Abstract

Kapal patroli memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjaga keamanan maritim, menegakkan hukum, dan mengawasi perairan nasional. Dalam mendukung tugasnya, lambung kapal patroli dituntut memiliki peforma tinggi, khususnya pada aspek kecepatan, efisiensi hambatan dan wetted surface area. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan serta variasi peletakan hydrofoil terhadap hambatan total dan wetted surface area pada lambung kapal patroli. Tiga variasi peletakan hydrofoil diuji, yaitu peletakan bagian haluan, buritan dan kombinasi keduanya dengan titik acuan pada center of waterline. Computational Fluid Dynamics digunakan untuk mengalisa hambatan total dengan variasi kecepatan 20, 24 dan 28 knot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan peletakan variasi hydrofoil belum mampu menurunkan nilai hambatan total secara signifikan dibandingkan model lambung kapal patroli tanpa penambahan hydrofoil. Akan tetapi pada ketiga variasi peletakan hydrofoil pada lambung kapal patroli, variasi peletakan hydrofoil pada haluan kapal menunjukkan bahwa peforma terbaik dengan penurunan nilai wetted surface area sebesar 17.41% pada kecepatan 24 dan 23.41% pada kecepatan 28 knot

Abstract

This article delves into the intricate relationship between cultural factors and consumer preferences, focusing on their impact on product purchasing decisions in the global market. Through a comprehensive literature review, various cultural dimensions such as values, beliefs, norms, and traditions are examined for their influence on consumer behavior. The analysis encompasses diverse cultural contexts, highlighting the significance of understanding cultural nuances in shaping consumer preferences. The findings reveal a complex interplay between culture and consumer choices, indicating that cultural factors significantly shape individuals' perceptions of products and brands. Moreover, this cross-cultural article underscores the need for businesses to adopt culturally sensitive marketing strategies to effectively target and engage diverse consumer segments worldwide.

Abstract

Digital transformation demands that companies implement data storage systems that are flexible, secure, and accessible from various locations. This study aims to design a cloud storage procurement strategy for PT Lokabyte Digital Innovations using a SWOT analysis approach. The method applied is descriptive qualitative, involving data collection through system observation, internal interviews, and literature review. The analysis reveals that the company has strengths in adaptability and team creativity, but faces weaknesses in unstandardized data storage infrastructure. There are opportunities in digitalization and remote work, although risks related to data security and third-party dependence persist. Based on these findings, three strategic alternatives are recommended: Google Drive (public cloud), NAS (private cloud), and a hybrid combination of both. These alternatives are presented equally, allowing the company to select based on its resources and growth trajectory. The study is expected to serve as a strategic reference in supporting digital transformation in emerging digital enterprises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social commerce dan social influence terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Scarlett Whitening merupakan merek kecantikan lokal Indonesia yang menawarkan produk perawatan kulit berkualitas dengan pendekatan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Social commerce memanfaatkan interaksi sosial dalam platform digital untuk mempromosikan produk, sementara social influence mencakup pengaruh sosial individu atau kelompok terhadap keputusan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif, yang melibatkan 100 responden mahasiswa Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social commerce dan social influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlett Whitening. Faktor promosi di platform e-commerce memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam social commerce, sedangkan rekomendasi kelompok referensi, peran dan status menjadi indikator utama pada social influence. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis digital yang mengintegrasikan social commerce dan social influence efektif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran Scarlett Whitening, khususnya dalam memperkuat daya saing di pasar lokal.

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to strengthen pesantren-based entrepreneurship through a scheduled ordering system designed to meet the daily needs of female students. The system is managed collaboratively by caregivers and alumni of PPHQ Putri 1. This initiative serves as a strategic response to the limited entrepreneurial preparedness of pesantren alumni in addressing contemporary economic challenges, while also promoting community-based economic self-reliance. The program employed a participatory approach, incorporating entrepreneurship motivation sessions, personalized consultations, technical training in basic business management, and live implementation of an open pre-order service model. The activities were structured over two academic semesters (May–July 2025), covering stages such as student needs assessment, formation of operational teams, digital business recording training, and monthly business mentoring by university faculty. The results indicate a significant improvement in alumni entrepreneurial motivation, business mindset development, and concrete initiatives, including the formation of alumni-led business groups. Moreover, the scheduled ordering model proved effective in linking internal supply with actual student demand in a responsive and efficient manner. This initiative successfully demonstrated a replicable and structured model of pesantren-based entrepreneurship, grounded in real community needs and sustained through collaborative engagement.

