Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peranan persepsi risiko persepsi risiko kecelakaan terhadap kepatuhan berlalu lintas pada siswa SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat peranan persepsi risiko kecelakan terhadap kepatuhan berlalu lintas pada siswa SMAN 3 Banjarmasin. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepatuhan berlalu lintas dan persepsi risiko kecelakaan. Skala ini menggunakan skala model likert dan analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peranan persepsi risiko kecelakaan terhadap kepatuhan berlalu lintas sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung > t table (6.768 > 2.048) dengn taraf signifikansi 0.000 (<0.05). Artinya ada peranan positif antara persepsi risiko kecelakaan terhadap kepatuhan berlalu lintas. Semakin tinggi tingkat persepsi risiko kecelakaan, maka semakin tinggi kepatuhan berlalu lintas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut sumbangan efektif peranan persepsi risiko kecelakaan terhadap kepatuhan berlalu lintas sebesar 61.2%, sedangkan 38.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in Indonesia has transformed various sectors, including the financial sector. As the country transitions toward a cashless society, it is crucial to strengthen financial literacy, especially among adolescents. This community service activity aimed to increase the understanding and awareness of digital financial literacy among students of MA Darul Huda through a participatory educational program. The method involved structured stages, including preparation, material presentation, digital wallet usage simulation, and interactive discussion. The results showed high enthusiasm from participants, who actively engaged in discussions and demonstrated improved understanding of digital financial services and potential risks. Although no pre- or post-test was conducted, qualitative evaluation revealed a positive impact through verbal feedback, teacher responses, and student involvement. This program is expected to contribute to building a generation that is financially responsible and aware of digital transaction risks, particularly within Islamic educational environments.

Abstract

The influence of storage room conditions can cause the quality of post-harvest fruit to decline, so monitoring is necessary. Monitoring is carried out using a data acquisition system designed to measure the temperature, oxygen, and carbon dioxide in the refrigerator storage room automatically. System design is divided into two stages, namely hardware design and software design. The hardware is composed of a sensor unit, a data processing unit (Arduino Mega 2560), and a display unit. On the other hand, the software uses the Arduino IDE. The test results of temperature (DS18B20), oxygen (Figaro KE-25), and carbon dioxide (MH-Z14a) from the system obtained an accuracy value of 98.29% with an error of 1.71%; 98.57% with an error of 1.43%, and 94.58% with an error of 5.42%. The device can display real-time measurement data output to 20x4 LCD with IIC and save the data on a micro-SD card.

Abstract

The sophistication of technology and the demands of different times are important factors that have an influence on interactional activities in humans as social beings, including in the economic order. The development of the times has implications for economic activities and financial products that are utilized, in response to these developments present in the Islamic economic system that has been so developed today in the midst of the people's economy, namely Islamic banking. This study aims to describe the historical flow of Islamic banking. This research is a qualitative research with a type of literature research that uses a historical approach through descriptive analysis. Functionally viewed, actually islamic banking activities consisting of funding, financing and financial service activities have been carried out from the past on a classic basis and are individualized, then tracing up to now has become a modern and institutional basis that has relevance to the modernization and advancement of information technology . In addition, the development of Islamic banks today is inseparable from the role and struggle of Muslims who care about the application of Islamic economics.[Kecanggihan teknologi dan tuntutan zaman yang berbeda menjadi faktor penting yang membawa pengaruh terhadap aktivitas interaksional pada manusia sebagai makhluk sosial termasuk dalam tatanan perekonomian. Berkembangnya zaman ikut memberikan implikasi pada aktivitas ekonomi dan produk keuangan yang dimanfaatkan, sebagai respon dari perkembangan itu hadirlah dalam sistem ekonomi syariah yang telah begitu berkembang saat ini di tengah ekonomi masyarakat yakni perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan alur historis perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian literatur yang menggunakan pendekatan historis melalui analisis deskriptif. Dipandang secara fungsional maka sebenarnya aktivitas perbankan syariah yang terdiri dari aktivitas penghimpunan dana, pembiayaan  dan jasa keuangan telah dilaksanakan sejak dulu dengan basis klasik dan bersifat individual lalu meniti jejaknya hingga sekarang telah menjadi basis modern dan bersifat institusional yang memiliki relevansi dengan modernisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Selain itu pula berkembangnya bank syariah saat ini tidak lepas dari peran dan perjuangan umat Islam yang peduli terhadap penerapan ekonomi syariah.]

