Abstract

It is not yet known the level of physical fitness of students who take extracurricular sports in SDN 2 Plemahan is the background of this study. The formulation of the problem taken is: What is the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 2 Plemahan?. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with survey techniques. The sample used upper-class students who participated in extracurricular basketball, volleyball, futsal, martial arts as many as 44 children. The research instrument used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), namely the 40-meter Running test, the elbow hanging, lying down, upright jumping, running 600 meters. The data analysis technique uses percentage analysis with the TKJI norm. The results of this study are: (1) The level of physical fitness of basketball extracurricular upper-class students falls into the medium category (2) The level of physical fitness of upper-class extracurricular volleyball clubs falls into the medium category, (3) The level of physical fitness of upper-class students futsal extracurricular entry in the medium category (4) The level of physical fitness of pencak silat extracurricular upper-class students falls into the medium categoryKeywords: Physical fitness, Student, Upper-class, Extracurricular, Sports AbstrakBelum diketahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SDN 2 Plemahan menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Rumusan masalah yang diambil adalah: Seberapakah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas atas SDN 2 Plemahan?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsitif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel menggunakan siswa kelas atas yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolabasket, bolavoli, futsal, pencak silat sebanyak 44 anak. Instrumen peneltian menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) yaitu tes Lari 40 meter, Gantung siku, baring duduk, loncat tegak, lari 600 meter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase dengan norma TKJI. Abstract

Petanque merupakan permainan dengan melempar bola besi (BOSI) sedekat mungkin pada sasaran berupa bola kayu (cochonnet). Permainan ini menuntut akurasi yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor fisik dominan penentu prestasi petanque. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua atlet petanque Kota Kediri yang berjumlah 15 atlet dengan usia rata-rata 15 tahun. Teknik pengambilan data berupa tes dan pengukuran dengan item tes yaitu tinggi badan, panjang lengan, panjang telapak tangan, kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan pergelangan tangan, keseimbangan, power otot lengan, kekuatan peras tangan, dan koordinasi mata-tangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konfirmatori dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan variabel yang dianalisis terdapat enam indikator variabel yang menunjukkan sebagai faktor fisik dominan penentu prestasi petanque, antara lain tinggi badan, panjang lengan, kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan pergelangan tangan, keseimbangan, dan koordinasi mata-tangan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil lemparan yang akurat, faktor fisik tersebut harus menjadi penekanan utama setiap pelatih ketika berurusan dengan atlet pemula. Petanque: What are the physical factors that determine performance? AbstractPetanque is a game by throwing an iron ball (BOSI) as close as possible to the target in the form of a wooden ball (cochonnet). This game demands high accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant physical factors determining petanque achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The population as well as the sample in this study were all petanque athletes in the City of Kediri totaling 15 athletes with an average age of 15 years. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and measurements with test items namely height, arm length, palm length, arm muscle strength, wrist flexion, balance, arm muscle power, squeeze strength, and eye-hand coordination. The data analysis technique used explanatory analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that of the nine variables analyzed there were six indicator variables that showed as dominant physical factors determining petanque achievement, including height, arm length, arm muscle strength, wrist flexion. , balance and eye-hand coordination. To get accurate toss results, these physical factors must be the main emphasis of every coach when dealing with novice athletes.

