Abstract

The This study aims to describe and analyze the management of the head of the madrasah in motivating teachers at Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Futuhiyyah Assalafiyyah Sukorejo Sempu Andong Boyolali, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered and the solutions implemented. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the head of the madrasah as the key informant and several permanent and non-permanent teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results revealed that the head of the madrasah implemented four main management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling in an integrated manner to enhance teachers’ work motivation. The head of the madrasah actively served as a leader, mentor, and motivator through spiritual, humanistic, participatory, and exemplary approaches. The main challenges included limited teacher attendance and time, insufficient learning facilities, and the absence of a standardized performance evaluation system. To overcome these issues, the head of the madrasah adopted adaptive strategies such as schedule adjustments, non-material rewards, strengthened communication, and continuous spiritual guidance. This study concludes that religious and humanistic-based leadership effectively fosters a harmonious work atmosphere, enhances teacher motivation and discipline, and sustains the learning process in nonformal Islamic educational institutions. This management model can serve as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in developing effective, participatory, and value-based management systems that emphasize spiritual development and teacher professionalism. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepala madrasah dalam memotivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Futuhiyyah Assalafiyyah Sukorejo Sempu Andong Boyolali, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan solusi yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah sebagai informan kunci serta guru tetap dan tidak tetap yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diuji keabsahannya dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah menerapkan empat fungsi utama manajemen, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, secara terpadu untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Kepala madrasah berperan aktif sebagai pemimpin, pembimbing, dan motivator melalui strategi spiritual, humanis, partisipatif, dan keteladanan. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan waktu guru, sarana prasarana yang minim, serta belum adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terstandar. Untuk mengatasinya, kepala madrasah menerapkan solusi adaptif berbasis kekeluargaan, pembinaan spiritual, dan penghargaan nonmaterial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang humanis dan religius berperan penting dalam membangun motivasi kerja guru dan menjaga stabilitas lembaga pendidikan nonformal. Model manajemen ini dapat menjadi contoh efektif bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya dalam mengembangkan sistem manajemen berbasis nilai, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada pembinaan spiritual serta profesionalitas guru.

Abstract

Implementation Artificial Intelligence as a supporting model for e-learning still faces several challenges. This is due to several aspects, such as concerns about loss spiritual touch, low digital literacy educators, limited technological infrastructure in educational institutions, and so on. On the other hand, the interaction that occurs between students and teachers is an emotional and moral dimension that occurs. The purpose study is to analyze the use AI as supporting model for e-learning in Islamic education. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative research. The findings study are (1) Views Islamic education practitioners on Artificial Intelligence, one which is that the existence Artificial Intelligence is not absolute replacement between students and teachers. However, Artificial Intelligence is considered means or tool in understanding learning; (2) The results analysis explain that several AI (Artificial Intelligence) in e-learning in Islamic education have been present in several forms, including increasing access and inclusivity, translating and understanding classical manuscripts, analyzing learning and automatic assessment, material recommendation systems and learning personalization, as well Chatbots and virtual learning assistants; (3) Concept Islamic education is not only oriented towards the transfer knowledge (ta'lim), but also the formation of morals and spirituality (tarbiyah and ta'dib).

Abstract

This research examines Prof. Imam Suprayogo, a key figure in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Through his integrative educational concept, he not only streamlined the curriculum at UIN Malang but also played a role in shaping the thinking and direction of Islamic education development nationally in Indonesia. His progressive thinking on the integration of science and religion has shaped the profile of Islamic education that is relevant to current developments, without separating Islamic teachings from education and without losing its Islamic essence. His role in this concept serves as an example for future generations in continuing the vision of modern and meaningful Islamic education and realizing a generation of faith and piety.

Abstract

Objective: Analyze the implementation of the Madrasah Service and Assistance Program in facing university entrance selection at MAN 1 Surakarta, as well as identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. Theoretical framework: Refers to the theory of educational services, career guidance, and educational management to understand the role of institutions in preparing students for higher education. Literature review: This may include a study of educational service strategies, the role of madrasas in academic and career guidance, and effective practices in college selection preparation. Method: A descriptive qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is carried out through stages: collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Results: The program runs effectively through three main aspects: information services, academic mentoring, and administrative assistance. Supporting factors: commitment of management, BK teachers, and parents. Inhibiting factors: limited time and academic load. The program increases student readiness and confidence, as evidenced by the increasing number of students admitted to college.  Implications: This program can be a model for other madrassas in increasing the readiness and competitiveness of graduates in college selection. Novelty: Offers a systematic integrated madrasah service model, combining information, academics, and administration in supporting the success of students entering college.

