Abstract

Tanah Lot Traditional Market is the first traditional market has a modern concept in Tabanan Regency. Regarding the income of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market, it has not been able to reach the target that has been set so that it affects its contribution to the original income of the Beraban Traditional Village. The purpose of this research is to perfect or create new strategies related to the management of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis used is an indicator of strategic management according to Wheelen and Hunger, namely environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The results of this study indicate that there are still several obstacles related to strategies that have not been maximal, program implementation has not been optimal, human resources are still low, policies implemented are not based on clear regulations. Abstract

Akah Village has great potential for developed into tourist destination both in terms of natural resources and the socio cultural conditions of the local people. However, this high potential cannot be developed optimally because of the limited budget and infrastructure. In addition, level of local community participation in tourism development in Akah Village is still far from what was expected. This research using a qualitative descriptive method studied using sustainable tourism development theory with the Community Based Tourism approach by Yaman and Mohd. Based on the study using the CBT approach, the results of the research show that there are several indicators that have worked well such as support from the government, strengthening local institutions, and sustainable use of local resources, while there are several other indicators that have worked but are not good, such as participation from the stakeholders, equitable benefit sharing and linkages between regional and national levels. Abstract

Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Gentha Persada that located in Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency ranked first as the best BUMDes in Badung Regency. However, BUMDes Gentha Persada still has problems such as not being able to achieve its target, which is to contribute in increasing the village's original income optimally.The results of this study indicate that the BUMDes Gentha Persada has carried out a strategic management process and there are several obstacles in increasing the village's original income such as lack of regulation from the village government in running the BUMDes program, lack of awareness of human resources in carrying out their duties, and lack of socialization carried out by BUMDes Gentha Persada. The results of the SWOT Matrix analysis resulted in four alternative strategies which became alternative strategies of strengths-opportunity, weakness-opportunity, strengths-threats, and weakness-threats. Abstract

The house renovation program in Berangbang Village is a government policy in helping the fulfilment of livable houses for the underprivileged. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of the house renovation program from 2017 tol 2019 in alleviating poverty in Berangbang Village. This research is using descriptive qualitative technique. While the data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation, using data analysis technique from Miles and Huberman. The evaluation model used in this research is by William Dunn (2003), which consists of six indicators, there are effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equality, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results in this study indicate that the role of the house renovation program in Berangbang Village is still not optimal, seen from the ineffective in alleviating poverty, insufficient budget, and inadequately targeted assistance. However, the government has made various efforts to optimize the implementation of the house renovation program. Keywords: Evaluation, House Renovation Program, Livable House, Poverty

Abstract

Indonesia has the problem about the low quality of education at every level in the education unit so that, the government issued Undang-Undang No.20 / 2003. School-based management is a form of management autonomy within the education unit. The background of the problem is how to improve the quality of education in the perspective of school-based management. The theory used in this study is Strategic Management according to Fred R. David, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative and the technique of determining the informants is included in the purposive sampling technique. This study found that the quality of education at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar was quite good in the academic and non-academic fields with the Education Quality Improvement Strategy in School-Based Management Perspective at SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar being implemented by the school in order to get a good quality education. Abstract

(KRURA) is able to make the community more prosperous. However, as time goes by and the business activities of the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD grow, the trust of the local customs and customers continues to grow. Kedonganan who wants to have his own house. Then the Krama Housing Credit (Krura) program was launched by the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD. In addition, this Krura also aims to save or Bali's palemahan from foreign investor and outsiders. The three concepts will lead to three goals, namely trust, integrity and professionalism. With strong trust, LPD can be strong. Trust is a social capital for the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD. The integrity of the LPD management and employees must be directed at the progress of the institution and the village, so that community integrity is expected to emerge towards the LPD. While professionalism is the key to the birth of trust and integrity.

Abstract

Provinsi Bali mempunyai banyak Desa Pakraman, dimana masing-masing desa pakraman memiliki keistimewaannya atau keunikan masing-masing yang menjadikan desa tersebut berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Salah satu Desa Pakraman yang sangat unik adalah Desa Adat Asak yang terletak di Kecamatan Karangasem, Provinsi Bali. Desa Adat Asak ini tergolong desa yang masih kuno, dimana kaum perempuan masih tertindas dan tersisihkan dari kaum laki-laki dalam pembangunan yang berkeadilan. Disamping itu jika dilihat dari pengawasan atau pemantau yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan otonomi desa sampai dengan saat ini masih dilakukan oleh laki-laki sehingga peran perempuan belum boleh berada diatas laki-laki dikarenakan sudah terdapat pakem-pakemnya sendiri. Efektivitas perempuan dapat dilihat sebagai subyek dari kontruksi dan proses budaya yang lahir dari kebiasaan. Berlandaskan UU No. 32 Tahun 2004 otonomi daerah dapat didefinisikan sebagai proses pelimpahan wewenang pemerintahan dari pemerintah pusat kepada daerah otonomi dalam rangka mengatur dan mengurus pemerintahan dalam sistem NKRI. Pencapaian otonomi daerah bukan hanya pemberitahuan hukum saja, tetapi juga kebutuhan globalisasi yang ditambah dengan memperkuat daerah kewenangan yang lebih besar. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan memakai Purposive Sampling.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of the Gianyar Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service in improving the welfare of the community in the Gianyar regency. Knowing the programs implemented in deceiving the community and the realization of these programs. In obtaining these data, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the study state that the Community and Village Empowerment Service has implemented performance in accordance with the provisions of the performance measurement indicators in empowering the community. There are various types of development and empowerment programs implemented to encourage the development of the creative industry in society. The conclusion of this study is that the performance of the Community and Village Empowerment Service has been effective in improving the welfare of the community in Gianyar Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Badung Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan mix method yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kinerja dalam pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masih belum efektif, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai, koordinasi dengan lembaga lain tidak berjalan baik serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat yang menyebabkan sedikitnya partisipasi dari masyarakat. Analisis Regresi Linier menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R sebesar 0,353 yang merupakan nilai korelasi antara variabel X (Efektivitas Kerja) dan Variabel Y (Pemberdayaan Masyarakat). Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan korelasi antar variabel termasuk kategori Rendah. Secara persentase korelasi antar variabel hanya sebesar 12,5% maka terdapat 87,5% lainnya yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Persamaan Regresi: Y= a + bX,   Y= 51,122 + 0,335X. Jadi hubungan antara variabel X (Efektivitas Kerja) dan Variabel Y (Pemberdayaan Masyarakat) saling mempengaruhi.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a change in activities from conventional to digital by utilizing the development of information technology. Local e-catalogs are a form of digital transformation carried out by the government in helping MSME players market their products digitally. The existence of this local Ecatalog is a form of empowerment carried out by the government in utilizing digital technology to help increase the growth and development of MSMEs. Bali Province is a province that has great MSME potential. The magnitude of the potential that it has has made the Provincial Government of Bali form a regional E-Catalog where the implementers are the Bureau of Procurement of Goods/Services and the Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out to what extent Digital Transformation Through Local E-Catalogs Is a Form of Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods or Services and the Economy of the Provincial Secretariat of Bali. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method using the Lucija, Vuksic', and Spremic' Digital Transformation Dimensions of 2019. The results obtained in this study are Digital Transformation Through Local E-Catalogs as a Form of Empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods or Services and the Economy of the Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali is quite good on several indicators such as strategy, human resources, and innovation in the implementation of the Local E-Catalog. However, there are still several indicators that have not been optimal in the implementation of the Local E-Catalog, such as organization and technology.