Abstract

This study aims appreciate the Journal Sport Area for the achievement of a nationally accredited rank the 2nd in 2020 by evaluating the publication patterns and scientific progress of the Journal Sport Area between 2016 and 2020 which includes the most productive authors, the most productive institutions, the most cited articles, the number of citations, and the level of author collaboration. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a bibliometric analysis approach. Bibliometric analysis is used to evaluate publication patterns and scientific progress by adding data visualization with the help of the VOSViewer application from bibliographic data, co-authorship, and co-occurrence of keywords. The results of the analysis showed that the number of articles produced per year is concluded to be consistent with an average of 20.4. The most productive writer is Fadli Surahman from Karimun University with 4 articles. The most productive institution is Riau Islamic University with 38 articles. The number of citations was 196 throughout 2017-2021. The level of collaboration of the Journal Sport Area before being accredited occurred in two types, namely publications carried out individually from 2016-2017 and collaboratively starting from 2018-2020. This study concludes that the pattern of publication and scientific progress in the Journal Sport Area has changed from year to year, which is marked by changes in the level of collaboration and an increase in the number of citations as well as the emergence of topics that have opportunities (research gaps) for further research. This research is useful for understanding questions related to scientific products such as the number of publications, contributors, keywords, countries, and institutions that are often used in journal articles. Research trends in the Journal Sport Area are learning strategies in physical education. The originality value of this study presents exclusive bibliometric analysis data and identifies the main trends of publication in journals from the beginning of its establishment in 2016 to being accredited SINTA 2 in 2020.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physical education learning in schools is an issue that has emerged in recent years. The main objective of this study is to conduct a systematic analysis of trending research literature, especially on the topic of the 2013 curriculum in physical education, using bibliometric analysis. This study uses a bibliometric analysis approach with the help of the VOS Viewer application. The articles’ search results show that the study of the 2013 curriculum in physical education totaled 106 articles which were published from 2013-2020 using three databases, namely Scopus, Google Scholar and Dimensions. Then, the researchers conducted a filter that was only limited to journal articles and proceedings, and checked for duplication of articles. Based on the checking, it was found that the same 8 articles were published in the three databases, so that the final result was 89 articles. Based on the VOS Viewer mapping, the findings reveal that: the number of publications from 2013 to 2020 has increased; of the 89 published articles, all of the authors are from the State of Indonesia, because the topics discussed (Curriculum 2013) are the education curriculum in Indonesia; ME Winarno (State University of Malang) was the author with the most publications (6 documents); the sources that published the most articles were Advances in Social Science, Education and Humanities Research (12 documents); the most influential article (77 citations) is entitled "Management of Curriculum Implementation: Strategies for Strengthening the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum", and an interesting article is discussed about aspects of assessment in the 2013 curriculum; Keywords that often appear are "physical education" and "curriculum 2013". For further researchers, they can see interesting topics to be studied for the future.

