Abstract

Orientation: Basic research is one of the types of research programs established by the Higher Education and LPPM DP2M PGRI Madiun Teachers Training College that aims to provide as Tri Darma university for lecturers.Research Purpose: The objectives of this research were to establish students’ abillity in reading several theories from international journal articles and writing  an analyzing composition for their academic eading and writing skills.Motivation for the study: The research provides some factors comes from outside and inside the lecturers that make them have no motivation to do a research.Reasearch design, Approach, and Method: This study begins with the creation of a questionnaire instrument for lecturers randomly selected study program of 13 study programs available. The instrument is made in a set of questions that consists of three categories of questions. The first category is a question of personal condition lecturer, then questions relating to external encouragement, and the last category was largely on the encouragement. Of the 75 questionnaires were distributed a number of 68 respondents of the questionnaire returns. Descriptive analysis and comparison of literature review (review journal) done to sharpen the reasoning of the data collected.Main Findings: The main results of this research culminated with some opinions that can be used for further study: first, most of the lecturers are high productivity physical condition with age range between 24 to 39 years old, have little income less than or equal to 2 million dollars per month, and have experience of working on campus is more than two years. Second, extrinsic motivation among lecturers include: Research is the number of credit obligations to academic rank; Studies program, faculty, and the environment in which it provided the impetus for research performance is quite good, but has not been matched with a senior pioneering in the neighborhood; and financial satisfaction from the new research is felt by a few lecturers. Third, intrinsic motivation is as follows: Most of the lecturers do not yet have the expertise groove (Road Map) research, yet have a match between the courses of teaching with research materials, as well as supporting research have not felt for lectures his subject; The notion that research is an additional burden in addition to the burden of the family, teaching, and administrative opinion is not held by the lecturers; Ability to organize and plan the faculty research time has not been good; The willingness of faculty to engage students and concern for the environment scholarly ability Prodi is still not enough; In quantitative research methods, some professors feel no difficulty in analyzing the data. In fact, 10 of them felt good to have the ability to do so; Qualitative research skills mastered by the majority of the faculty; There is no clarity in the mastery of the ability to conduct research faculty mixture; Most of the lecturers feel difficulty in international publication owned research results, and is a barrier to separate the circles.Contribution/Value-add: In this study, the results of the study could give an idea of motivation among faculty researching interest in Madiun PGRI Teacher Training Institute, which in the future could be a reference for research programs and other programs.

Abstract

The objectives of entrepreneur apprenticeship education of the students of IKIP PGRI Madiun are: 1) to develop the students achievement in softskill/technology, work and entrepreneurship experience; 2) to motivate students to become entrepreneurs; 3) to enable students to get practical experience; and 4) to establish partnership between IKIP PGRI Madiun and PKPRI Madiun Municipality.Output targets of the apprenticeship are: 1) the participants obtain the skill for managing business, 2) 50% of the participants can arrange business plan, 3) the participants master marketting management, 4) it establishes the healthy partenership between IKIP PGRI Madiun and PKPRI Madiun Municipality.The specific success criterion shows that all 8 participants are able to arrange business plan. The indicator of apprenticeship success  can not be recently measured because of their being of part-timer business conduct. Keywords  :  softskill, entrepreneur, apprenticeship.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model with a scientific approach to improve higher order thinking skills. The type of research used in this study was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test group design. The study was conducted by using one control class and one experimental class. The study was conducted on vocational students with a sample of 64 students consisting of 32 students in experimental class and 32 students in control class. The essay test was used as an instrument for retrieving data. Descriptive analysis and t-test were used to do data analysis. The descriptive test results showed that the average score of HOTS in the control class and experimental class had increased. The results of the t-test showed that there was a significant difference in the score of the pre-test and the post-test in the experimental class, whereas the control class had no significant difference. The conclusion of the results of the study shows that there was a difference between the improvement of higher order thinking skills using conventional models and PBLS models. The PBLS model was able to improve students' Higher Order Thinking Skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kesadaran, administrasi perpajakan dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan WP hotel di Kota Madiun. Jenis Penelitian  menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian seluruh WP hotel di Kota Madiun dengan memakai teknik sampling  jenuh. Sumber penelitian menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data adalah statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesadaran, administrasi perpajakan dan sanksi pajak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan WP hotel Kota Madiun. Dimana sanksi pajak merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh karena memberikan peringatan dan teguran secara administrasi ataupun pidana dengan memberikan efek jera untuk memenuhi kewajibannya sebagai WP.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze internal control efforts in the payroll and wage accounting information system carried out by the company in the area. The method used is a qualitative approach using interviews and documentation relating to payroll and wages for company employees in the area. The results show that the accounting information system used for employee payroll and wages is following the procedure and can be said to be effective because of the flow diagram and overtime process which are not by the SOP. Internal control carried out on companies in Madiun has not been effective because there are multiple tasks and a lack of employee monitoring.

