Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran likuiditas, leverage, dan nilai perusahaan serta pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara simultan dan parsial. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2015. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS Statistics 19.Hasil analisa dari regresi linier berganda yaitu: Ŷ = -12,140 + 7,064 X1 + 1,150 X2.Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan leveragemempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil kolerasi yaitu r = 0,755 artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara likuiditas dan leverage dengan nilai perusahaan. Dari koefisien determinasi nilai perusahaan dapat dijelaskan oleh likuiditas dan leverage sebesar 57,3% dan sisanya 42,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis penelitian H0 ditolak dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 lebih kecil dari 5% atau 0,001 < 0,05, artinya likuiditas dan leverageberpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui gambaran likuiditas,leverage, dan profitabilitas serta pengaruh likuiditas, leverage terhadap profitabilitaspada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 0,152 – 0,006X1 - 0,222X2. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi yaitu nilai r sebesar 0,583 dan nilai R sebesar 0,340. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung>Ftabel atau 6,181>3,40 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,007<0,05 berarti likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil uji t untuk CR thitung<ttabel (1,907<2,064) atau Sig.>alpha (0,069>0,05), berarti CR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil uji t untuk DAR thitung>ttabel (3,241>2,064) atau Sig.>alpha (0,003<0,05), berarti DAR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. To find out the description of capital structure, company growth, and dividend policy to increase the value of the company at PT Timah (Persero), Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To find out the factors that caused the company's value to PT Timah (Persero), Tbk to decline. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques, comparative analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. In this research the type of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. In this research the data source used is secondary data. The technique data collection used is documentation technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that 1. The average capital structure tends to increase, company growth tends to decrease, dividend policy and company value tend to decrease. 2. capital structure increases due to increased long-term debt but not followed by company value, company growth decreases due to increased inventory but not followed by firm value, dividend policy decreases due to retained earnings more than profit distributed to investor as dividend.The results of the study suggest that companies should reduce the use of long-term debt in carrying out their company operations and improve asset management and increase dividend policy to attract the attention of potential investors to invest in the company

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. Identify the liquidity, activity, profitability and value of sub sector cable company listed on Indonesian stock exchange. 2. Identify the liquidity, activity, profitability effect to the value of sub sector cable company listed on Indonesian stock exchange simultaneously or partially. This research was done by using the method of qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis. The objectives this research used sub sector cable company listed on Indonesian stock exchange. The data was collected by using documentation method. The analytical techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient  determination coefficient and hypothesis test.The result of multiple linear regression test had a negative effect to the value of the company. The results of the correlation coefficient and correlation determination analysis concluded that liquidity, activity, and profitability, have a strong connection with the company value and influenced by another variable. Simultaneous test results obtained that liquidity, activity, and profitability influence don't have a significant effect to the company value.This research suggests that the company should increase sale, accelerate debt collection, minimize operational cost and stabilize dividend development to the investor, so it can increase the company profits Keywords : Liquidity, Activity, Profitability and Company Value

