Abstract

Branding awareness is a very important part of efforts to improve and recognize products. As a step and strategic to provide knowledge about branding awareness to the community, the sociology study program of Trunojoyo University Madura held a socialization program for mushroom farmers who are under the auspices of the Karya Sejahtera Farmer Group association located in Singosari District, Malang Regency, East Java. This socialization was held as a form of community service in the realm of the tri dharma of higher education. The problems found include farmers not knowing about what branding awareness is so that the products produced are not yet of legal standard. The results of the socialization given to farmers include increasing farmers' awareness of the brand of products they sell, as well as gaining new knowledge about the concept of branding awareness that they must master. Through the results of the socialization, farmers can improve the quality of their products and introduce processed products to the wider community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai media promosi dalam bisnis kuliner di Palembang, dengan studi kasus pada akun Warung Sedep Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui wawancara, observasi konten Instagram, dan analisis interaksi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Warung Sedep Palembang memanfaatkan Instagram secara efektif untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik bisnis melalui konten visual menarik, penggunaan postingan feed, fitur stories dan reels, serta promosi berbayar seperti Instagram Ads. Strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan engagement pengguna dan mendorong konsumen untuk berinteraksi lebih aktif dengan akun tersebut. Namun, tantangan seperti persaingan bisnis dan konsistensi dalam penyajian konten kreatif juga ditemukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Instagram adalah media promosi yang efektif untuk bisnis kuliner, membantu memperluas jangkauan pasar dan membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan konsumen.

Abstract

The low level of direct interaction between teachers and students due to the restrictions and distance that must be observed forces students to learn independently. However, not all students have online skills. Therefore, teachers must develop competence by presenting the right model and by government policy, both online and offline. This learning model is blended learning. Teachers have no other choice but to carry out good blended learning management so that learning activities can continue. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of blended learning management and online skills on students' learning independence. The method in this research is quantitative with an export facto type of research, namely comparative causal research. The data collection technique is by distributing instruments in the form of questionnaires to each teacher respondent by first creating a Google from link. The population in the study were all teachers in one district with a research sample of 90 people from 4 schools spread across one district. Data analysis techniques are correlation and regression. The research results show that blended learning management and online skills have an impact on student learning independence. The impact of the blended learning model and students' online skills is 52.10%. The conclusion is that to increase student learning independence, teachers must carry out the learning process using the blended learning model optimally. The research implies that teachers have implemented the blended learning model by training students who have difficulty online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal dalam konten YouTube Nikita Willy dapat berperan dalam membangun hubungan yang positif antara orang tua dan anak, serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat komunikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan analisis isi video YouTube. Pendekatan teori komunikasi keluarga dan interaksi sosial digunakan sebagai landasan dalam memahami pola komunikasi yang ditampilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi efektif dalam pengasuhan anak dapat dibangun melalui kombinasi komunikasi verbal, seperti pemberian pujian dan motivasi, serta komunikasi nonverbal, seperti ekspresi wajah dan gestur yang mendukung pemahaman anak. Konten yang ditampilkan dalam YouTube Nikita Willy memberikan contoh nyata tentang bagaimana orang tua dapat membangun kedekatan dengan anak melalui pola komunikasi yang baik. Faktor pendukung utama dalam komunikasi ini adalah keterbukaan orang tua dan penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, sementara faktor penghambatnya meliputi pengaruh digitalisasi yang dapat mengurangi interaksi langsung dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial, khususnya YouTube, dapat menjadi sarana edukatif dalam mendukung parenting yang efektif. Namun, keterlibatan aktif dan pengawasan dari orang tua tetap diperlukan agar komunikasi dalam keluarga tetap berjalan optimal.

