Abstract

Abstract

The automotive industry faces challenges in improving fuel efficiency and reducing exhaust emissions. One solution being developed is the Hydrocarbon Cracking System (HCS), which breaks down hydrocarbon molecules in fuel to enhance combustion efficiency. This study aims to analyze the effects of HCS on engine torque and exhaust emissions (CO, HC, and CO₂) in a four-stroke, single-cylinder gasoline engine. The research method involves an experimental factorial design of 6 × 2, testing torque and exhaust emissions at various engine speeds. Measurements were conducted using a dynamometer and a gas analyzer to compare standard conditions with HCS implementation. The results indicate that HCS increases engine torque by 3.40% and reduces CO and HC emissions by 28.12% and 54.35%, respectively. However, CO₂ emissions increased by 12.48%, indicating more complete combustion. Overall, HCS proves to enhance engine efficiency and reduce harmful emissions, making it a potential eco-friendly solution for motor vehicles.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with special assistant teachers, principals, parents of students, and documentation of learning activities and religious programs. The data analysis process is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that internalization of religious character values was carried out through a number of integrated programs, such as the habituation of daily worship (prayer, prayer, and reading the Qur'an), moral training through ethical case simulations, spiritual guidance by Islamic Religious Education teachers, and routine religious activities such as dhikr together and ablution and prayer training. The approach used in learning is adjusted to the needs and potential of individual ABK students through visual methods, direct practice, use of simple language, and a friendly and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Learning strategies also involve collaboration between teachers, parents, and experts to ensure a holistic approach to children's character education.

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) represent the United Nations' agenda for sustainable development, encompassing 17 objectives, with Goal 5 focusing on "Achieving Gender Equality." This goal aims to eliminate gender-based discrimination and inequality. The rate of increase in women's participation in national parliaments is notably slow, standing at only 26% over a span of seven years (2015-2022). If this sluggish pace continues, achieving SDG 5 is projected to take approximately 40 years, potentially hindering economic growth. Economic empowerment of women has the potential to accelerate this participation rate while simultaneously fostering economic growth. This research aims to examine how the significant roles of women in the context of gender equality by leading a corporation and participate on parliament able to promote economic growth in middle-income countries from 2020-2022 using panel path analysis. The findings indicate that economic growth has a significant positive impact on women's leadership role to achieve gender equality, it is essential to provide equal opportunities for women, eliminate bias and discrimination, eradicate patriarchal culture, and create work environments that support work-life balance.