Abstract

Education is a key pillar in creating a nation's progress and prosperity. In Islam, education not only develops knowledge but also shapes character and good morals. Since its inception in Indonesia, Islamic education has played a significant role in the process of Islamization, yet it has faced the challenge of remaining relevant to current developments. Mahmud Yunus, a key figure in the reform of Islamic education in Indonesia, made significant contributions to integrating religious and general knowledge into the education system. His thinking emphasized the importance of a curriculum that combines religious and scientific knowledge, the use of Indonesian in learning, and the development of more modern teaching methods. Mahmud Yunus also proposed reforms in Islamic educational institutions, introducing a classical system and a structured curriculum, and emphasizing the role of educators as role models. His reform efforts formed the basis for the development of a more dynamic and adaptive Islamic education to the changing times, making it relevant today.

Abstract

Education has been a fundamental pillar of human civilization since ancient times. Humans have learned to understand life, even up to the modern era we live in. With increasingly sophisticated and advanced technology, education plays a role as a tool for developing human potential. Humans are unique among other creatures. Experts study them from diverse perspectives. Quraish Shihab stated that many scientists have studied humans, but the results remain limited. What we do know is that humans are composed of several specific parts. This, too, depends on each individual's perception.

Abstract

Pendidikan kebangsaan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik di Indonesia. Pendidikan Islam sebagai bagian integral dari kurikulum sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme, patriotisme, dan cinta tanah air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai kebangsaan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 1 Trucuk. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kebangsaan terintegrasi dalam materi PAI, kegiatan pembiasaan religius, serta aktivitas ekstrakurikuler keagamaan. Selain itu, dukungan guru dan lingkungan sekolah menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Meskipun demikian, tantangan masih muncul dalam hal konsistensi penerapan dan adanya pengaruh media sosial yang kurang positif. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam berperan signifikan dalam memperkuat karakter kebangsaan peserta didik di era modern.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk individu yang seimbang antara pengetahuan ilmiah dan nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hakikat, landasan, prinsip, struktur, dan implementasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam dalam konteks kekinian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen resmi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis isi (content analysis) untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam dan sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan Islam memiliki landasan filosofis yang kuat, berorientasi pada integrasi ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, serta dirancang secara holistik melalui pendekatan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Implementasi kurikulum ini menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hal pemahaman pendidik terhadap nilai-nilai dan karakter Islam. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang relevan dan aplikatif sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam pendidikan merupakan fenomena yang kompleks dan multidimensi, meliputi kekerasan fisik, verbal, psikologis, digital, simbolik, hingga struktural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tipologi kekerasan dalam pendidikan, dampaknya terhadap peserta didik, serta menawarkan upaya pencegahan berbasis nilai Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan literatur dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan dalam rentang 2018–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan berdampak serius terhadap aspek psikologis (trauma, rendah diri), akademik (penurunan prestasi, risiko putus sekolah), dan sosial (normalisasi kekerasan, siklus balas dendam). Upaya pencegahan berbasis nilai Islam dapat dilakukan melalui lima strategi utama, yaitu safeguarding Islami, restorative justice, trauma-informed education, digital literacy Islami, dan moderasi beragama, yang diperkuat dengan pembiasaan akhlakul karimah dan sinergi keluarga-sekolah-masyarakat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Islami memberikan landasan normatif sekaligus praktis dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang aman, damai, dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep moderasi beragama (religious moderation) sebagai paradigma teologis dan strategi sosial dalam menghadapi dua ekstrem ideologis yang mengancam kehidupan berbangsa, yaitu radikalisme keagamaan dan sekularisme ekstrem. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis nilai-nilai wasathiyyah Islam seperti keseimbangan (tawazun), toleransi (tasamuh), keadilan (‘itidal), dan jalan tengah (tawasuth) sebagai dasar moderasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama berfungsi secara defensif untuk mencegah penyebaran ideologi ekstrem, sekaligus konstruktif dalam membangun tatanan sosial yang damai, inklusif, dan berkeadaban. Dalam konteks pendidikan, moderasi diimplementasikan melalui integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi dalam kurikulum, pembelajaran dialogis, dan pembentukan budaya sekolah inklusif. Sementara dalam masyarakat, moderasi diwujudkan melalui pemberdayaan tokoh agama, literasi digital keagamaan, dan penguatan nilai sosial berbasis kebersamaan. Dengan demikian, moderasi beragama menjadi mekanisme ideologis dan kultural yang efektif untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara spiritualitas dan rasionalitas, antara iman dan kemanusiaan, serta memperkuat ketahanan ideologis bangsa di tengah tantangan global dan digital.