Abstract

Tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21 bahwa siswa yang harus memilikikecakapan berpikir dan belajar (thinking and learning skills), yangmeliputi kecakapan memecahkan masalah (problem solving), berpikirkritis (critical thinking), kolaborasi, dan kecakapan berkomunikasi. Guruharus mampu mengembangkan rencana pembelajaran yang berisikegiatan-kegiatan yang menantang peserta didik untuk berpikir kritisdalam memecahkan masalah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran problem solving berbasis HOTS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rancangan penelitian model Hopkins yang diawali dengan tindakan pendahuluan kemudian dilanjutkan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 di SMAN 5 Madiuntahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dataperangkat berupa instrumen telaah RPP, instrumen telaah prosespembelajaran, instrumen telaah sistem penilaian, serta tes kemampuanberpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran problem solving berbasis HOTS dengan strategi dan metodepembelajaran yang bervariasi dalam proses belajar mengajar dapatmeningkatkan ketrampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Penggunaan berbagaisumber informasi dalam pembelajaran seperti internet, lingkungan, danbuku dengan peran guru sebagai fasilitator mampu mampu meningkatkanketerampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out internal and external factors as well as an understanding of basic accounting and English vocabulary which is why students have difficulty learning MYOB. This research was conducted in the Accounting Education Department at one of the Universities in Madiun in 2019 using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed (1) internal factors include: intelligence factors, interests, talents, maturity, spiritual fatigue, concentration of learning, exploring learning outcomes and learning habits, (2) external factors include: discipline, time to study, mass media, friends, (3) lack of understanding of basic accounting, (4) lack of understanding of English vocabulary causes accounting education students to have difficulty learning MYOB.Keywords : Learning Difficulties, MYOB Accounting, Understanding MYOB, Accounting Education Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal serta pemahaman akuntansi dasar dan kosakata bahasa Inggris yang menjadi penyebab mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan belajar MYOB. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi pendidikan Akuntansi pada salah satu Universitas di Madiun pada tahun 2019 menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) faktor internal meliputi: faktor intelegensi, minat, bakat, kematangan, kelelahan rohani, konsentrasi belajar, menggali hasil belajar dan kebiasaan belajar, (2) faktor eksternal meliputi: disiplin, waktu belajar, mass media, teman bergaul, (3) kurangnya pemahaman akuntansi dasar, (4) kurangnya pemahaman kosakata bahasa Inggris menyebabkan mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi mengalami kesulitan belajar MYOB.Kata Kunci: Kesulitan Belajar; MYOB Accounting; Pemahaman MYOB; Pendidikan Akuntansi

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagi hasil berkearifan lokal antara penarik becak dengan penjual bakpia pathok. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipan dan wawancara terbuka mendalam. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil menunjukkan bagi hasil yang terjadi antara penarik becak dan Bakpia Pathok tidak hanya sekedar kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan akan tetapi dilandasi dengan ikatan sosial yaitu kedermawanan pemilik Bakpia Pathok YY. Tema yang dapat diangkat dari hasil penelitian yaitu pemilik dermawan “nomer satu”, bekerja ala becak paguyuban, bekerja ala becak liar, paguyuban, dan bagi hasil ala Bakpia Pathok YY. Abstract study aims to analize the profit sharing of local wisdom between pedicab drivers and Bakpia Pathok YY. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods with ethnographic approaches. The technique data uses participant observation and in-depth interview. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of techniques and sources. The result show that the application of profit sharing that occurs between pedicab drivers and Bakpia Pathok YY is based on sosial ties namely the generosity of the owner Bakpia Pathok YY. The themes that can be raised from the result of study include generous owners ”number one”, working style of a pedicab comunity, working style of a wild pedicab, pedicab comunity, profit sharing style of Bakpia Pathok YY.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about the financial administration management practices of the West District Head Office, West District, Magetan Regency. This type of qualitative research is descriptive and data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The study resulted in the findings that the West Camat office in managing financial administration is in accordance with Permendagri No.64 of 2013 and the financial information compiled includes LRA; LO; balance sheet; LPE; and CaLK. The obstacles faced by the sub-district office are delays in the preparation and reporting of financial information, besides that the compilers of financial information at the West sub-district office are not from the accounting department. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui lebih jauh praktik pengelolaan administrasi keuangan Kantor Camat Barat Kecamatan Barat Kabupaten Magetan. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan data didapatkan dari interview, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa kantor Camat Barat dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan sudah sesuai Permendagri No.64 Tahun 2013 dan informasi finansial yang disusun meliputi LRA; LO; Neraca; LPE; dan CaLK. Hambatan yang dihadapi kantor camat adalah keterlambatan dalam penyusunan dan pelaporan informasi finansial, selain itu penyusun informasi finansial pada kantor Camat Barat bukan berasal dari jurusan akuntansi.
