Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise in the field that are not in accordance with the policy, it is assumed that the service of parking attendants has not been maximized and the imbalance between the number of parking points and the number of parking attendants available in implementing parking levies is certainly unfortunate given the large amount of potential revenue the area obtained by Siak Regency if the amount of human resources to collect parking fees is adequate. In the administration of parking service fees on public roads, constraints arise in the implementation of parking service fees. The lack of local government socialization about the location points of parking service charges on the side of the public road so that many people who use illegal fees (levies) on the subject of parking fees and the ignorance of the subjects about what they pay, about what fees they pay to the government regions increasingly make these individuals carry out payment routines that do not have a clear legal basis in either the law or regional regulations, parking attendants or officers in charge of collecting parking usually raise the rates set by the local government.Key Words: Policy Implementation, Parking Fees, Inhibiting Factors.

Abstract

Abstrak:This research is motivated by the problem of security and comfort that is disturbed in the Riau University campus environment which is caused by people who commit acts that violate the law and could be detrimental to others in the campus area. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the perception of Riau university students about the role of security guards at the Riau University campus. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of Riau university students about the role of security guards at the Riau University campus. Benefits of research results for students to provide an overview of the role of security guards on duty on campus and in the future students can work together with security guards to create security comfort together This research method is quantitative descriptive, data collection instruments used in this study are questionnaires consisting of 23 questions with 6 subindicators. The population in this study were students of Riau University. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research conducted,concluded that overall the data regarding the perception of Riau University students about the role of security guards on the University of Riau campus are in the "High" category. answered "Very Good" totaling 18.7% plus the results of the calculation of respondents who answered "Good" with 39.6% which is the sum of 58.3%, which is in the range of 50.01% -75% which falls into the "High" category.KeyWords:Perception, Students, Role, Security

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a problem that arises when observations made by researchers, namely the demonstration of the University of Riau students on the implementation of the task of the general election commission. Students who are referred to as intellectuals who are considered critical of the political conditions in Indonesia, of course have a deep perception or view of the implementation of the tasks of the General Election Commission, given the General Election Commission as the organizer of the General Election of the President and Vice President and Board members simultaneously in 2019. . The formulation of the problem in this research is What is the University of Riau Student's Perception of the Implementation of the Election Commission's Duties in the Election of President and Vice President in Indonesia in 2019? The purpose of this research is to find out how the University of Riau Students' Perceptions of the Implementation of the Election Commission's Duties in the Election of President and Vice President in Indonesia in 2019. This research was conducted at the University of Riau in May to November 2019. This study used a descriptive methodquantitative. The population in this study amounted to 31,478 who are active students of Riau University. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 people from all students. The results showed that the University of Riau Students' perception of the implementation of the general election commission tasks in the election of President and Vice President in Indonesia in 2019 was in the category of "Good".KeyWords:The Task of the General Election Commission.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by: (1) there is always an increase in BKT every year; (2) the number of students who complained about the incompatibility of the UKT determination with the economic conditions of their families; (3) there is a change in the economic condition of the student's family, such as the presence of a family head who has died, who has been laid off, due to a decline or national economic problems, etc. which have resulted in a decrease in the economic capacity of students; and (4) the number of students who submitted a UKT revision was due to the inadequacy of the UKT previously set. This study aims to: (1) find out the learning outcomes of students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); (2) knowing the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT); and (3) determine the impact of the revised Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program. This research is a quantitative survey method research, because this study aims to test the research hypothesis. This research was conducted on the campus of the University of Riau, where the population in this study were all PPKn students of 2016, 2017 and 2018 who were affected by the UKT revision, while the number of samples in this study was 30 people. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program before the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) were achieved at an average value of 3.33 or with a quality value of "B" (Good); (2) Student learning outcomes of the Riau University PPKn Study Program after the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) are achieved at an average value of 3.56 or with a quality value of "B +" (Good); and (3) There is an impact of the revision of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on the learning outcomes of students in the Riau University PPKn Study Program. It is known from the tcount value which is greater than the ttable value (4.76> 2.00172). Thus, the research hypothesis which reads "It is suspected that the UKT revision has an impact on the learning outcomes of the students of the Riau University PPKn Study Program", can be accepted.Key Words: Impact Analysis, Single Tuition Fee (UKT), Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by many corruption cases that occur in Indonesia, one of which is Edhy Prabowo and the increasing cases of alleged bribery related to the export permit of lobster seeds to the investigation stage. The formulation of the problem in this study is how Riau University Students’ Perceptions of Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Committed by Civil Servants / State Administrators. The research objective was to determine the Riau University Student Perceptions of the Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Committed by Civil Servants / State Administrators. The benefits of research results for students are to provide an overview of Riau University Student Perceptions of the Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Committed by Civil Servants / State Administrators. This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection instruments are quastionnaires, interviews, and documentation consisting of 8 indicator with 45 statements. The population in this study were students of the University of Riau as many 32.436 people. The sample in this study was taken using the Qouta Sampling technique, and sampling using the Icedental Sampling as many 200 people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of the average percentage value of the alternative answers to the dominant respondents were 76,39% where this range was in the Very Good category with the existence in the range 75,01% - 100%. Thus it can be concluded that the Perception of Riau University Student Against Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Committed by Civil Servants / State Administrators is Very Good.Key Words: A Criminal act of Corruption

