Abstract

This study examines the determinants of cooperative member loyalty through the lens of Sharia compliance, employee accountability, and trust. The research methodology used quantitative analysis. Data collection methods included questionnaires and structured interviews with 80 research participants. The population consisted of all Ikhlas Beramal Bangkalan Islamic marketing cooperative members. In addition, the data from these respondents were analyzed using SPSS software. Analysis of the research data shows that Sharia compliance shows a negative correlation and does not significantly affect member loyalty. In contrast, employee responsibilities positively correlate with and significantly affect member loyalty. In addition, trust shows a negative correlation and significantly impacts member loyalty. The three elements collectively influence the loyalty of the Ikhlas Beramal Bangkalan Sharia marketing cooperative members. Public interest statement Since employee accountability positively impacts loyalty, cooperatives should prioritize staff training to improve professionalism and service quality. The negative effect of Sharia compliance and trust suggests a need to reassess its implementation, ensuring alignment with member expectations through more transparent communication and better integration.

Abstract

Retailers are the lowest level traders in the marketing distribution channel . They are identified as agents who act as ‘product delivery people’, without making product modifications . Their main activity is taking merchandise from distributors, sold directly in small packages. Shallot retailers also experience the same stigma, even though their products characteristics require special handling to prevent rotting before being sold. So far, the technology need for shallot products is considered only by farmers and large distributors. A preliminary market research has been conducted on a limited basis to see the need for shallot processing technology at the retail trader level. The research method used a G-Form-based questionnaire distributed to the shallot trader community, or filled out by surveyors during direct interviews. The research results showed that 4% of respondents stated that they needed appropriate technology, in form of drying machine, with 5 kg/hour maximum capacity, electric drive, and maximum price of around 5 million rupiah. The respondents majority  (95%) seemed to state that they did not have procurement funds. It is predicted that 80-96% of respondents need the drying machine. This shows that there is a market opportunity for the technology, small scale, for shallot retailers in particular.

Abstract

Green economic growth has emerged as a global priority in pursuing sustainable development. This study examines the role of resource allocation efficiency in supporting green economic growth, as influenced by green financing practices, sustainable finance policies, and green financial products. A quantitative research approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study population consisted of 107 financial institutions. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 168 respondents from 84 banks, comprising senior managers, division heads, and executives responsible for implementing sustainable finance policies—averaging two respondents per institution. The results reveal that green financing practices, sustainable finance policies, and green financial products directly and significantly impact green economic growth. Moreover, resource allocation efficiency plays a mediating role in strengthening these relationships. These findings underscore the importance of the banking sector in driving innovation in green financial products, implementing sustainable finance policies, and enhancing resource utilization efficiency. In conclusion, the banking sector holds a strategic position in advancing green economic growth. Future research could extend this framework by examining the role of non-financial sectors or exploring how digital technology transformation facilitates green financing to support sustainable development goals further.
