Abstract

Abstrak:This research is motivated by factors that affect students in violating the rules of school in MTs Al Falah Jatibaru Bungaraya District Siak Regency. The formulation of the problem in this researchis "what are the factors that influence students in violating the rules of school in schools in MTs Al Falah Jatibaru Bungaraya District Siak Regency ?. This study aims to analyze and describe the factors that affect students in violating the rules of school in MTs Al-Falah Jatibaru Bungaraya District Siak Regency. " This research was conducted at MTs Al-Falah Jatibaru Bungaraya on October 14-22, 2019 ". This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study amounted to 75 students. The sample in this study was taken from all classes. Analysis of the data of this study will conduct exploitation, describing a phenomenon that applies on the basis of data obtained in the field. Based on the results of this study indicate that there are two factors that influence students violating school rules, namely internal factors 30.28% and external, external factors that influence in this study amounted to 36.57% meaning that there are external factors that influence students violating school rules at MTsAl Falah Jatibaru Bungaraya District Siak Regency.KeyWords: Influence factors, violators of the school rules

Abstract

Abstract: This research is conducted by low learning result of students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Whether the learning model of stepping stone can affect the learning outcomes of Civics students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru." This study aims to determine the existing learning model in Batu Loncatan to the results of learning PKN students class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru in January 2018 until May 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research which become source in this research that is student / student of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was given 'Random Sampling' technique. Where the class is sampled is the students of class VII.2 (experimental class) which is given learning model of stepping stone, and class VII.3 (control class) are students using conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and test "t". Based on the result of research indicate that there are student learning result using learning model of stepping stone and conventional method at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, t_ (count)> t_ (table) (7,38> 2,00). Where there is average knowledge Learning outcomes of Cn class of experiment from 64 to 80,33 and average of result of learning of Cn class of control from 39,83 to 54,16. Thus the hypothesis which reads the limitations of the learning model of stepping stone to the students' learning outcomes at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, is acceptable.Keywords: Stepping Stone, Results

Abstract

Abstact : This research was motivated by student perceptions of the character of responsibility in student organization activities at the fakulty of teacher training and education at the university of riau. Where in student institutions each university has compiled a complete character education and it is hoped that students can form intellectuals who have superior personalities. The portion of character education in higher education is in fact decreasing. There are still many problems, namely the lack of responsibility in a mandate that is carried out so that it is said that the student is in an inactive status. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are students’ perceptions of the character of responsibility in student organization activities at FKIP, Riau Universisty. The purpose of the research in this study is to determine how students perceive the character of responsibility in student organization activities at FKIP, Riau Unicersity. The benefit of this research is to add insight and description of student’ perceptions of the character of responsibility in student organization activities at FKIP, Riau University. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in this research is a questionnaire consisting of 8 sub indicators with 18 statement. The population in this study were active students FKIP, amounting to 4.811 people. The sampel in this study was taken using the Non Probality Sampling teachnique, more precisely the quota sampling technique of 160 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be conluded that overall the data regarding the “160 student’ perceptions of the character of responsibility in student organization activities at FKIP, Riau University” is in the “very good” category. Respondent answered strongly agree (SS) plus Agree (s) namely 42,5% + 35% = 77,5%, this is in the range of 75.01% - 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the interest of 160 samples of FKIP University of Riau at the “Very Good” level.Key Words: Analysis, Perception, student, character, responsibility, student organizations

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the issuance a Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The formulation of the problems in this research is how perception of PPKn students Universitas Riau towards the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The purpose of this research is to find out perception of PPKn students Universitas Riau towards the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating Handling of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). The research method is descriptive quantitative. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the result of the calculation of respondents who answered “Agree” amounted to 71.5% where this range is in “Good” with a presence of 66.67% – 100%. Abstract: This research motivated by makan bajamba culture in local society ofKecamatan Tilatang Kamang that is a tradition of Kecamatan Tilatang Kamangcommunity pride. This activity is rich in religious,moral and cultural values. But thisculture have a lot of changes not only in the procedure but also in devotees. Theformulation of the problem in this research is now to makan bajamba now a days inKecamatan Tilatang Kamang society and how sosial care foward makan bajamba inKecamatan Tilatang. The purpose of this research is to know anthusiasm society fowardmakan bajamba culture in Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang society. Data collectiontechniques in this research is observation ,interview and documentation. Respondent ofthis research totaled six people. That is a Datuak,a angku,a bundo kanduang,amandeh,a village child,a young man of Kecamatan Tilatang Kamang. The technicalanalysis in this study use qualitative. The results of this study are change in almostmakan bajamba culture. And also in devotees decreased. There are two factor that isexternal factor andinternal factor. External factor is there other cultural in fluences andinternal factor is new discoveries and as well as insecreasing and decreasingpopilations.Key Words: Makan Bajamba

