brand awareness is by using Brand Ambassador as brand speakers and also by using taglines as a medium for delivering messages about the company. This study aims to determine and examine the extent of the influence of Brand Ambassador and tagline on brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents with the criteria Tokopedia e-commerce application and people who have seen and know user of the BTS and Blackpink versions of ads and the tagline “Selalu ada, selalu bisa” from Tokopedia and were respondents who were domiciled in the city of Pangkalpinang. The data collection technique of this research is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. In processing the data, this research uses IBM SPSS 25 software. This study uses multiple regression analysis. This analysis is used to test the relationship between two or more independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the research results, it is known that each of the Brand Ambassador and tagline variable partially no and significantly affects brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. The simultaneous calculation shows that the Brand Ambassador and tagline simultaneously have a significantly and significantly affect brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. This shows that the Brand Ambassador and tagline used have been able to increase brand awareness on Tokopedia.

Regional Budget of Revenue and Expenditure Management in Jambi Province is not yet optimal, due to the inadequate ratio between direct and indirect expenditure. The purposes of this research are to: 1) examine the impact of District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund 1individually towards local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 12016-2020; 2) examine the significance of District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund impact simultaneously towards local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 12016-2020; dan 3) examine whether capital expenditures is capable to become the moderating variable 1between District Own-Source Revenue and equalization fund with local government financial performance on regency/city of Jambi Province 2016-2020. This research uses the type of causal research. The population of this research is regency/city government in Jambi Province which consists of 9 regencies and 2 cities. Data analysis technique that is used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result indicates that: 1) individually District Own-Source Revenue gives positive and significant impact towards local government financial performance, meanwhile equalization fund gives negative and significant impact towards local government financial performance; 2) both District Own-Source Revenue and equalization Fund significantly impact local government financial performance; and 3) based on residual test results, it shows that capital expenditures is the only variable that is able to moderate the correlation between District Own-Source Revenue towards local government financial performance.

A good library is a library that has been managed perfectly in accordance with library science and applies the latest technology, and is utilized by the library to its full potential. All information sought by users can already be found quickly and precisely. Because the library has provided all sources of information, and all collections have been digitalized perfectly. To realize the digitization library, it is very necessary that experts in the technology are needed. Librarians who always take part in the library are highly demanded for their role in realizing digital libraries.
