Abstract

Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) has an increasing number of students every year, causing traffic jams. One way to overcome this problem is to know the characteristics of student movements in traveling, especially in choosing the mode of transportation to be used. This study aims to observe the characteristics of transportation users traveling to campus and to analyze a mode selection model.This research was conducted with data from observations, questionnaire results, literature review, and data processing using the SPSS program with the Stated Preference method and the binomial logit model. The attributes used are cost (X1), travel time (X2), service convenience (X3), safety and security (X4). The results of the survey data The characteristics of the respondents in this study were 68% of the respondents were female with the majority of the age range 21-23 years as much as 71%, more respondents traveled to campus in 20-40 minutes by 46%, the mode of transportation most often used to visit campus is a motorcycle, reaching 54%. Travel time is the factor that most influences the choice of mode of transportation. The reason for choosing a mode is that many respondents choose a mode of transportation based on the fare attribute for private transport, namely 72.1% and for public transportation, namely 27.9%. Based on the time attribute, the probability of students choosing private transportation is 71.2% and public transportation is 28.8%. Based on the convenience attribute, the probability of students choosing private transportation is 71.6% and public transportation is 28.4%. Based on safety and security attributes, the probability of students choosing private transportation is 74% and public transportation is 26%.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumenep sebagai salah satu kota dengan banyak potensi wisata memerlukan bandara dengan tingkat kenyamanan yang baik. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan analisis terkait pengembangan fasilitas Bandar Udara Trunojoyo yang berada di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pergerakan penumpang, kondisi eksisting dari bandar udara tersebut, dan upaya pengembangan fasilitas bandar udara yang mendukung kenyamanan dan keamanan di Bandar Udara Trunojoyo-Sumenep dengan menggunakan pedoman SNI 03-7046-2004 dan Federation Aviation Administration (FAA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas sisi darat dari Bandar Udara Trunojoyo masih memenuhi standar perhitungan analisis dari metode yang digunakan, sedangkan untuk fasilitas sisi memerlukan pengembangan di beberapa bagiannya yaitu 1.227 m untuk panjang landas-pacu (runway) dari 1.600 m dan 15 m untuk lebarnya dari 30 m, 8 m untuk lebar landas-hubung (taxiway) dari 15 m, serta 17 m untuk lebar landas-parkir (apron) dari 75 m. Pengembangan tersebut dapat memenuhi standar fasilitas yang sesuai dan dapat menunjang perkembangan Kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

Early marriage is carried out when a person is categorized as not yet an adult according to law no. 16 of 2019, the government has also regulated in law no 23 of 2004 some of the violence that occurs is physical, psychological, sexual violence and neglect in the household. The aim of this service activity is to provide information and knowledge on how to deal with the above problems with preventive action to the elderly teenagers in Pasindangan Village, Lebak Regency. This service activity was carried out at the Madrasah Aliyah Wasilatul Falah with 45 participants. The method in this service is socialization and discussion about preventing early marriage and sexual violence. The results of this activity received a positive response from the school because students gained knowledge and understanding of the impact and prevention of early marriage and sexual violence. Another prevention that can be done in the school environment is needed the teacher’s approach to students and the active role of the family and community, so that a generation of quality youth can be created, both in terms of education and social. So it can be concluded that there is a role significant increase in understanding of department roles and functions human resources to the audience.

Abstract

Abstract Roads are transportation infrastructure that have a very important influence on the social and economic deve-lopment of society. Therefore, roads must be maintained so that they do not get damaged quickly. Road damage can be caused by excessive traffic load, temperature, and poor road quality. Road pavement must be strong, durable, and resistant to plastic deformation. This research aims to determine the effect of adding water hya-cinth cellulose fiber on the performance of a type of asphalt mixtures, namely the Stone Matrix Asphalt, and to determine the optimum water hyacinth fiber content that can be added to the asphalt mixture. This study shows that a water hyacinth fiber content of 0.3% is the best water hyacinth fiber content that can be used in Stone Matrix Asphalt mixtures made with an Optimal Asphalt Content of 6.75%. Keywords: road pavement; water hyacinth cellulose fiber; asphalt mixtures; Stone Matrix Asphalt Abstrak Jalan merupakan suatu prasarana transportasi yang mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat penting dalam pem-bangunan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Karena itu, jalan harus dipelihara agar tidak cepat rusak. Kerusakan jalan dapat disebabkan oleh beban lalu lintas yang berlebihan, temperatur, dan kualitas jalan yang buruk. Perke-rasan jalan harus kuat, tahan lama, dan tahan terhadap deformasi plastis yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh penambahan serat selulosa eceng gondok terhadap kinerja campuran beraspal jenis Stone Matrix Asphalt dan menentukan nilai kadar optimum serat eceng gondok yang dapat ditambahkan pada cam-puran beraspal tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar serat eceng gondok 0,3% merupakan kadar serat eceng gondok terbaik yang dapat digunakan pada campuran Stone Matrix Asphalt yang dibuat dengan Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 6,75%. Abstract

Roads are the primary means of transportation that are essential to support mobility and the distribution of goods and people. As urbanization develops, the increasing vehicle load results in road damage. To address this issue, one potential solution is to modify asphalt using polymer materials such as natural rubber with vulcanized latex. Vulcanized latex, an Indonesian local product, can be used as an additive in asphalt mixtures; however, its use as a main substitute is still limited and primarily supported by empirical and mechanical testing.. The results indicate that mixtures with 7% and 9% vulcanized latex show adequate resistance to soaking, with stability values meeting standards. The inclusion of vulcanized latex at these levels makes the asphalt harder and less elastic, leading to faster fatigue failure, although still within acceptable limits. The use of this material can enhance water resistance but has a negative impact on fatigue life. Therefore, field application must consider a balance between these two aspects to ensure the material's performance remains optimal.

Abstract

Abstract Exhaust emissions from the transportation sector are one of the largest contributors to air pollution in large cities. This study was conducted to determine the amount of exhaust emissions from motor vehicles on 2 urban roads in Serang City, Banten Province. The two roads are Jalan Ahmad Yani and Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Observations were conducted on Monday, 12 December 2022 and Friday, 16 December 2022. Total motor vehicle emissions passing through the two observed roads were calculated using the calculation method contained in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Guidelines 2006, using a Tier-1 approach. Based on the analysis, this study indicates that total emissions from motor vehicles on Monday, 12 December 2022, were 22,956.483 kg/day, and on Friday, 16 December 2022, were 22,157.587 kg/day. Keywords: exhaust emissions; transportation sector; motor vehicles; urban roads Abstrak Emisi gas buang yang berasal dari sektor transportasi merupakan salah satu penyumbang terbesar polusi udara di kota-kota besar. Studi ini dilakukan untuk menentukan jumlah emisi gas buang yang berasal dari kendaraan bermotor di 2 ruas jalan perkotaan yang terdapat di Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Kedua ruas jalan tersebut adalah Jalan Ahmad Yani dan Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 2 hari, yaitu Hari Senin 12 Desember 2022 dan Hari Jumat 16 Desember 2022. Total emisi kendaraan bermotor yang melalui kedua ruas jalan yang diamati dihitung dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan yang terdapat pada Intergovern-mental Panel on Climate Change Guidelines 2006, dengan pendekatan Tier-1. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah emisi total yang berasal dari kendaraan bermotor pada Hari Senin 12 Desember 2022 adalah 22.956,483 kg/hari, dan jumlah emisi total pada hari Jumat 16 Desember 2022 adalah 22.157,587 kg/hari.