Abstract

Abstract: This research is done to know about the performance of regional sons and the factors that affect to the performance of regional sons as DPRD members Karimun district, period 2014 - 2019. anguage problem formulation in this research is to know the performance of regional sons and the factors that affect of their performance as DPRD members in Karimun district, period 2014-2019. The benefit of this research is became reference for society to determine the demeanor of politic in the next general election. This research has done in April-July 2020. The samples in this research are 100 respondents that chosen by purposive sampling. The data was gotten by ditributed the questionnare, interview and documentation.The researcher was used quantitative descriptive methode to analyse the data.Based on the result of respondents recapulation, the overall is 64.41 % which the interval 61 % - 80 % are in well catehory. The almost of respondents answered that the factors that affect the regional sons performance is lack of communication between the regional sons and society.Key Words: Regional Sons, DPRD

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low motivasion of students in classVIII learning at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this researchis” whether there is an effect of the application of the Poster Comment learning model on the motivation to learn PKn grade VIII student of SMPN 8 Pekanbar”. This study aims “ to determine the effect of the implementation of the Poster Comment learning model on the learning motivation of PKn students in class VIII of SMPN 8 Pekanbaru”. This research was conducted at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru on July 29 to Agust 23, 2019. This research is a quantitative research that is experimental. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMPN 8 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken based on a “ random sampling” technique. The sample class is students of class VIII 7 ( experimental class) which is given a Poster Comment learning model, and class VIII 8(control class) is student who are given conventional methods. Data analysis using homogeneity test and “t” test. Based on the results of the study showed that there is an influence of learning motivation between students using Poster Comment learning models and conventional methods at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru ( tcount= 9,25> ttable= 1,66). Where there is an increase in the average score of motivation in the learning of PKn in the experimental class from 21,34 to 22,16 and the average motivation to learn civics from the control class from 19,95 to 20,46. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of the use of the Poster Comment learning model on the learning motivation of civics students at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru, can be accepted.Key Words: Poster Comment, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the public's perception of the benefits of health insurance for the rights of BPJS card users at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, which is looking for an overview of research phenomena, namely the Berseri Health Center lacks manpower, does not have competent resources, does not have complete data, lacks transparency, and so on. The reason for using this type of descriptive research is because the variable under study is a single variable so it does not require hypothesis and statistical testing, it just gives an idea of how the perception or point of view of BPJS patients on the benefits of health insurance at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The sample used was BPJS participants at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Based on the results of research and discussion, it has been concluded that based on data recapitulation regarding public perceptions of the benefits of health insurance at the Berseri Health Center, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency in 2021 where from 4 indicators namely promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative and or as many as 22 statement items responded to by respondents on This study concludes that their perception of the benefits of BPJS health insurance at the Berseri Health Center is good with a percentage of 75.53% in the range of 51%-75%.Key Words: Public Perception, Health Insurance, BPJS.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by concerns about students who began to violate school discipline, especially discipline. Attitudes that are not in accordance with this order are the result of environmental influences that can damage students' discipline. So it takes the supervision of teachers who can shape student discipline and attitudes that can build discipline towards discipline so that students better understand the meaning of discipline. The formulation of the problem in this study is how does the influence of teacher supervision on discipline. As for the population, all the teachers numbered 30 people. By using a saturated sampling technique, 30 teachers were selected as samples in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data using simple linear regression analysis. Descriptive results of teacher supervision given by Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School teacher in Kuantan Singingi District, which is 85% in very good category. And the descriptive results of student discipline at 81% in the excellent category. Descriptively the supervision of the teacher towards the discipline of influential students is very good. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of teacher supervision on the discipline of students in the Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School in Singingi Regency. this is evidenced by a series of simple linear regression tests between variables X and Y variables, obtained Fcount = 21.305 and Ftable 4.20 obtained from the study of a list of F distributions with N = 30, at a significant level of 5%, thus Fcount> Ftable or 21,305> 4,20, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted as meaning significant, there is an influence of teacher supervision on discipline of students of Kuantan Hilir 1 Junior High School Singingi Regency Key Words: Teacher Supervision, Discipline

Abstract

Abstract :This research is based on the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is about the implementation of additional criminal and additional crimes under UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime. Based on preliminary data obtained from the literature study is many problems in the implementation of the main criminal and additional crimes on the defendant corruption crime, for example, multitafsir rule or penalty that is still considered mild in the perpetrators of corruption crime classified as extraordinary crimes or extraordinary crimes. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the perception of student riau university to the main punishment according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime? (2) How is the perception of student of university riau toward additional criminal according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime?. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of students of riau university on the implementation of principal criminal and additional crimes according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime. This research is descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research is student of university of riau from 9 faculty, then simplified become 3 faculty which study jurisprudence only. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people from 3 faculties. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Based on the results of this research can be concluded the perception of university of riau students on implementation of basic criminal according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption is good. Nevertheless, the perspective of university of riau students on the additional criminal implementation according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime is not good.Keyword : Perception, Students, additional crime
