Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran atau data empiris dan  mendeskripsikan Aktivitas  belajar IPA, keterampilan inquiri, dan peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IX.9SMP Negeri 12 Kendari pada materi pokok listrik statis yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran POE. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX.9 SMP Negeri 12 Kendari dengan jumlah 38 siswa. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar  dan  aktivitas siswa yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa:  1) Aktivitas siswa pada setiap siklus cenderung meningkat, 2) Keterampilan inquiri siswa pada setiap siklus cenderung membaik dan meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata keterampilan  inquiri siswa pada siklus I ke siklus II, 3) Hasil belajar IPA kelas IX.9 SMP Negeri 12 Kendari setelah  diajar dengan  menggunakan model pembelajaran  POE  IX.9 pada pokok Listrik Statis mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukan oleh persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar IPA pada siklus I secara klasikal sebesar 55,3% dan pada siklus II sebesar 84,2% dan  secara individu dengan  nilai rata-rata  hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 63,68 dan pada siklus II sebesar 80,32.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX.3 SMP Negeri 12 Kendari materi Partikel Penyusun Benda dan Mahluk Hidup melalui penerapan model pembelajaran. Problem Based Intruction. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022, di SMP Negeri 12 Kendari pada siswa kelas IX.3 berjumlah 34 siswa yang terdiri atas 18 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Faktor yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor siswa dan faktor guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) siklus, meliputi: a) perencanaan; b) pelaksanaan tindakan; c) observasi dan evaluasi; d) refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam  penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil dpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Base Intruction dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta aktivitas siswa dan guru. Persentase rata-rata aktivitas siswa yaitu 81,84% dan persentase rata-rata aktivitas guru yaitu 89,58%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi partikel penyusun benda dan mahluk idup phada manusia diperoleh 81,25% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥ 70. Dengan demikian kriteria ketuntasan minimal sekolah yaitu 80% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥ 70 dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work environment and workload on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study was 54 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data were collected through questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) assistance program. Hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results of this study partially showed that the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect with a tcount value (5.222) greater than ttable (2.008) with a significance of 0.020 and workload had a partial positive and significant effect where the tcount value (5.003) was greater than the ttable value (2.008) with a significance of 0.001. Based on the F test, the results show that the work environment and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency with Fcount (5.963) greater than Ftable (3.179) with a significance of 0.001. It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. It is expected that the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, pays attention to the work environment and workload to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan disiplin siswa terhadap minat belajar pada masa pandemi SD Inpres Sarroangin. Jenis penelitian adalah Ex Post Facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Sarroangin. Sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V SD Inpres Sarroangin yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 siswa dengan teknik simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan nilai rata-rata tingkat pendidikan orang tua (ayah) 52,86 berada pada kategori SLTP 9 orang dan ibu adalah 65,14 yang berada di SLTA 10 orang. Disiplin siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 46,3143 termasuk dalam kategori minat sedang. Analisis statistik inferensial, hasil uji normalitas tingkat pendidikan orang tua, disiplin dan minat belajar 0,634 > 0,05 (distribusi normal), hasil uji homogenitas tingkat pendidikan orang tua 0,065 dan disiplin siswa 0,018 > 0,05 (homogen), hasil uji linearitas adalah 0,225 > 0,05 (linear) berdasarkan hasil data, sehingga terdapat hubungan linearitas antara tingkat pendidikan orang tua dengan disiplin siswa terhadap minat belajar. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai sig 0,000, dengan sig cretaria (0,000) < (0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan disiplin siswa terhadap minat belajar di masa pandemi SD Inpres Sarroangin.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Problem of Underage Working Children in Helping to Meet Family Needs in Gampong Alue Seutui, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency". The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence underage children working and what impact this has on children who work. This research uses qualitative research and uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the research results, researchers obtained data that the factors that cause children to have to work in Gampong Alue Seutui are based on several factors including economic factors, cultural factors, parental factors, and their own will. The family has the main view of dealing with all children who work, but the family is unable to deal with children who work because considering economic limitations, the child has to step in to meet the needs for survival. The Alue Seutui community always plays an active role in providing protection for children, however, with the very weak economic situation in the community, it is very difficult to prevent children from working. With the phenomenon of child labor like this, the government must make economic improvements for the welfare of the people, so that it is hoped that the poverty rate will decrease, which will then be followed by an increase in the quality of education in society.

