Abstract

This research in the form of developing academic supervision based on TIRTA-Innovative Coaching flow as an innovative approach in academic supervision aims to 1) Describe the condition of TIRTA-Innovative coaching-based academic supervision that is currently applied in improving teachers' professional competence; 2) Develop a development model of TIRTA-Innovative coaching-based academic supervision; 3) Test the effectiveness of the model in improving teachers' professional competence; 4) Identify the TIRTA-Innovative coaching-based academic supervision model in improving the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Dabin Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo; 5) Describe the TIRTA-Innovative coaching-based academic supervision framework model. This research method involves a qualitative approach with a design using library research by using studies related to various writings, both in the form of books, journals, articles, and other appropriate sources, as well as analyzing documents related to academic supervision. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of TIRTA-Innovative flow coaching-based academic supervision. The findings can provide practical guidance for education practitioners, principals, and policy developers in improving teachers' professional competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Penilik PAUD Non Formal di Kabupaten Tegal berdasarkan kompetensi supervisi akademik dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Evaluasi dilakukan pada empat komponen utama, yaitu Context, yang mencakup analisis dasar hukum dan urgensi supervisi akademik; Input, yang menilai kompetensi, sumber daya, serta kesiapan fasilitas dalam mendukung supervisi akademik; Process, yang mengkaji metode pelaksanaan supervisi, kendala yang dihadapi, serta efektivitas bimbingan yang diberikan; dan Product, yang mengevaluasi dampak supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Non Formal di Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain evaluatif berbasis metode kualitatif. Data deskriptif, termasuk perkataan dan tindakan masyarakat, akan dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh Penilik PAUD Non Formal di Kabupaten Tegal serta pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang menjadi sasaran supervisi akademik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam pemahaman lembaga PAUD terhadap kebijakan ini, sehingga diperlukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut. Dari sisi input, jumlah penilik masih terbatas, dan fasilitas pendukung belum memadai, menyebabkan pendampingan belum optimal meskipun penilik memiliki kompetensi dasar yang baik. Pada aspek proses, supervisi akademik dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan evaluasi dokumen, namun terkendala oleh keterbatasan waktu, koordinasi yang kurang efektif, serta resistensi dari beberapa kepala PAUD. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan partisipatif. Dari evaluasi hasil, supervisi akademik terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pendidik, kualitas pengelolaan PAUD, serta implementasi kurikulum, terutama dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, penerapan metode pengajaran, dan asesmen perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi upaya peningkatan kinerja penilik PAUD melalui penguatan kebijakan, optimalisasi sumber daya, serta pengembangan metode supervisi yang lebih efektif dan berbasis praktik di lapangan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the errors made by students in mathematics word problem of proportion topic based on Newmans’ criteria in term of student learning styles. The data collection techniques used are learning styles questionnaire, diagnostic tests and interviews then through three stages of data analysis that are data condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The result of the research showed that the indicator of the direct proportion errors made by (1) subject of visual learning style is encoding errors, (2) subject of auditory learning style are reading errors, comprehension errors, transformation errors, process skill errors and encoding errors, and (3) subject of kinesthetic learning style are comprehension errors, transformation errors, process skill errors and encoding errors. In addition the indicator of the inverse proportion errors made by (1) subject of visual learning style are transformation errors, process skill errors and encoding errors (2) subject of auditory learning style are transformation errors, process skill errors and encoding errors, and (3) subject of kinesthetic learning style are transformation errors, process skill errors and encoding errors.

Abstract

Tujuan yang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik untukmeningkatkan literasi sains dengan bahan ajar berbasis SSI untuk meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didikmenengah pertama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitianpengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D), untuk menghasilkan media Bahan Ajar IPA BerbasisSocio Scientific Issues (SSI) Materi Pemanasan Global. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangantelah dimodifikasi dari pengembangan Borg & Gall, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket,wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan uji normalitas,Uji homogenitas, uji t dan uji kelayakan serta efektifitas media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh media Bahan Ajar IPA Untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Sains Pada Peserta Didik SMPNegeri Kabupaten Tegal, dalam hal ini media adalah positif memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan.Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh bedasarkan penelitian ini adalah Analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswaterhadap media meliputi analisis kebutuhan terhadap materi, analsisis kebutuhan Terhadap ModelPembelajaran dan Analisis Kebutuhan Terhadap Bahan Ajar. Mengetahui desain pengembangan mediaterdiri dari pemilihan media,pemilihan format, penyusunan soal dan jawaban serta merancang media.Kelayakan media dari tiga validator memperoleh validasi materi sebesar 0.90. Sedangakan pada aspekmedia memperoleh tara-rata sebesar 0.86.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketercapaian implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) se-Kecamatan Kersana berdasarkan aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu Countenance Stake. Subjek penelitian adalah 111 peserta didik dan tiga guru bahasa inggris dari tiga SMPN se-Kecamatan Kersana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket, studi dokumen, dan observasi dengan pengharkatan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Ketercapaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa inggris pada aspek perencanaan di SMPN se-Kecamatan Kersana secara umum memiliki kriteria sangat baik dilihat dari indikator karakteristik dokumen rencana pembelajaran, isi dokumen rencana pembelajaran, kegiatan pendahuluan dan strategi pembelajaran (2) Aspek pelaksanaan secara umum memiliki kriteria baik dilihat dari indikator pembelajaran yang interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, berpartisipasi aktif, dan penilaian proses pembelajaran (3) Aspek hasil secara umum memiliki kriteria baik dilihat dari indikator hasil nilai ulangan harian hasil nilai tengah semester, hasil nilai akhir semester, hasil nilai sikap, dan hasil nilai tugas. Secara umum, hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan bahwa belum semua indikator mencapai 100% sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatkan agar lebih optimal. Rekomendasi yang diberikan antara lain: sekolah sebaiknya mengadakan pelatihan berkaitan dengan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, menerapkan strategi mengajar dan metode mengajar, mengembangkan tugas yang bervariasi dalam tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda-beda

