Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the financial management aspects of partners, especially in the field of funding, because in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was marked by declining economic conditions and had a major impact on the Nurjannah Orphanage, where donations also decreased. The program carried out is by working, namely holding drawing activities and from the results of the orphanage children's drawings are published on Instagram, and interested people will make donations by buying these pictures. The results of the activities that have been carried out indicate a significant additional donation for operational funding at the Nurjannah Orphanage-Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to assist SME in Taman Kota Batam in managing digital finance with application. The use of accounting application makes it very easy for SMES to generate financial reports automatically. In the implementation of this community service program, we made a direct visit to our partners in the Taman Kota and asked about their bookkeeping system, conducted an analysis of the data obtained, conducted an application test, and provide training to partners for the operation of SME accounting application in one semester. The result of implementation showed that SMEs problems can be solved digitally in financial records, saving quite a lot of time, and making it easier to classify money for every expenditure and income transactions.

Abstract

Sejak pandemi Covid-19 dimulai, Panti Asuhan Asia Sehati mengalami beberapa masalah dari segi internal maupun dari segi eksternal. Salah satu yang paling utama yaitu kurangnya di kenal oleh masyarakat sekitar dan pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, pelaksana kegiatan masyarakat berinisiatif untuk membuat sebuah proyek tentang pembuatan company profile yang dapat membantu Panti Asuhan Asia Sehati lebih di kenal masyarakat setempat dan mendapatkan donasi dengan efektif. Selain itu, metode ini dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul dalam panti asuhan tersebut. Output dari kegiatan ini adalah company profile berbentuk video dan file pdf. Video yang telah dibuat akan di upload melalui aplikasi Youtube dan file pdf akan digunakan sebagai file untuk mempromosikan dan penjelasan yang lebih jelas mengenai informasi dari panti asuhan tersebut. Company profile yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan oleh panti asuhan tersebut kedepannya. Data ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan masyarakat ini bisa dipergunakan sebagai tumpuan untuk kegiatan masyarakat selanjutnya. Hasil laporan pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat ini adalah terciptanya company profile yang dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi. Sehingga Panti Asuhan Asia Sehati semakin banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar dan mendapatkan bantuan

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to educate the students in Batam that still unfamiliar with NPWP and even do not have NPWP to get NPWP online. The methods used in this activity are Education, training, and consultancy online through Zoom Application for one semester. The results of implementation showed that students become educated and understand the role of NPWP in daily life and how to register it online and 10 students successfully registered and got NPWP.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to equip and increase student interest in learning English and Mandarin through providing techniques and tips that make it easier for students to learn foreign languages at SMA Immanuel Batam. The method of implementation used is conducting webinars using the Zoom application and distributing E-Books as learning materials to make it easier for students to learn the two languages. This program is implemented for one semester and the results show that students who actively participate in activities are more motivated in learning foreign languages so that their competence increases.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve children's education programs in Kampung Jawa - Batam City, considering that school-age children are still not proficient in numeracy, which is caused by limited infrastructure and experts. The method used here is the method of teaching while playing, using a game that we have designed with the method of "Advanced Counting After Playing 10 Times". Besides that, he also created an open donation movement on social media, to get proper textbooks. The result of the implementation that has been carried out is that there has been progressed in the education of school-age children where some children have started to recognize numbers and are starting to be able to add small numbers, and also thanks to the open donations we have made, children in Kampung Jawa-Batam now have lots of books to study.

Abstract

Mitra proyek Society Empowerment Program ini adalah Café Abang dengan permasalahan bahwa masih ada sebagian masyarakat yang tidak paham dan menganggap konsep go green sulit untuk diterapkan sehingga membutuhkan edukasi dan pemahaman yang lebih. Maka pelaksana mencoba memberikan edukasi berupa poster seputar go green untuk menjaga bumi dengan cara yang mudah, yaitu mengurangi penggunaan styrofoam dan membuat video yang akan dipublikasikan di youtube mengenai daur ulang di Café Abang. Society Empowerment Program ini dilakukan dengan survey melalui google form dan pemaparan poster serta video edukasi dengan 80 responden. Dengan adanya poster, video edukasi dan pemahaman mengenai green packaging ini, sebesar 50% responden setelah menonton video youtube telah memahami konsep green packaging sehingga dapat memotivasi dan menambah pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya melakukan go green mulai dari hal kecil yang dapat menimbulkan manfaat besar bagi lingkungan

Abstract

This study discusses the issue of various factors that affect the stock price of a company. The research focused on the property company sector in Indonesia which has been listed and has financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from January 2017-December 2020 using time series data collection techniques. The method used in this study is a deductive analysis that utilizes the Eviews version 12 application with data processing techniques in the form of data quality tests (chow test, hausman test and lagrange multiplier test) and panel data analysis test (t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test). The results of the study concluded that the ratio of total assets turnover is significantly positive having an impact on the share price; the rate-of-return ratio of assets is significantly negative in having an impact on stock prices. The exchange rate ratio, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio do not significantly have an impact on stock prices.

Abstract

The concept of saving has been around for a long time, depending on each individual. In order to save, an individual must reduce his spending, save money for daily needs and even postpone consumption in the present for the future. The purpose of this study is to find out factors that influence the saving behavior of Batam city students. The total number of samples in this study amounted to 401 who were students of the city of Batam. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to obtain data which was addressed to Batam City Students. The distribution of this questionnaire was done by distributing the google form link through social media. Research result shows that: Financial literacy has a positive effect on intention and saving behavior. Saving motive has a positive effect on saving behavior. While, Intention, Parorental socialization and Self Control do not influence significantly on saving behavior financial literacy has no effect on saving behavior through intention as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Target dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah mengedukasi serta menyadarkan betapa pentingnya hak asasi manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan menggunakan media yang mudah dipahami dan menyenangkan. Ruang lingkup dari artikel ini ialah proses sharing edukasi dan kompetensi mengenai pentingnya HAM kepada pelajar yang berada di dunia pendidikan dan akan segera terjun ke lapangan pekerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam sharing edukasi ini yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara antara dua pihak, observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pencatatatan secara sistematis untuk mendapatkan data dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keterangan atau bukti. Hasil dari perancangan luaran kegiatan dari SEPORA yang dilaksanakan berupa power point untuk mempermudah dalam menyampaikan materi sharing dan edukasi yang akan dilaksanakan, video edukasi yang berisikan penjelasan mengenai HAM, baik itu dari segi pengertian, fungsi, manfaat, sejarah dan upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk menegakan HAM, quiziz berisikan soal-soal yang telah disusun dan dirancang oleh tim sebagai media evaluasi dari sebelumnya dan poster instagram digunakan sebagai pengingat kegiatan dan mempermudah dalam penyebaran informasi yang akan dilaksanakan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah diimplementasikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran terhadap HAM sangat penting khususnya di dunia pendidikan. Karena dengan memahami HAM para pelajar menjadi lebih tahu bagaimana cara menggunakan hak mereka dan lebih menghargai setiap perbedaan yang ada. Sehingga dapat meminimalisir pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi khususnya di dunia pendidikan.