Abstract

Aluminum crafts processed into various kitchen utensils are characteristic of Tanjung Atap Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The village’s fame for aluminium crafts has made many people work as aluminium craftsmen, which is used as an economic field for them. In addition to the existence of aluminium craftsmen, some people set up shops to sell kitchen tools, such as the Sakinah Group Aluminium shop. However, in this village, several shops have been established to sell kitchen equipment. This then gave rise to competition for the Sakinah Group Aluminium Shop. The purpose of the study was to determine the marketing communication strategy for aluminium crafts at the Sakinah Group Aluminium Store, the da’wah values applied in marketing communications, and the obstacles to marketing communication strategies for aluminium crafts at the Sakinah Group Aluminium Store. This study uses a qualitative research method that uses descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from what has been studied with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the marketing communication strategy of the Sakinah Group Aluminium figures in Tanjung Atap village used the 4P marketing mix theory (product, price, place, and promotion) in Sakinah Group Store promotional activities using word-of-mouth communication, namely old customers recommending these kitchen tools for cooking to new customers. In addition, Sakinah Group Aluminium uses a shop identification board or banner that functions to provide information to consumers. The da’wah values applied in marketing communications at Sakinah Group Stores include the values of honesty, competition, and serving consumers well. In addition, the obstacle to Sakinah Group Aluminium Store's marketing communication strategy is that it has not yet implemented social media, so the products sold are not widely known by consumers.