Abstract:This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many cases of the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in Indonesia, which until now has not been resolved. With the efforts of the local government, especially Kerumutan District, which directly handles the spread of Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The formulation of the problem in this study is handling analysisCoronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19) based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. The research objective is to find outhandlingCoronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19) based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency.Based on Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Large-Scale Social Restrictions.This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection techniques used questionnaires (questionnaire), interviews and documentation. The research variable is Governor Regulation Number 27 of 2020 which consists of 14 indicators of 66 questions based on research instruments. The population of this research iscommunity in Kerumutan District, Pelalawan Regency. The research sample was taken using techniquespurposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 111 people. Based on the results of research and recapitulation that has been done by researchers. Respondents who answered"Yes" with an average of 89.7 respondents with a percentage of 80.8%. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the problem of inheritance distribution of pusako randah property in Lubuk Basung village which is in contrast to the collective inheritance distribution system for high pusako assets in the Minang indigenous community, whose inheritance rights are owned by heirs based on maternal or female lineage. In addition, it also contradicts the matrilineal kinship of the indigenous peoples in Minang where women are considered more dominant and are the successors of a family lineage. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of inheritance distribution of pusako randah property in Lubuk Basung Kenagarian in the Minangkabau customary environment of West Sumatra. West. In processing the data the researchers used a qualitative method, the population in this study were some of the people in the Kenagarian Lubuk Basung with a sample that the researchers took was 5 people who were taken from traditional elders / ninik mamak and also community leaders in the Lubuk Basung Kanagarian. The data analysis technique used in this study is based on several opinions from respondents or using words. In qualitative data analysis, according to Miles and Huberman, it is carried out interactively through a process of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the field, the implementation of the distribution of the inheritance of the Minangkabau community tends to apply the Islamic heritage system but in practice the distribution is carried out on the basis of the principles of deliberation and consensus, where the distribution is carried out equally. This is because the community's soul likes to deliberate in determining a decision and in order to maintain family harmony so that there is no dispute or friction between the heirs.Key Words: Distribution Inheritance, Property Pusako Randah

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by a phenomenon that emerged based on a pre-survey that the researchers conducted earlier at the end of October 2020 at the parents' homes of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang students. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the perception of 7th grade parents of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the perception of 7th grade parents of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. The benefits of this research are that it is expected to provide additional information for all parties, especially parents in responding to online learning carried out by students. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were the parents of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, totaling 107 parents and a sample of 52 respondents determined by incidental sampling technique. Data collection instruments are questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded from the overall data regarding parents' perceptions of online learning in 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang is at the level of "Poor". Very Good amounted to 5.53% plus good results with a total of 32.85%, namely the total result was 38.35% with a range of 25.01% - 50%. Thus, the parents' perception of online learning in Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency is at the "Poor Good" level.Key Words: Perception, Parents, Online Learning.

Abstract

Abstract:This research is motivated by the lack of student’s interest in participating in student organizations, through research conducted on students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), most students think that organizing will only add to the routine that makes students less than optimal in carrying out the obligations of the learning process in the classroom, even though departing from this, student organizations are a forum that is able to grow a credible character through positive activities carried out by student organizations so as to form a bright, competent generation, to build the nation in the future. Formulation of the problem in this research is about the factors that influence student interest in joining the student executive board organization at FKIP Universitas Riau. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence student interest in joining the student executive board organization at FKIP Universitas Riau. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 2 indicators with 14 questions, which will then be analyzed using the percentage analysis technique method. . From the results of the study, it can be seen that external and internal factors that influence FKIP students in joining the Student Executive Board organization at FKIP Universitas Riau,It can be concluded that the answer strongly agrees with the percentage of 39.4% plus the answer agrees with an average percentage of 52.65% totaling 92.05%, according to the benchmark it is in the range of 75.01% - 100%. So the factors that influence the interest of FKIP students in participating in the Student Executive Board organization at FKIP Universitas Riau can be said to be "Very High"Key Words: Interests, Students, Student Organizations.

Abstract

Abstract : The influence of the family environment on Religious Tolerance that occurs in BTN TPI Housing (Taman Perawang Indah) becomes very important for the creation of a good tolerance environment, especially in religious tolerance by children. Therefore, parents are important in instilling the values of tolerance to their children such as mutual respect between religious people, teaching symbols of other religions, and motivating children to associate with friends who are different beliefs with them. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of the family environment on religious tolerance in btn TPI housing Tualang Subdistrict, Siak Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of the family environment on religious tolerance in btn TPI housing Tualang Subdistrict, Siak Regency. The practical benefit of this study is to find out how the influence of the family environment on religious tolerance in btn TPI housing Tualang Subdistrict, Siak Regency, and can be used as a reference material in carrying out further research relevant to this research. This research method is a quantitative descriptive, data collection instrument using a questionnaire consisting of 28 statements. The population in this study was school-age children in btn TPI housing (Taman Perawang Indah) consisting of 167 children, with a sample withdrawal of 20% of the population to 33 respondents using the Proposionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. Based on the results of the calculation of SPSS version 23 obtained the value of Fhitung > Ftabel which is 5,532 > 4,160, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means variable X (Family Environment) affects variable Y (Religious Tolerance). The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.389 which means that family relationships affect religious tolerance is 15.1%, meaning that there is a "low" influence between family environment variables on religious tolerance, while the remaining 84.9% (100%-15.1%) is influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study or influenced by other factors outside the X variable.Key Words :: Study, Influence, Family Environment, Religious Tolerance
