Abstract

"Reading Corner" is a literacy cultural activity carried out by students during their free time, in between classes, to read books available in the designated reading corner. Reading is a crucial activity in the teaching and learning process, as it is the skill of absorbing knowledge through textual materials. The "Reading Corner" activity is implemented as an effort to enhance students' reading interest and is applied as a habitual practice. The primary goal is to cultivate a literacy culture in the school through the creation of a reading corner in the auditorium of SMP Muhammadiyah Langsa. The establishment of the reading corner in the school's auditorium is conducted collaboratively with the students of SMP Muhammadiyah Langsa. The aim is to restore the role of the library as a center for empowering students to develop literacy-based potential. This engagement involves preparation, the promotion of the reading corner in the school auditorium, and the actual implementation of the reading corner. The outcome of this engagement is the formation of the reading corner at SMP Muhammadiyah Langsa. It is hoped that the establishment of this reading corner will contribute to the enhancement of the school's literacy culture.

Abstract

The Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is applied in Indonesian language learning to improve the news text writing skills of grade XI students at MASTAHFIZIL QUR’AN. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effectiveness of the TGT model application in improving news text writing skills. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and written tests which were then analyzed descriptively. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the TGT application was able to improve students’ abilities in understanding the structure of news texts, and organizing information systematically. This model also creates an interactive learning atmosphere through competition and group cooperation. In addition, TGT has a positive impact on students’ critical thinking skills, collaboration, communication, and creativity. Researchers also found several obstacles, such as the difficulty of students adapting to the group-based learning system. These obstacles can be overcome through intensive guidance from teachers. Researchers concluded that the TGT model not only improves students’ writing skills, but also strengthens social interaction and a sense of responsibility in group-based learning

Abstract

Persaingan industri kosmetik lokal saat ini memiliki peningkatan yang sangat pesat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya permintaan pasar yang besar. Repurchase intention merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk menjaga keberlangsungan pada industri kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived price dan product quality terhadap repurchase intention, baik secara langsung serta dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction terhadap produk kosmetik lokal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausalitas dengan teknik purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 190 responden pengguna kosmetik lokal di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived price dan product quality berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention dan customer satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, customer satisfaction juga terbukti dapat menjadi mediator yang berpengaruh positif antara hubungan perceived price dan product quality terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk pelaku industri kosmetik lokal untuk memperhatikan strategi penetapan harga dan menjaga kualitas secara konsisten untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan minat pembelian ulang pada konsumen. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini terletak pada pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai bagaimana persepsi harga, kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen memengaruhi niat pembelian ulang, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku industri kosmetik lokal dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has penetrated various sectors of life, including the healthcare sector, and has significantly influenced the advancement of computer-based medical record systems. The utilization of information technology in medical record systems is a strategic step to improve the quality of healthcare services in hospitals. However, in practice, the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) still faces several challenges, such as the gap between regulation and actual implementation, limited human resources, and suboptimal infrastructure. This study aims to review the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the use of EMR systems, and the inhibiting factors based on the 5M approach (Man, Material, Machine, Method, Money) at Soeharto Heerdjan Hospital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, conducted through in-depth interviews and observations involving 12 informants, including medical personnel, administrative staff, and IT teams. The results of the study indicate that although SOPs are available and the system is integrated, the implementation is still hindered by work habit factors, limitations of the application system, and inadequate infrastructure support. Therefore, improvements in training, system strengthening, and workflow enhancement are necessary.