Abstract

Every life needs a very important role especially the role in education. Improving the quality of education can be pursued by the use of appropriate learning models so as to improve students' reasoning abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the influence of Novick's learning model and the learning model that is centered on educators on students' mathematical reasoning abilities, Knowing the interaction between learning models and SAVI learning styles (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intelectually) on mathematical reasoning abilities learners. This research uses the Quasy Experiment Design method. The results obtained from this study are that learning by using Novick's learning model is more effective against mathematical reasoning for students, there is no interaction between Novick's learning model and SAVI learning style on mathematical reasoning abilities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, terutama akibat terbatasnya inovasi dalam metode pengajaran yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas model pembelajaran IPA berbasis Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Hybrid dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Model SIM Hybrid yang dikembangkan menggabungkan teknologi digital dengan pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran, yaitu gabungan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 96 siswa dan tiga guru IPA di SMP Negeri 2 Kersana. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, dan observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung. Indikator keberhasilan yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model ini meliputi tingkat keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, perkembangan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi IPA, serta seberapa efektif teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa dan guru mendukung penerapan model SIM Hybrid, dengan penilaian yang positif terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dan pemahaman mereka dalam materi IPA. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi, seperti terbatasnya fasilitas teknologi dan minimnya pelatihan yang diterima oleh guru. Hal ini menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi agar implementasi model ini dapat berjalan lebih optimal. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model SIM Hybrid memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA, asalkan didukung dengan infrastruktur yang memadai dan pelatihan yang cukup bagi para guru. Oleh karena itu, untuk memaksimalkan manfaat model ini, dibutuhkan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada, terutama dalam hal kesiapan teknologi dan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengimplementasikan model SIM Hybrid secara efektif.

Abstract

The moral and spiritual leadership model plays a strategic role in shaping the religious character of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah Majalangu, Watukumpul, Pemalang. Initial conditions indicate weak implementation of religious programs and low student awareness of worship practices, reflecting the suboptimal effectiveness of the conventional leadership style still in use. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, it was found that values such as role modeling, responsibility, honesty, and the integration of religious values into policies and learning processes can have a positive impact on students' religious character. The success of this model is strongly influenced by the active involvement of teachers, parental participation, community support, as well as continuous supervision and evaluation. The systematic and collaborative application of moral and spiritual leadership is recommended as an effective strategy for strengthening religious character education in the madrasah environment. Abstract

Graphical Abstract Highlight Research The results of this research showed that allometric growth in males and females had negative allometric growth characteristics. The growth condition index in male and female fish is dominated by thin and fat body shapes.The maximum length growth (L∞) and growth speed of males is higher than that of females. Total mortality and fishing mortality for males is higher than for females, but natural mortality for females is higher than for males. The exploitation rate of males and females is in the Under-exploitation category because the E value is <0.5. Abstract Exploring the length-weight relationship of fish and characterising growth parameters is essential in fisheries as they offer fundamental biology and population dynamics data to establish good management strategies for fisheries resources. This study examines the growth and mortality patterns of Oreochromis mossambicus. Data was collected between September and December 2022 using quantitative descriptive survey sampling. The study involved 20 repeats and deliberate random sampling of 30-50 fish per sample, emphasising total length, weight, and sex parameters. Based on 726 samples of O. mossambicus (352 fish identified as male and 374 fish identified as female). The growth model study revealed the typical negative allometric growth for both sexes (male and female). Male individuals attained a length of 33.449 cm after 37 days has a growth trend ± 0.3265 year-1, and females reached 21.150 cm in 34 days with a growth rate around 0.3135 year-1, as per the von Bertalanffy growth model. There were complex mortality patterns, with males contributing to most total deaths. This study emphasises the complex biology of tilapia and its untapped potential in the aquaculture pond system ecology in Tarakan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing cultural crisis in the field of education, particularly in dance learning at SMP Negeri 3 Randudongkal. Many students struggle to recognize and appreciate local culture due to the use of general teaching materials that do not adequately consider their cultural context. This study aims to develop a learning application based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) that integrates local dance into the teaching and learning process. The Go Jar application features seven main menus: lesson planning instruments, teacher and student guidebooks, learning materials, student assessments, work evidence, videos, and worksheets (LKPD). This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method, following Sugiyono's development model, which includes identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, validation, testing, and product revision. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, document studies, and limited trials. The study involves students and cultural arts teachers as test subjects, as well as material and media experts for validation. The research results indicate that the development of the Android-based Go Jar learning application was successful and suitable for use as an interactive learning medium. The material expert validation achieved a score of 100%, indicating very high feasibility, while media expert validation received a score of 94%, categorized as feasible. The small group trial resulted in a score of 91.6%, classified as good, whereas the large group trial obtained a score of 92.1%, categorized as highly feasible. The Go Jar application serves as an innovation in cultural arts learning technology, facilitating students in understanding the local cultural identity of Pemalang and supporting teachers in developing more inclusive and interactive teaching methods.