Abstract

Many studies that examine physical activity and motor skills have been carried out in sports. These studies explain that physical activity has a very positive effect on improving motor skills and athlete performance in all sports. However, the results of each study tend to be different, so it is necessary to carry out inclusive data analysis to provide comprehensive information about the importance of activity in improving athletes' motor skills. This study examines the effect size test of physical activity on motor skills in sports. This study uses a meta-analysis study method. The source of data in this study is Google Scholar. Search literature from various sources using relationships, physical activity, and motor skills. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of identifying variables, identifying the value of r, transforming the value of r into a z distribution, the effect size of each study, calculating the variance, calculating the standard error of z, and calculating the summary effect. The summary effect calculation uses Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. The final result of this study explains a significant positive correlation between physical activity and motor skills. A correlation value of Random Effect (r_RE) 0.8453 indicates that the relationship between physical activity and motor skills is included in the high category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of data about the physical fitness of students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung. This research is a descriptive study using a survey method with data collection techniques using a test that is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). Subjects in this study were upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung, totaling 56 children consisting of 25 male students and 31 female students. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage of physical fitness level, which is divided into 5 categories, namely: lack of once, less, enough, good, and very good based on the TKJI classification. The results obtained physical fitness level of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung, namely 0 children (0%) with a very good category, 9 children (16.07%) with a good category, 43 children (76.79%) with enough categories, 4 participants (7.14%) with fewer categories, and 0 participants (0%) with fewer categories. The highest frequency is in the medium category, which is 43 children (76.79%). Thus the level of physical fitness of upper-class students at SDN 03 Talang Tulungagung is included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental tengah menjadi hal yang menjadi permasalahan di tengah pandemi COVID-19 terutama pada siswa sekolah dasar. Kesehatan mental yang terus mengalami perubahan membuat berbagai masalah utama yang harus diselesaikan. Pandemi tersebut menyebabkan banyak hal yang harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat komunikasi sebagai rantai bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini menggunakan literatur artikel Google Scholar yang merujuk artikel antara tahun 2016-2021 dengan rujukan yang relevan. Pencarian penulisan ini lebih menekankan pada artikel terbaru. Hasil dan pembahasan yang didapatkan memuat unsur penjelasan yang menerangkan bahwa kesehatan mental adalah kondisi dimana psikis seseorang mengalami gangguan yang disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Kesehatan mental yang kurang baik dapat dilihat dari bentuk kecemasan, depresi, rasa takut, jenuh, dan hal yang membuat perasaan psikis manusia merasa terganggu. Penerapan dalam pandemi COVID-19 untuk tidak bertatap muka secara langsung dengan manusia lain membuat sebagian besar menerapkan metode secara online. Hal tersebut berdampak pada tingkat pendidikan yang mengharuskan tenaga pendidik dan siswa harus melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh atau E-Learning. Pembelajaran E-Learning adalah pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media elektronik dan sosial media. Pembelajaran E-Learning dilakukan melalui sebuah aplikasi Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Whatsapp, dan melalui aplikasi lain. Melalui pembelajaran E-Learning, siswa dihadapkan oleh kecemasan dalam mengerjakan setiap tugas dari seorang guru. Siswa sekolah dasar yang menjadi perhatian penulisan tersebut karena dinilai memiliki dampak negatif jika tidak diimbangi dengan penerapan yang dapat membuat siswa sekolah dasar merasa nyaman dengan pembelajaran E-Learning. Siswa sekolah dasar akan lebih mudah terguncang psikisnya karena mengalami berbagai kondisi yang tak nyaman. Kesimpulannya, penerapan pembelajaran e-learning memperkaya pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi pada siswa, namun jika penerapan e-learning menjadi permanen pada mata pelajaran PJOK maka akan berpengaruh pada laju perkembangan motorik siswa, timbulnya rasa cemas, jenuh, dan depresi yang dapat berdampak pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The limited facilities for physical education (PE) teachers cause learning less varied patterns, so it impacts the development of students' basic movements. This study aims to develop a learning model using the play and games modification concept to facilitate the needs of basic movement at the elementary school level. This research is development research with five stages, namely; (1) need assessment, (2) product design selection, (3) product development, (4) implementation, and (5) product evaluation. This research produces a product and investigates the efficiency of that product to facilitate elementary school students’ basic movement fulfillment. The subjects in this study are the physical education teachers from Malang regency, Lumajang Regency, Malang City, Lamongan Regency, Blitar City, and Kediri Regency, East Java, Indonesia. From the six regions, 10 schools are involved as subjects, each of which included 25 teachers.The research results suggest that this learning model with play and games modification concept can be used and facilitate the attainment of elementary school students’ basic movement. Thus, the learning model can be categorized as feasible and can promote the fulfillment of the basic movement needs at the elementary school level. The results have significance for elementary school students. The findings can assist teachers in providing facilities for the basic movement needs of children at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study uses case studies to determine the career transition process of student-athletes in beach volleyball at the Malang State University. The case study is a detailed description and in-depth case disclosure of a phenomenon. This case study was conducted on 2 student athletes in beach volleyball at the Malang State University who already have a minimum achievement at the provincial level. Collect data using a semi-structured interview instrument and process the data using the thematic analysis method. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Sports Science, Malang State University. The results of the research based on the data obtained, there are three themes related to this research: 1) Challenges when being a student-athlete; 2) Student athletes' barriers and 3) Athletes' thinking patterns when they become student-athletes. This article also compares previous studies related to student-athlete career transitions.

Abstract

Menganalisis kebutuhan terhadap implementasi flipped learning dan podcasting merupakan salah satu cara yang tepat untuk mendesain model pengajaran yang sesuai keinginan peserta didik agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan pengembangan produk flipped learning dan podcasting pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Jurusan PKO FIK UM tahun 2021. Metode penilitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan melibatkan 34 peserta didik Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Semester VII, Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen dan observasi. Data diolah dengan cara mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data sampai tahap penyimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 23 peserta didik setuju, 3 peserta didik memilih netral, dan 1 peserta didik memilih tidak setuju jika menggunakan metode pembelajaran menggunakan flipped learning dan podcasting. Kesimpulannya, metode pembelajaran menggunakan flipped learning dan podcasting yang dimuat pada spotify sangat diperlukan untuk dikembangkan dan diterapkan pada pengajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan.
