Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn PPKn class X students at SMAN 1 Tualang, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study was: "How does the influence of the use of Guess the Learning model of Learning Motivation for PPKn Class X Students in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency?". This study aims "to determine the effect of the use of Guess the Learning model of Learning in the Learning Motivation of Class X Students in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency". This research is a quantitative research that is experimental. The population in this study was class X students at SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency. The sample in this study was taken based on the "Random Sampling" technique. Where classes taken as samples are students of Class X Natural Science 8 (experimental class) who are given a Guess the Learning model and class X IPS 1 (control class) are students who are given the conventional method. Then the data analysis using homogeneity test, t-test and gain test. Based on the results of the study showed that there is an influence of learning motivation between students who use the Guess Learning model with conventional learning in SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency can be seen from the results (tcount = 29.50> ttable = 3.99). Where there is an increase in the average motivation to learn PPKn in the experimental class from 22.88 to 32.54 while the average motivation to learn PPKn in the control class from 25.32 to 25.61. With an average gain of 0.56 included in the category of "medium" Thus there is an influence of PPKn learning motivation using the Guess Learning with conventional learning model at SMAN 1 Tualang Siak Regency.Key Words: Predition Guide, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study reported research that motivated by the enactment about the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. The students of FKIP are the students who are predicted as a teacher after graduating from university. The students of FKIP will continue the estafet of education in the teaching and learning process in the school in both formal and non-formal. Therefore, students of FKIP as a candidate of educator or teacher must know and give their perceptions towards the problem that happens in the community especially on the acceptance of new students. The formulation of the problem in this study is how students’ perception in FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of students of FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students. In this study, the researcher uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study was the entire students of FKIP in Universitas Riau with the total population amounted to 5.476 students. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 160 students from the population. The result of this study can be concluded that the perception of students of FKIP Universitas Riau towards the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 20 of 2019 in the Republic of Indonesia on the acceptance of new students is in the “Good” category.Key Words: Perception, Acceptance Of New Students

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the persistence of magic elements inthis Pacu jalur activity which is closely related to the level of understanding of societywith the religion they profess, that is Islam. The public believes this is not wrong withIslamic teachings. Because they also use Islamic sayings. It’s on this basis this activityhas survived and continues to this day. The purpose of this study was to determinepeople's perceptions of magic elements in the pacu Jalur tradition. Data collectiontechniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. TheRespondents of this research were seven people, are: one of dukun jalur, one oftraditional community leader, one of jalur committee, two of racing children and twopeople from Sawah Village, consisting of indigenous and immigrant communities. dataanalysis techniques in this research used qualitative methods. The result of thisresearch is that people believe in this magic because it has become a hereditary andmagical tradition that is very much needed in the pacu jalur tradition. This magicalelement is considered very important, especially to keep the track and the race fromunwanted things and to gain victory. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the natural disaster of forest fires thatoccurred in the village of Salo subdistrict of Kampar District of Riau Province whichoccurred in 2019 even though there was already a (BPBD) tasked with controlling andpreventing natural disasters that occurred in Kampar district. In carrying out regionaldisaster management there are tasks that must be carried out by BPBD. Theformulation of the problem in this study is "What is the public perception of the role ofthe (BPBD) in the control of forest fires in Salo Village of Salo District of KamparRegency of Riau Province 2019". The purpose of this study is to find out the public'sperception of the role of the (BPBD) in the control of forest fires in Salo Village, SaloDistrict, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research method is qualitativedescriptive with data collection techniques through interviews consisting of 10questions and questionnaires consisting of 10 questions. The subjects in this study werethe entire salo village community of 2,060 heads of families. Determination ofpurposive sampling technique research sample with the number of samples as many as30 people of Salo village community. The result of this study is that public perception ofthe Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is very good. This is seen from theresults of the spread of questionnaires with the percentage of respondents' answers,which is 82% which proves that the Role of the Derah Disaster Management Agency(BPBD) in Forest Fire Control is very important. In line with the results of interviews to30 respondents who stated that the Role of the (BPBD) in Forest Fire Control iscurrently Very Good.Key Words : Community Perception, BPBD, Forest Fires.

Abstract

Abstract: To overcome the problem of equitable distribution of Indonesian education, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a new Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 14 of 2018 concerning the Admission of New Students and the enactment of the school zoning system. The term "zoning" began to be used in 2017 in structuring the New Student Admissions system which refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 14 of 2018 concerning the Admission of New Students to Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School, Senior High School, Vocational High School, or equivalent. The notion of "zoning" is defined as the division or division of an area into several parts, in accordance with the functions and management objectives. With the zoning system, especially public schools are prepared to provide quality education services evenly to members of the community in a certain area or area so that the "best children" do not have to look for the "best schools" which are located far from their homes. The PPDB zoning system has implications for the need to prepare schools of the same and of equal quality as schools that have been considered superior schools or favorite schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the zoning system on student learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis. The population in this study were all learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis students before and during zoning, totaling 60 learning outcomes. The samples in this study were all the learning outcomes before and during the zoning in the 2018-2020 school year. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study with the analysis of the T test are sig> 0.05 (0.601> 0.05) and t count is smaller than t table (t count <t table). It can be concluded that there is no significant effect of learning outcomes before zoning between learning outcomes after zoning in SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis.Key Words: Zoning System, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by there are still people who do not have a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The formulations of the research problems are: (1) What is the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) What are the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research aims (1) to determine the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, (2) to determine the factors that influence under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research was conducted in Muara Musu Village from September 2019-June 2020. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. With the entire population of Muara Musu Village and the sample using purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 34 people as respondents who have met the characteristics or criteria as a sample. Based on the results of the research, the problem formulation (1) the level of legal awareness of the community in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency is relatively high (2) the factors that affect under-handed marriage in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency are economic factors and biological factors. The results obtained in this study were the high level of community legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate in Muara Musu Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, so the hypothesis which states that the community's lack of legal awareness in ownership of a marriage certificate is rejected.Key Words: Legal Awareness, Marriage Certificate