Abstract

The results of this research can be concluaded that: 1. Lack of community participation to participate in village fund management planning, this is due to the lack of motivation of the community to participate in the deliberations. Then there was a delay in submitting a draft village regulation that had been agreed to be evaluated. 2. In the implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village fund management in accordance with PERMENDAGRI Number 113 of 2014, it shows that the principles of participation in management, orderly and disciplined principles, principles of transparency and accountability principles have been carried out properly.The suggestion from this research is that the village government should develop a participatory concept and foster a sense of community motivation by providing education seminars on managing village funds and leading to the implementation of village governance. Then the village government should pay more attention to the applicable regulations in managing village finances in order to realize Good Governance.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) merupakan kelompok swadaya yang berasal dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat dengan jumlah anggota tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wanita tani terhadap Pemanfaatan Tanah Pekarangan (PTP) dalam menunjang ketahanan pangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sensus yaitu seluruh wanita tani kelompok kembang tani yang aktif memanfaatkan tanah pekarangan sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita tani kelompok Kembang Tani memiliki karakteristik internal yaitu berumur 55 tahun (33%) dengan pendidikan formal SD (40%), memiliki jumlah anggota keluarga 1 4 orang (74%) dengan pendapatan Rp.500.000 1.000.000 (67%), memiliki luas lahan pekarangan 500 m2 (70%) dengan curahan waktu pemanfaatan 5 jam/hari (70%), dan kekosmopolitan termasuk dalam kategori rendah (97%) sedangkan motivasi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (100%). Karakteristik eksternal seperti intensitas penyuluhan dan suasana kelompok termasuk dalam kategori tinggi (100%) sedangkan ketersediaan sarana dan produksi termasuk dalam kategori sedang (53%). Tingkat persepsi wanita tani kelompok Kembang Tani terhadap pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dalam menunjang ketahanan pangan tergolong sangat baik dengan pencapaian skor 4.2.Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a self-help group originating from, by and for the community with a certain number of members. This study aims to determine the perceptions of women farmers on Utilization of Yard Land (PTP) in supporting food security. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census, i.e. all female farmers in the farmer's group who actively used their yard land were 30 people. The results showed that female farmers in the Kembang Tani group had internal characteristics, namely aged 55 years (33%) with formal elementary school education (40%), had a family of 1 4 people (74%) with an income of IDR 500,000 1,000. 000 (67%), have a yard area of 500 m2 (70%) with an outpouring of utilization time 5 hours/day (70%), and cosmopolitanness is included in the low category (97%) while motivation is included in the high category (100% ). External characteristics such as the intensity of counseling and group atmosphere are included in the high category (100%) while the availability of facilities and production is included in the medium category (53%). The level of perception of female farmers in the Kembang Tani group regarding the use of yard land in supporting food security is classified as very good with a score of 4.2.Keywords: Farmer Women's Group, Perception, Utilization of Yard Land, Food Security

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Women empowerment is an effort to enhance the capacity of women gaining access and control to economic, politic, social and cultural resources. It is also to strengthen self-development and self-confidence regarding ability to contribute and active participation in the process of decision-making, that reinforce development capability and self-concept. Women headed household empowerment program (Program Pemberdayaan Perempuan Kepala Keluarga PEKKA)aims to cope and deal with any potential women headed household problems comprehensively through community organizing, in particular, related to class and gender inequalities in the community. In order to achieve that objective, the strategy of project management of PEKKA focuses on five pillars, which are participatory, flexibility, mentoring and facilitating, sustainability, and decentralized. This study aims to assess the level of empowerment of women headed household after joining the PEKKA program. The study employs qualitative approach, which is women headed household as a unit analysis. Data gathering was through primary and secondary sources. Primary data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion, meanwhile secondary obtained through project related supportive documents. The process of analysis data was using data reduction, data arrangement and presentation, interpretation, tentative argument and conclusion, and verification. The study shows that the significance of the program encouragingly contributes to empowering women headed household through improvement of wellbeing, opens access to resources, increase critical awareness, as well as participation and control. It is to the greater extent connects to the objective of the program.

Abstract

This research focuses on studying the curriculum of three study programs at the Faculty of Science and Technology, namely Biology, Informatics Engineering and Architectural Engineering. The purpose of this research is to see how ready the curriculum of the 3 study programs is to be submitted as ASIIN international accreditation material. The method used to measure curriculum readiness is using AHP. The results of this study are that from 3 study programs that have been assessed using AHP, the study program that is most ready for its curriculum is Informatics Engineering with a readiness of 73.4%, followed by Architectural Engineering, and after that Biology.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding, skills and knowledge in the preparation of financial statements. This community service was conducted at UMKM Sahabat in Nagori Karang Bangun Huta IV, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency. The method of implementation of this activity is carried out using the method of action research activities. The service team conducted activities consisting of two activities, namely the supply of financial report preparation instruments as well as training workshops on the preparation of financial statements. This assistance is done with a sense of kinship so that this assistance runs smoothly, relaxed, directed and the material remains mastered by partners with interactive discussion mentoring methods

Abstract

The purpose of this training activity is so that young people, especially students of SMK Swasta Buddhist Manjusri Pematangsiantar have the spirit and mental readiness in entrepreneurship, dare to think creatively and innovate and become job creators in the ministry. The method of activity carried out with a lecture model by providing an understanding of the understanding and principles of creativity, creative processes and techniques, basic concepts of innovation and innovative thinking, creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship, Head of The Secretary of SMK Swasta Buddhist Manjusri Pematangsiantar is very appreciative of the training, because with the presence of academics in providing training, the understanding of entrepreneurial concepts that will be a reference and foundation in the self-development and creativity of students.
