Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on investment decisions in the islamic capital market. There are six variables used in this study, namely Online Communities (X1), Interaction (X2), Sharing of Content (X3), Accessibility (X4), Credibility (X5), and Investment Decision (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data. Primary data obtained through books, journals that support research. The population in this study were students majoring in Business Management at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. Then te sampel used was 91 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that the variables online communities, interaction, sharing of content, accessibility, and credibility simultaneously influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market with a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (7,606>2,32). Meanwhile, the partial tet results show that only the accessibility variable with tcount > ttable (2,241>1,992) has a significant effect on the decision to invest in the islamic capital market.

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe in two things, namely, first, the Auditor Integrity variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Second, researchers determine that the Auditor Competence variable can moderate the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on the Effectiveness of Internal Auditors with Work Competence as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach that collects data using a questionnaire method. The data used in this research is primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the Auditor Integrity variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Internal Audit Effectiveness variable because the better the Auditor's Integrity, the more independent the auditor, the more likely he is to intervene, and is believed to be able to complete his tasks well. Apart from that, the Audit Competency variable can also moderate the two variable relationships above. Keywords : Auditor Integrity, Internal Audit Effectiveness, Auditor Comptence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained by researchers through the financial statements of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. Sampling in this study is by using a purposive sampling technique as many as 12 companies. This study was analyzed using review 9. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran percepatan transformasi digital dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pascapandemi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dengan membagikan 30 kuesioner pada pelaku UMKM di kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa percepatan transformasi digital sangat berperan dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pasca. Percepatan transformasi digital berperan sangat penting dalam keberlanjutan bisnis dan pemulihan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Palembang pascapandemi dimana pemerintah dan instansi ikut andil dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan webinar yang dapa meningkatkan serta membuka peluang usaha bisnis para UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran sikap dalam memediasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonessia KC Palembang Simpang Patal. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal menggunakan data primer sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap dapat memediasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Simpang Patal Palembang.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the fact that women's efforts to participate in developing productive businesses do not yet have the right model so that their activities appear to be just a side job. Meanwhile, women's productivity in the micro economy in the new normal era will have a positive impact on strengthening the home economy, as well as restoring the activities of micro businesses that have gone bankrupt as a result of the pandemic. The presence of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil with the financing assistance model and financial management literacy of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil makes the administration process easier and more synergistic. The data used for this article comes from qualitative research, using interviews and relevant literature. The respondents of this research are Palembang gender activist academics, BMT administrators, business actors in areas with a majority of women who carry out productive business development in Palembang. interviews using the snowball sampling method. The research results showed that women's participation in productive business development after a long period in the domestic sphere due to the COVID-19 pandemic has become more varied and provides additional benefits for the family economy. The presence of BMT helps women's productive businesses, providing administrative convenience for obtaining financing and changing the home management model to family management established by BMT. This research then found that after a long period of time women were in the domestic sphere due to the regulations during the Covid-19 Pandemic, their product activity patterns changed to profitable home businesses. Furthermore, the management model used by BMT is more accepted and supported by Palembang women who are developing their businesses.

Abstract

Abstract: Service is a process of assistance to others in certain ways that require sensitivity and interpersonal relationships in order to create satisfaction and success. Satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes after comparing the performance (results) is thinking of product performance (results) are expected. The purpose of this study is the first, to find out what factors affect the level of customer satisfaction with standards of service at PT. Bank X Palembang, and second, to find out what factors affect the level of customer satisfaction with standards of service at PT Bank X Palembang. The sample was taken is the customers who have experienced the service at PT. Bank X Palembang obtained a sample of 47 respondents. This sample was taken by way of non-probability sampling with Accidental sampling techniques. The results showed, first, the analysis of two pairs hypothesis test (different tests) show that there is a difference between the performance perceived by the customer expectations of service standards at PT. Bank X Palembang, this shows the bank's performance is still not fully meet customer expectations. Second, factors that affect the highest customer satisfaction level of service standards at PT. Bank X Palembang ie employees to be friendly and polite registration. ملخص :الخدمة هي عملية لتقديم المساعدة إلى الآخرين بطرق معينة تتطلب حساسية والعلاقات بين الأشخاص من أجل خلق الارتياح والنجاح. الارتياح هو الشعور بالسعادة أو بخيبة الأمل لشخص يأتي بعد مقارنة الأداء (النتائج) هو التفكير في أداء المنتج (النتائج) من المتوقع. والغرض من هذه الدراسة هي الأولى ، لمعرفة ما هي العوامل التي تؤثر في مستوى رضا العملاء مع معايير الخدمة في حزب العمال. البنك باليمبانج العاشر ، والثاني ، لمعرفة ما هي العوامل التي تؤثر في مستوى رضا العملاء مع معايير الخدمة في حزب العمال. البنك العاشر باليمبانج. وكانت العينة التي اتخذت هي العملاء الذين لديهم خبرة في الخدمة في حزب العمال. البنك العاشر باليمبانج الحصول على عينة من 47 المستجيبين. هذه عينة أخذت من طريق غير احتمال أخذ العينات مع تقنيات أخذ العينات العرضي. وأظهرت النتائج ، أولا ، تحليل اثنين من أزواج اختبار الفرضية (اختبارات مختلفة) تبين أن هناك فرقا بين الأداء ينظر إليه من جانب توقعات العملاء من معايير الخدمة في حزب العمال. البنك باليمبانج العاشر ، وهذا يدل على أداء البنك لا تزال غير كاملة تلبية توقعات العملاء. ثانيا ، العوامل التي تؤثر على أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء من معايير الخدمة في حزب العمال. البنك العاشر باليمبانج الموظفين أي أن تكون ودية ومهذبة للتسجيل. Kata Kunci: kepuasan, pelayanan, persepsi, bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Kantor Cabang Palembang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan produk (X1), dan promosi (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan nasabah (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Kantor Cabang Palembang. Sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan menggunakan teknik Sampling insidental. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan  SPSS, yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini didapat dari uji t dan uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel, pengetahuan produk, dan promosi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah secara parsial yaitu variabel Pengetahuan Produk terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menabung pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Palembang. Diperoleh nilai coefficients sebesar thitung > ttabel = 4,961> 1,98477 dan Variabel Promosi terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menabung pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Palembang diperoleh nilai coefficients sebesar thitung > ttabel = 2,850 > 1,98477 serta uji simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