Formulation of the problem in thisresearch is: How does the application of the Full Day School in SMA Negeri 9Pekanbaru, how learning motivation of students in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, howimplementation of Full Day School students learning motivation against in SMA Negeri9 Pekanbaru, how to influence the implementation of Full Day School students learningmotivation against in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the research to knowthe application of Full Day School in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, to know the learningmotivation of students in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, to know the relationship of theapplication of the Full Day School students learning motivation against in SMA Negeri9 Pekanbaru, to know how the implementation of Full Day School students learningmotivation against in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The population in this research is theclass XI which amounted to 349 with a sample of 78 students. Data collectioninstruments namely observation, question form, interview and documentation. Dataanalysis with quantitative descriptive. Based on this research, there is a correlationbetween variables full day school with learning motivation variables can be expressedpositively then the direct relation. And can be known Fcount > Ftable, or simpleregression significance test turned out Fcount > Ftable or 27.716 > 3.97, then thehypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between theimplementation of full day school with learning motivation SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Full Day School, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This research is background by the fact b importance of character education in the school environment. With the current 2013 curriculum, students are required to have good character, with that character education is needed, one of which is an independent character when studying. The formulation of the research problem is How Students' Perceptions of the Role of PPKn Teachers in the Formation of Independent Learning Characters in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The research objective was to see the Students' Perceptions of the Role of PPKn Teachers in Self-Learning Character Building in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. According to Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, training, training, ass,essing, and students in early childhood education, basic education, and secondary education. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data techniques used in this study are questionnaires,interviews, and documentation. The research variable is the role of the PPKn teacher in ordering the independent learning character which consists of 4 indicators with a total of 20 questions based on the Research Instrument. The population in this study were students of SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research and recapitulation that has been done by researchers. Respondents who answered Very often (SS) + Often (S) 29.26% + 41.96% = 71.22%. Based on the recapitulation, it can be stated that the students' perceptions of the role of the PPKn teacher in the formation of independent learning character at SMAN 1 Kampar Timur, Kampa District, Kampar district are in the "Good" category where the Good range is in 68.01% - 84.00%.Key Words: Students' perceptions, Role of PPKn teachers, Character of independent learning

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated because in this modern era the world experiences quite strong shocks of values and norms. The moral and ethical crisis of national life, especially the crisis of values in the political aspect, is so pronounced. The deviation of private ethics and public ethics in the state has experienced an increase and chaos of norms as if it continues to occur in state management practices so that in an atmosphere of globalization we are hesitant to face it, with a responsive attitude. This study aims to find out an analysis of the implementation of the Luberjurdil principle of the presidential and vice presidential elections of the republic. Indonesia for the period 2019-2024. In managing the data, the researcher used quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample of this study were 100 people. The data collection used by researchers is to use questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation. Based on the recapitulation results of the calculation of respondents who answered YES with an average of 91.47 with a percentage of 91.47%, while those who answered NO were with an average of 8.53 with a percentage of 8.53%. So it can be concluded that the analysis of the implementation of the Luberjurdil principle for the presidential and vice presidential elections of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019-2024 period for university students in Riau, proved that they answered YES with a percentage of 91.47% in the answer range of 51% -100%, then it can be said "Good". Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by concerns about the exploitation of children and the many reasons for their poor family's economic background, causing them to take to the streets to find additional income for their family by singing. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to study public perceptions of regional regulation no 12 of 2008 in fostering child buskers in handsome sub-districts. The purpose of the study was to find out how the study of public perception of Perda No. 12 of 2008 in fostering child buskers in the district of handsome. The benefits of research results for students are to provide an overview of the study of public perception of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2008 in fostering child buskers in the handsome sub-district and to be a reference for how to behave in a national institution according to a study of public perception of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2008 in fostering buskers. boy in handsome district. This research was conducted in Tampan District in December 2020 – Mai 2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 194, 331 people. The sample in this study was taken using the Acidental sampling technique with a large number of 100 people from the whole community. So the results obtained in the above recapitulation are in the range of 18.6% + 29.4% = 48%. Thus, it can be concluded that Public Perceptions of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2008 in Fostering Child Singers in Tampan District are in the "Not Good" range.Key Words: Studies, Perceptions, Society, Local Regulations Fostering Child Singers.
