Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is that there are obstacles in the availability of public schools that are not evenly distributed, but the zoning rules require students to register at the school closest to their homes. The unequal number of state schools is exacerbated by the unbalanced ratio of the capacity of secondary schools to graduates from primary schools. Implementation of the New Student Admission system at the high school level in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. In the 2020/2021 Academic Year, registration has been implemented through 4 main channels, namely zoning, affirmation, transfer of parents/guardians and achievement, which slightly differed in New Student Admissions in previous years. As for the formulation of the problem in this study How is the Implementation of the Registration Path Permendikbud No. 44 of 2019 concerning Admission of New Students to Senior High Schools in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Registration Path for the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 44 of 2019 concerning PPDB at the High School Level in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 975 people, using a purposive sampling technique totaling 181 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Registration Track for the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 44 of 2019 concerning Admission of New Students at the High School Level in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City can be said to have been "well implemented”Key Words: New Student Admission

Abstract

Abstract: This research is in the background by one tradition in Malay society, which tradition is commonly called Safar Bath. The existence of safar bath tradition is currently being carried out in the Malay community of Sungai Buluh Village. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the public perception of safar bath tradition in terms of the value of Pancasila in the village of Sungai Buluh regency lingga Riau Islands ?. The purpose of this research is to know public perception about safar bath tradition in terms of value of pancasila in rivers river village regency lingga riau archipelago. The population of this study is the entire community in Sungai Buluh Village which is 1745 people and 540 kk. According to opinion (Sugiyono, 2013: 124) To determine the size of the sample then the author uses purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a technique of taking or determining the sample with certain considerations. Based on the opinion Sugiyono that researchers allowed to determine the desired sample with certain considerations and in harmony with the purposive sampling of 30 people. Data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and library techniques. In the data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis.Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the percentage of respondents' responses recapitulation answer about the perception of the community about the safar bath tradition in terms of the value of Pancasila in the village of Sungai Buluh sub-district of West Singkep regency lingga Riau Islands, which answered "Yes" 63,6 who answered "No" 36,4% Hypothesis which states that there are values of Pancasila in the tradition of Safar Baths in Sungai Buluh Village, Singkep Barat District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands.Keywords: Pancasila Values, Safar Bath Tradition

Abstract

Abstrack : this research background in the background by the large number of problems Still associated with employment in the city of Pekanbaru in particular labor women. The visible phenomena related to the employment problem of these women, among other things: the amount of labour women are increasing each year, there are still large number of women employed in the evening, still the number of rights the rights of these women's labor not given such rights to breastfeed the baby, menstrual leave, etc. So the author would like to see how the employment rights of women, and alfamart indomaret in pekanbaru. This descriptive qualitative research methods. The used instrument that is now composed of 15 questions about the law regarding the rights of female labor. The data were analyzed using the formula P = f/Nx100% to find out the percentage of answers from the respondents. The calculation of the percentage of overall respondents answer obtained answers "no" as much as 70% is in the range of 0%-50% and the percentage of "Yes" answers as much as 30% are in the range of 51%-100% for the implementation of law No. 13 year 2003 about the labor rights of women. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the law No. 13 Year 2003 regarding labor rights of women have not been carried out properly, should companies or labor party women are encouraged to better understand and dig regarding Act No. 13 year 2003 that especially on the rights of the workforce are women.Keywords : implementation, law number 13 year 2003, women's Labor

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by advances in the field of Information and Communication Technology that have a big impact in people's social lives, this progress can have a positive impact and also a negative impact. Therefore, in anticipation of this, the Government of Indonesia issued UU No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, which was later revised to UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The problem formulation in this study is how students of Riau University perceive the Implementation of Chapter VII of UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions. This study aims to find out the Perception of Riau University Students towards the Implementation of Chapter VII of UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The benefits of research results are in terms of science development, being a donation or reference material (relevant) in conducting further research and can be a learning for all parties, especially students who conduct Research on UU No. 19 of 2016. This research method is Descriptive Quantitative, data collection instrument used in this research is questionnaire and interview consisting of 10 indicators with 30 questions. The data is taken with the slovin formulation n = N (1 + Ne2). The population in this study was students of Riau University. Samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study found that the average percentage value of alternative answers of dominant respondents is 51% where this range is in the category of "Quite Good" with the presence in the range of 50.01 - 75%. Thus the Perception of Students perception of Riau University towards the implementation of Chapter VII of UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions is Quite Good.Key Words: Perception, Students, UU No. 19 of 2016

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise during observations made by researchers, namely students in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. still the lack of students and students who obey school rules is also a form of character that is not good, always comes late and does not have the discipline ofself and responsibility. One example of cases of moral decline in students when children are reprimanded by the teacher because they make mistakes, they instead tend to fight the teacher with inappropriate actions. The formulation of the problem in this research is What is a Good Character in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru? The purpose of this research is to find out how good character is at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru in May -October 2019. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all students in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, amounting to 948 people from classes X, XI, XII. The sample in this study was taken using a proportional sampling technique with a total of 94 people. Data in this study were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Good Character is as much as 89% which means "Yes". Students in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru have good character in terms of Knowledge, Feelings, Responses, and actions taken while in the school environment.KeyWords:GoodCharacter