Abstract

Film in a narrow sense is the presentation of images via a wide screen, but in a broader sense it can also include those broadcast on TV. The film The Girl in the Waiting Room is the result of the reality of people's lives in general. This research is entitled "Semiotics Analysis of the Meaning of Patience and Gratitude in the film Girl in the Waiting Room". What is motivated by patience is not just learning to let things go, but there are types of patience that not many people know about. This research was conducted to find out how the patient form is implemented by the character Hana in the film The Girl in the Waiting Room. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the film Girl in the Waiting Room as the subject of his research. The object of this research is the meaning of patience and gratitude contained in the pieces of visual images contained in the film The Girl in the Waiting Room. This research was conducted by collecting data through observation and documentation techniques. The theory used by researchers is Roland Barthes Semiotics. Denotation and connotation are two stages of the signification system. Denotation is a sign that explains the signifier and signified in reality which produces an explicit, direct and definite meaning. While the connotation is the level that explains the relationship between the signifier and the signified that is not explicit, indirect and uncertain. Based on the research results, there are many scenes that reflect the meaning of patience and gratitude directly and indirectly. A myth that can be taken by the general public with different levels of understanding, the authors hope that the people who watch it will understand the contents of the film Girls in the Waiting Room.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses "The Effectiveness of the RRI Broadcasting Academy's Role in Improving the Broadcasting Capability of KPI Students" with the problem in this research being: how the Broadcasting Academy conducted by RRI can improve the Broadcasting Capability of KPI Students. If the Broadcasting Academy Program conducted by RRI cannot help KPI students in broadcasting, then the program implemented is not yet effective. To find out what the purpose of this research is and how effective is the role of RRI in the Broadcasting academy program so that it can improve the Broadcasting abilities of kpi students. This research uses qualitative methods with data sources obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. After that the data that has been obtained, analyzed the presentation of the data and made conclusions. Based on the research results that have been obtained, the role of RRI in the Broadcasting Academy program is very instrumental in improving the Broadcasting abilities of Kpi students.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul: “Analisis Pesan Dakwah Dalam Novel “172 Days” Karya Nadzira Shafa (Analisis Wacana Teun A. Van Dijk).” Pesan dakwah merupakan apa yang disampaikan oleh da’i untuk mengajak dan menyeru mad’u pada suatu kebaikan (amar ma’ruf) dalam ajaran Islam yang menyangkut segala aspek kehidupan baik dari segi akidah, syariah, dan akhlak berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwahnya, da’i mengunakan dakwah bil- qalam yaitu berdakwah dengan tulisan, yang di salurkan melalui media cetak seperti buku, majalah, koran, cerpen, dan novel. Novel 172 Days memiliki pesan untuk pembaca melalui serangkaian kata yang berbentuk sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini ada dua yaitu bagaimana analisis wacana pesan dakwah yang di kemas dalam novel 172 Days karya Nadzira Shafa dan apa pesan dakwah yang diangkat novel 172 Days karya Nadzira Shafa jika dilihat dari segi kognisi sosial dan konteks sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library research) dan menggunakan teori analisis wacana sebagai analisis teks dalam novel 172 Days. Analisis wacana yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model Teun A. Van Dijk. Model ini menganalisis wacana yang terdiri dari tiga tingkatan dan enam elemen yaitu, Struktur makro (teks sosial meliputi tema), superstruktur (segi skemantik), struktur mikro (segi semantik, segi sintaksis, segi stilistik, dan segi retoris), kognisis sosial dan konteks sosial. Agar penelitan ini lebih sempurna, penulis menggunakan dua sumber data, yaitu data primer, berupa satu buah novel “172 Days” karya Nadzira Shafa, dan data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi skripsi, jurnal, buku, dan sumber informasi dari web yang digunakan sebagai bahan penunjang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi teks dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian novel mengandung pesan dakwah Pesan dakwah akidah novel 172 days meliputi: membaca Al-Qur’an, berdo’a, menikah, dan ziara kubur. Pesan dakwah akhlak meliputi: mengucap salam dan menjawab salam, bersilaturahmi dan bersedekah. Pesan dakwah syariah meliputi: sholat, wuduh dan menuntut ilmu. Kognisi sosial dalam penelitian ini yaitu penulis novel ingin memaparkan mengenai Jodoh adalah cerminan diri serta seorang manusia tidak boleh berharap selain kepada Allah, karena berharap selain kepada Allah akan membuahkan rasa kekecewaan. Konteks sosial dalam novel ini yaitu untuk mengingat kembali kenangan penulis novel bersama suaminya yang telah meninggal agar novel ini bisa bermanfaat dan menginspirasi orang lain yang membacanya dan semakin mendekatkan diri lagi ke pada Allah. Pesan yang dapat diambil dari novel 172 Days dilihat dari segi konteks sosial yaitu Ikhlas.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Al-ittifaqiah, peningkatan nasabah setelah strategi pemasaran dilakukan di BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya, faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam strategi pemasaran di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini di kantor BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan BMT Al-Ittifaqiah, penerapan pemasaran untuk peningkatan nasabah, dan faktor penghambat pendukung dalam pemasaran BMT Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Management of Youth Organizations at the Nurul Jannah Prabumulih Mosque to Increase Youth Participation in Religious Activities". The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the youth organization of the Nurul Jannah mosque in organizational management of religious activities at the Nurul Jannah mosque in Karang Jaya village, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for youth in the Karang Jaya village mosque. In this study the authors used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is organizational management theory. According to George R. Terry organizational management is the activity of planning (Planning), organizing (Organizing) mobilization (Actuating) and monitoring (Controling), where all of these activities aim to achieve organizational targets. The results of this study are that the management of youth organizations at the Nurul Jannah Prabumulih mosque can be considered good enough to participate in religious activities at the Nurul Jannah mosque. This is because the youth in Karang Jaya village still have the desire to participate, so they try to manage this organization as well as possible with their fellow members. As a form of youth management at the Nurul Jannah mosque to increase participation in religious activities, namely inviting fellow youth to participate in activities and be active in mosque youth organizations, improve communication among fellow members and start updating member performance. Looking at the supporting factors, namely religious teachings, the role of mosque administrators and the role of the local government so as to create a sense of togetherness and attractiveness in participating and the inhibiting factor is the lack of teenagers who have an interest in religious activities due to activities outside such as school and outside school. As for the researchers' suggestions for the government of Karang Jaya Village, namely village government institutions as input for the village head and other officials in Karang Jaya village, Prabumulih Timur District, to be able to provide responses and efforts to overcome various things that are inhibiting factors for the creation of inter-religious harmony in this village.