Abstract

Introduction: The climate variability that occurs in Indonesia results in various losses for society, especially in rural areas. Rural communities whose livelihoods depend on agricultural and fishing activities are very threatened by climate variability which hampers the community's economy. Objective: This service aims to analyze participation in strengthening the adaptation of rural Generation Z in facing climate variability Method: The focus of community service in this activity is the Z generation who live in rural areas. To make it easier to provide information to generation Z. A participatory approach is used in this activity. Result: There are 3 main activities in strengthening adaptation capacity for generation Z, namely: 1. Introduction stage, including a basic understanding of several forms of climate variability that occur in rural areas. 2. Advanced stage, namely providing education regarding the impact of climate variability in rural areas, especially agriculture and fisheries, 3. Adjustment stage, namely developing adaptation strategies that must be carried out when exposure to extreme climate variability occurs. Conclusion: The results of this service show an increase in generation Z's knowledge in anticipating climate variability.

Abstract

This study aims to map the capacity model of the gampong apparatus in realizing disability-inclusive gampong in Miruk Taman Village, Darussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with an exploratory-participatory approach and referring to emancipatory principles. The results of the study found that two strengthening models for gampong apparatus in realizing inclusive gampong were carried out through 3 phases, namely: Awareness, Empowerment, and Mentoring. The Awareness stage was carried out through workshop activities related to the importance of qanun gampong as a legal basis for realizing inclusive gampongs. Furthermore, activities were also carried out to increase the knowledge of gampong apparatus and KSM on the rights of people with disabilities facilitated by the Social Service, the Aceh Building Forum, and academics. The empowerment was carried out through assistance in the formulation of the qanun gampong together with the Head of the Aceh Besar Legal Division, the Aceh Besar Social Service, DPMG, the Aceh Building Forum as a companion institution, and academics from the Islamic Community Development Study Program of UIN Ar-Raniry until the qanun was successfully ratified. Meanwhile, the implementation of qanun is carried out through training for gampong apparatus and KSM through mapping the needs of people with disabilities, providing access to services needed by people with disabilities, and through the declaration of disability-inclusive gampong, which involves the direct participation of people with disabilities as beneficiaries. This capacity model has provided improvements in the social conditions of people with disabilities, especially access to development in Gampong Miruk Taman, where they were previously marginalized.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia cannot be separated from the influence of foreign capital markets, especially in the Asian region. Fluctuations occuring in the JII indicate the existence of a contagious effect caused by stock price movements in a country that can affect stock price movements in other countries or sectors. This study aims to determine the relationship between DJIMI Malaysia, Japan, China and the JII. This research uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method using monthly data on the stock price index from January 2021 to December 2023. The results showed that in the long term, DJIJP has a positive significant relationship with the JII, DJICHK has a negative significant relationship with the JII, while DJIMY has no statistically significant relationship with the JII. While in the short term DJIMY, DJIJP and DJICHK do not have a significant relationship with the JII. This research provides information for investors and academics in understanding the dynamics of Islamic stock markets in Malaysia, Japan, China and Indonesia.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis dan literasi matematika merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan matematika di sekolah dasar, yang mendukung siswa dalam pemecahan masalah, penalaran logis, serta penerapan matematika dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bahan ajar (modul pengajaran, materi, dan asesmen) dengan mengintegrasikan Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dan ClassPoint, kemudian menerapkan desain tersebut dalam eksperimen semu. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 6 Kendari, dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk memilih kelas eksperimen (IVa) dan kelas kontrol (IVb dan IVc). Hasil analisis ANOVA dua arah menunjukkan bahwa desain instruksional yang mengintegrasikan PBL, ClassPoint, dan buku teks secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi matematika siswa, dengan nilai p (Sig.) sebesar 0.000 dan Partial Eta Squared sebesar 0.562. Penelitian ini mengonfirmasi efektivitas model tersebut dalam menciptakan perbedaan yang substansial antara kelompok perlakuan (PBL+ClassPoint+Buku Teks) dan kelompok kontrol. Hal ini menyoroti dampak positif dari integrasi PBL dan ClassPoint terhadap pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan literasi matematika siswa.

Abstract

Social changes in a society can help provide information related to that society. Qanun is a statutory regulation or a kind of regional regulation that regulates the life of the Acehnese people. This study aims to determine the social changes that occurred in Ie Jeureungeh Village. In addition, to find out the understanding of the residents of Ie Jeureungeh Village towards the wildlife Qanun. The benefits of this research are to provide information, add insight and knowledge. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method and focal animal sampling. The research subjects were 24 people with the technique of taking using purposive sampling technique. The study to determine the social changes that occurred in Ie Jeureungeh Village used 3 factors, namely, causative factors, pushers and inhibitors. The results showed that there were social changes that occurred in Ie Jeureungeh Village, and the people of Ie Jeureungeh Village tended to know about the wildlife Qanun.