Abstract: The background of this research with the community met Rural Middle Bantan already left the marriage customs of Malay culture, which leads to a more practical marriage customs. Because they think that by wearing a marriage custom in many the cost is quite large and they are not capable of it. The formulation of the issue in this study is Is there a shift in the customary marriage Malay culture Central District Bantan Bantan Village Bengkalis and what factors cause a shift of Customary Marriages Malay Cultural Village Central District Bantan Bantan District Bengkalis.Bertujuan To determine the shift in the marriage customs Malay culture village Central District Bantan Bantan Bengkalis. For Knowing the factors that cause the shift of Customary Marriages Malay Cultural Village Central District Bantan Bantan Bengkalis. The sample in this study 80 respondents ie Bantan Village Community Central married by using the Malay culture and community leaders .. Using purposive sampling technique with Suharsimi Arikunto. Data were collected through observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation and analysis of data using qualitative descriptive tenik. Question with words is still, what reason and how. Using the formula P = F / N x 100. From the benchmarks, When respondents who answered (Yes) As much as 51% -100% = Not Happen shift. When respondents who answered (Yes) As much as 0% - 50% = There is a shift, and 47% included in the benchmark of 0% -50%. It can be concluded there is a shift of Malay Customary Marriage Middle Village District Bantan Bantan Bengkalis. Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the phenomena encountered during pre-research which showed that student learning discipline was low during online learning and also student responses regarding the contributions made by Civics teachers in terms of disciplining student learning at SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir. The formulation of the problem in this study is how students' perceptions of the role of PPKn teachers in improving student learning discipline at SMPN6 Singingi Hilir. The purpose of the study was to see how students perceive the role of Civics Education teachers in improving student learning discipline at SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir. The benefits of this research are expected to help become a source of knowledge and contribute to the world of education related to writing scientific papers about the role of Civics teachers in student learning disciplines. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the instrument of data collection using a questionnaire. The population of this research is the whole students of SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir, totaling 147 people, with a sample of 25% of the total population to 37 respondents using simple random sampling technique. From the results of the study, it was concluded that students' perceptions of the role of PPKn teachers in improving student discipline at SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir were in the "Very Good" category. This is in accordance with the results of respondents who answered "Very Often" amounted to 43.08% plus respondents who answered "Often" amounted to 37.1% with a result of 80.18%, where this range is in the Very Good category. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the role of Civics Education teachers in improving student discipline at SMP Negeri 6 Singingi Hilir are "Very Good".Key Words : Study, Perception, Role, Civics Teacher, Learning Discipline

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is that the scout extracurricular activities which include the goal instill honest character.However, in reality this study affect towards the honest character formation of students in SMA N 1 Cerenti. The population of this study is around 25 students by using total sampling technique. Data collection instruments is by using questionnaires with a total of 30 questions / statements, 18 questions about students' extracurricular activities scout (variable x) and 12 questions about student’s honest character (variable y). Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis which were using SPSS version 18.0. Thus the hypothesis which states "There is the influence of the scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMA N 1 Cerenti". This case is evidenced by a series of hypothesis test between variable X and variable Y, obtained Fcount 31,458 and Ftable value 4.28 31.458 which obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 25, at a significant level of 5%, thus F count> F table or 3.458> 4, 28. So the hypothesis in this study Ho is refused and Ha is accepted, that there is the significant influence between Scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMAN 1 Cerenti. Abstract: This research is motivated by the implementation of an online learning system that makes all learning activities carried out online based on the regulation of the ministry of education and culture no. 15 of 2020. These online learning activities affect all aspects of the school, especially students as subjects who participate in learning activities, namely on student behavior in the aspect of discipline, including collecting assignments that are not on time, being late in joining learning, being late for attendance and so on. The students in question are students of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kuras. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is how are students' perceptions of the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The purpose of this study was to find out how students perceive the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kuras, Pangkalan Kuras District from June 2021 to October 2021. This research method is descriptive quantitative, data collection techniques used are questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation with a sample of 102 people. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the discipline of learning Civics during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras with a percentage of 83.57%. are in the "Very Good" category.Key Word: Learning Discipline, Online Learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by PPKn learning and the civic disposition of students at SMA Negeri 1 Concong, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PPKn learning in Shaping the the civic disposition of Students at SMA Negeri 1 Concong, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The benefits of the results of this study for all parties are being a source of learning, contributing ideas in the world of education, especially those relating to the influence of PPKn learning in Shaping the the civic disposition of students in schools. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instruments used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires consisting of 16 statements. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 1 Concong, Indragiri Hilir Regency, totaling 200 students. Sampling in this study used proportional random sampling technique. Then a simple random sampling technique was used with a sample of 50 students. Based on the results of research on the effect of PPKn learning in Shaping the the civic disposition of Students at SMA Negeri 1 Concong, Indragiri Hilir Regency, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between PPKn learning in Shaping the the civic disposition of Students at SMA Negeri 1 Concong, Indragiri Hilir Regency of 74%
