Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pemerintah di bidang perekonomian adalah mensejahterakan masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana peran dan kondisi UMKM dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bermaksud mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi tantangan dan hambatan UMKM dan bagaimana peran pemerintah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah library reaserch dengan menggunakan artikel-artikel yang terbit di jurnal internasional dan junnal nasional yang terkait dengan UMKM yang ada di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa UMKM mampu bertahan saat krisis moneter, krisis global dan saat pandemi Covid 19. Teknologi digital menjadi platform terkait pemasaran yang sangat membantu saat pandemi Covid 19. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, pemerintah diharapkan dapat lebih mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM dengan cara membantu meningkatkan ekspor produk UMKM, yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the company's financial performance three years before and three years after making acquisitions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 period. The company's financial performance is measured using financial ratios, namely, the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), the solvency ratio (Debt to Asset Ratio), activity ratio (Total Asset Turn over), Profitability ratio (Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Profit Market), and market ratio (Earning Per Share). The research method used is quantitative. Meanwhile, the population of this study included public companies listed on the IDX that carried out acquisitions and companies that announced acquisition activities in the 2017 period. The sample for this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in answering the hypothesis is using descriptive statistics, normality test, and different tests (Sample Paired T Test and Wilcoxon Sign Rank test). The results of hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank test, namely the Current Ratio, there is a difference between before and after the acquisition and the other six ratios, namely Total Asset Turn over, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Net Profit Market, and Earning Per Share, there is no difference between before and after the acquisition. From the results that have been stated, it can be concluded that for companies that will carry out acquisition activities, they must see how the financial performance of the company to be acquired so that there is no loss for those who will acquire the company.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan return on asset sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic index. penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan sampel yang di gunakan yaitu 28 perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII dengan periode tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh antara net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan: adanya pengaruh net profit margin terhadap return on asset: return on asset berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan adanya pengaruh return on asset sebagai mediasi antara net profit margin terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang proyek pemasaran sosial untuk produk UMKM penjahit rumahan melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan penjualan produk UMKM penjahit rumahan dengan menggunakan platform online yang luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini adalah melalui penggunaan media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook untuk mempromosikan produk dan juga menggunakan Marketplace seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia untuk menjual produk. Dalam mempromosikan produk, konten visual seperti foto dan video digunakan untuk menarik minat pelanggan potensial. UMKM Jannah Fashion merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa jahit rumahan dan telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2018. Meski sudah berjalan dalam waktu yang lama, UMKM Jannah Fashion masih menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam mengembangkan usaha seperti sarana dan prasarana usaha yang kurang mendukung, terbatasnya modal, dan belum menerapkan konsep digitalisasi dalam proses usahanya. Rancangan solusi dibuat agar permasalahan tersebut dapat teratasi yaitu dengan melakukan pengadaan spanduk/papan nama UMKM Jannah Fashion dan pengadaan akun media sosial serta Marketplace untuk membuat UMKM Jannah Fashion dapat lebih berkembang dan memperluas jangkauan pasarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to deiscribei thei application of reilationship markeiting to thei markeiting of mudhorabah mutlaqoh savings products at Bank Syariah Indoneisia Curup Branch, Reijang Leibong Reigeincy, Beingkulu Provincei. With this typei of deiscriptivei qualitativei reiseiarch and fieild reiseiarch, whilei colleicting data direictly into thei fieild by conducting inteirvieiws with seiveiral customeirs and BSI bank staff. Bank Syariah Indoneisia Curup branch useis a reilationship markeiting strateigy with 3 conceipts, nameily maintaining communication, trust and seirvicei to customeirs. This is in accordancei with thei theiory of reilationship markeiting according to somei eixpeirts so that thei application has a good impact on markeiting activitieis, maintains thei numbeir of customeirs, and provideis conveinieincei in solving probleims that arisei.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to anayze the implementation of financia inclusion at Bank Syari`ah Indonesia (BSI) Baturaja Branch in the MSME sector through BSI Kur Micro financing for the people of Kab. OKU and To anayze the development of financial inclusion of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Baturaja branch in the MSME sector through BSI Kur Micro financing for the people of Kab. OKU. The author uses a quaitative descriptive research method, namely quaitative research, which seeks financia inclusion in Bakan Syari`ah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Baturaja.. The technique of collecting/collecting quaitative data is basicaly tentative in terms of user anaysis is determined by the context of research. ahan dan gambaran data who was embarrassed to get. The data collection technique that the authors use in this research is preliminary (interview) in documentation. The results of this study are that Bank Syariah Indonesia has implemented maximum financia inclusion in terms of capita investment using BSI Kur Mikro financing, they have capitaized on BSI Kur Mikro financing products. According to them, this product has come back quite well and helps each other for sellers who have micro and smal businesses that require financing fasifications.

Abstract

Islamic Finance Bank which is identical to the micro and small business sector that is not touched by commercial banks, both conventional and Islamic. This research was conducted to analyze the extent of the influence of Murabaha, Mudharobah and Multi Service Financing on Profitability and Non Performance Finance. Risert used is quantitative method, data in the form of numbers either extracted directly from the results of research or the results of processing qualitative data into quantitative data. Data collection techniques through documentation and analyzed through multiple regression tests, partial t tests, simultaneous f tests and r2 determination tests, then there are two variables that research uses, namely independent variables and dependent variables. The results obtained from the three products in BPR Syari'ah that have an influence on profitability are murabahah financing, and mulitijasa while mudharabah financing has no influence. While murabahah financing, mudharabah financing, multiservice financing on NPF has no effect, and the effect of NPF on profitability has no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy and share prices on company size. The background of this research is because there are differences in the results of previous research between variables, so it is important to do re-research with samples from the latest period, that is 2017 to 2022. The research uses quantitative analysis sourced from secondary data. Based on the attachment to BEI announcement No PENG-00302/BEI.POP/11-2022, the population in this research is 30 companies. The sample selection used was a purposive sampling method and 7 companies were obtained from shares of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. In this research, dividend policy influences company size. Any increase in company size can increase dividend payments assuming other variables remain constant. Debt policy has a significant effect on increasing company size. Then as the company size increases the debt policy will increase. Share prices have no effect on increasing company size

Abstract

This study examines the effects of cash flow, discretionary accruals, and accounting profit on the persistence of profits in manufacturing enterprises. Manufacturing firms registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the technique employed for sample selection. Secondary data, specifically financial reports of manufacturing firms that have gone public and are listed on the IDX, is the type and source of data used in this study. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression are the statistical techniques used to examine data and test hypotheses. Profit persistence is significantly harmed by the discrepancy between accounting profit and fiscal profit, which serves as a stand-in for deferred tax expense. Earnings permanence is significantly harmed by discretionary accrual. Profit persistence is significantly influenced favorably by operating cash flow. We can draw the conclusion that a company's earnings will last longer the higher its operating cash flow.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit quality and corporate governance implementation on the integrity of financial statements in companies listed on ISSI in 2016-2018. This research is descriptive verification using quantitative methods. The population in this study were companies listed on ISSI in 2016-2018. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling and obtained 335 companies included with a period of 3 years so that 1005 samples were observed. The analysis method used in this observation is panel data regression using Eviews 9.0 software. The results showed that audit quality, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee and independent board of commissioners simultaneously affect the integrity of financial statements. Partially, audit quality, institutional ownership, audit committee and independent board of commissioners affect the integrity of financial statements while managerial ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial statements.