Abstract

Proses milling merupakan salah satu metode pemesinan yang banyak digunakan dalam industri manufaktur untuk menghasilkan komponen dengan tingkat akurasi dan presisi tinggi. Keberhasilan proses ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kestabilan dinamis mesin yang dapat diamati melalui tingkat getaran selama proses pemotongan. Getaran berlebih dapat menurunkan kualitas permukaan, mempercepat keausan pahat, serta mengurangi efisiensi produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi feeding rate terhadap karakteristik getaran dan kekasaran permukaan pada proses milling material Aluminium 6061. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan mesin frais konvensional dengan tiga variasi feeding rate yaitu 98 mm/menit, 132 mm/menit, dan 170 mm/menit, pada kedalaman potong 1 mm dan kecepatan spindle konstan 540 rpm. Pengukuran getaran dilakukan dengan sensor accelerometer ADXL345 berbasis Arduino Uno, sedangkan kekasaran permukaan diukur menggunakan Surface Roughness Tester dengan parameter Ra sebagai acuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan feeding rate menyebabkan peningkatan nilai getaran dan kekasaran permukaan. Nilai getaran rata-rata meningkat dari 0,85 mm/s menjadi 0,92 mm/s, sedangkan nilai kekasaran meningkat dari 1,04 µm menjadi 2,19 µm. Meskipun terjadi peningkatan, seluruh nilai getaran masih berada di bawah ambang batas aman ISO 10816, sehingga proses milling berlangsung stabil. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, feeding rate sebesar 98 mm/menit direkomendasikan sebagai parameter optimal untuk memperoleh kualitas permukaan terbaik dan kestabilan proses yang tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dengan menggunakan media kantong bilangan pada siswa kelas II b SDN Jombatan Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus melibatkan 4 tahapan, yaitu : Perencanaan (Planning), Tindakan (Action), Pengamatan (Observation), dan Refleksi (Reflection). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media kantong bilangan pada Matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II b SDN Jombatan Jombang. Saat belum diberikan tindakan, hanya 10 siswa atau 37% yang memenuhi syarat KKM. Pada kegiatan tindakan siklus I terjadi peningkatan yaitu 12  siswa atau 44% yang mencapai KKM dan siklus II terdapat 23 siswa atau 85% yang berhasil mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siklus I dan siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan dari 65 menjadi 85. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dengan menggunakan media kantong bilangan dari siklus I ke siklus II.

Abstract

Every year, the faculties and units at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University submit budget proposals to the Planning Department. Some common issues include low budget absorption and suboptimal reporting. Reporting also faces difficulties as everything is done manually. In an effort to address the aforementioned problems, a system needs to be developed to facilitate communication and coordination among various parties in budget creation, ensuring the formulation of a realistic and achievable budget. Thus, the E-Budgeting system is established to tackle these budget submission challenges. The research methodology involves several stages, including data collection methods (literature review, field study) and system development methods (design phase, coding phase, and testing phase). The goal of this research is to design a budget submission and preparation system at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University in Tambakberas Jombang that can expedite the budget disbursement process. The final outcome of this research is the creation of a web-based E-BUDGETING application providing budget processing information accessible to the academic community at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University.

Abstract

Over the last few years, MSMEs have become the main motor in driving economic growth. In today's increasingly fierce competitive conditions, business competitors continue to strive to provide high quality services, create an excellent brand image, with the aim of meeting customer satisfaction and maintaining their loyalty. The aim of this research is to empirically examine the relationship between service quality, store image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. We collected research data on consumers who purchased MSME products at the Mojokerto City Center for Featured Products, using accidental sampling techniques. We propose a conceptual model from previous research and consider it in the context of superior MSME products in Mojokerto City. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS computer application program. The research results show that service quality and store image significantly impacts customer loyalty. Likewise, the research results also confirm that customer satisfaction significantly impacts customer loyalty at the Mojokerto City Center for Featured Products. In addition, the research results reveal that customer satisfaction strengthens the influence of store image on customer loyalty. This research suggests implications for managers, limitations and directions for future research of the above findings.

Abstract

Research in Desa Sidodadi, Bojonegoro, examined effective promotional strategies for enhancing catfish sales. Using qualitative interviews with farmers, it showed that utilizing social media and partnering with local vendors expanded consumer outreach and boosted product visibility. Digital marketing reduced distribution costs and facilitated direct customer interactions, leading to higher customer loyalty and satisfaction. Workshops and seminars raised public awareness about catfish benefits but highlighted dependencies on intermediaries and ineffective distributions needing improvement via better logistical arrangements. Analyzing SWOT helped farmers leverage strengths while mitigating weaknesses, opportunities, and threats effectively. Recommendations included upgrading digital technologies in marketing campaigns alongside educational sessions on modern marketing practices coupled with strategic alliances between farmers' cooperatives or individual producers with local retailers/restaurants aiming substantial increases in overall sale volumes.