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Umum Putera ini merupakan implementasi dari salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yakni Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan agar para santri yang mengikuti kegiatan penyululuhan ini menyadari betapa pentingnya mempelajari hukum ekonomi syariah dalam merespon perkembangan zaman dengan ekonomi dan keuangan kontemporer yang begitu beragam. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah mengunjungi secara langsung ke lokasi PkM yaitu Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum Putera yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kertak Hanyar Kabupaten Banjar. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni para santri putera yang mengikuti penyuluhan dapat mengetahui dan memahami tentang pentingnya pengetahuan hukum ekonomi syariah yang sangat bermanfaat sebagai bekal mereka meresponnya baik menilai legalitas secara hukum maupun mengambil sikap terhadap ekonomi dan keuangan kontemporer yang beragam dan terus berkembang. Ilmu yang didapatkan pada PkM kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat belajar bagi para santri dan semangat juga bagi para dosen untuk menyebarluaskan ilmu yang bermanfaat kepada masyarakat luas.

Abstract

The empowerment of Zero Waste Maritime Village Caring for the Marine Environment Based on Creative Economy was organized by the PPK Ormawa HMG Team, Lambung Mangkurat University through education, training, and mentoring methods to the people of Wirittasi Village. With this program, it is hoped that the community can realize the potential of waste in Wirittasi Village. The results of the activity show that the community already has knowledge and skills in managing waste in Wirittasi Village, through waste sorting activities and the 3R Movement which has been held as one of the community empowerment media by the Ormawa HMG PPK TEAM. The establishment of waste banks in partner villages is one of the targets pursued by the Ormawa HMG PPK TEAM so that village communities have a place to be able to manage their waste for sale to provide environmental and economic benefits for the community. If continued, this program will improve the economic opinion of the community through waste management activities by the community. To maintain the sustainability of the program, it is necessary to implement further programs, and the participation of village and local governments as facilitators for this community empowerment activity is needed.

Abstract

Islamic Financial Institutions are financial institutions whose operations are based on Sharia principles or Islamic legal rules in the financial transactions that are carried out. Closely to conventional financial institutions, fines for late payment of installments by customers are also applied by Islamic financial institutions whose legality refers to the DSN-MUI fatwa on sanctions against capable customers who delay payments. The issue of fines eventually creates problems and debates on its legality and relevance to sharia principles. This research aimed to compare sharia business law opinions on issues of fines for late installment payments at Islamic financial institutions. The research method employed was normative legal research with a comparative approach. The research results revealed the difference of opinions on the existence and legal status of these fines in Islamic financial institutions. Leastwise, there are two legal opinions: (1) it is permissible on condition that fines are only given to capable customers who delay payments (under specific criteria, not absolute permissibility) and that fines must be designated as social funds. Meanwhile, (2) disapproving opinion to assume that this fine is similar to usury; hence, it is forbidden.

Abstract

Kawasan Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung yang terletak di Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan memiliki kekayaan sumber daya kupu-kupu yang begitu beragam. Banyak jenis kupu-kupu endemik yang hanya bisa ditemukan di kawasan ini. Hal tersebut membuat wilayah Bantimurung menjadi spesial di mata Alfred Russel Wallace, seorang penjelajah dari Inggris hingga akhirnya memberikan julukan “The Kingdom of Butterfly”. Akan tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, beberapa jenis kupu-kupu di Bantimurung mengalami penurunan populasi dan hampir punah. Fenomena naik turunnya jumlah populasi kupu-kupu di TN Babul ini tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor. Salah satu faktor penyebab fenomena ini adalah perdagangan kupu-kupu. Pada saat ini aktivitas perdagangan kupu-kupu dalam masyarakat lokal TN Babul sudah mencapai generasi ketiga. Berkembangnya aktivitas penangkapan kupu-kupu dari generasi ke generasi menimbulkan eksploitasi berlebihan terhadap kupu-kupu yang ada di alam bebas TN Babul. Kupu-kupu sebagai sumber penghidupan masyarakat dapat terlihat dari kegiatan ekonomi yang terjadi di wilayah Bantimurung. Mulai dari penangkapan, penangkaran, hingga penjualan kupu-kupu. Penelitian memiliki fokus untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penangkapan kupu-kupu dapat memberikan pendapatan bagi masyarakat lokal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menjelaskan  hubungan antara masyarakat lokal dengan kupu-kupu sebagai mata pencaharian.

Abstract

The development of the times and the era of disruption with the influence of digitalization are so significant that digital technology has penetrated various sectors in today's modern era. One of them is the optimization of digital technology in the field of law in judicial practice. This paper aims to describe electronic trials and correlate them with the verses of the Koran regarding the principles of justice. The research method applied is normative legal research with a conceptual approach. Based on the studies conducted, the electronic trial that began to be widely practiced now has a juridical foundation, namely Perma No. 1 of 2019 concerning Case Administration and electronic trials. The procedure of the trial electronically is the same as the ordinary trial. The difference is in the media used. Meanwhile, the existence of electronic evidence in the framework of civil law is still debatable, whether it stands alone as evidence or is an extension of the meaning of written evidence. In its correlation with the qur'anic verse, it can be concluded that electronic justice containing the principles of justice, peace, avoiding access to bribes and illegal levies and providing convenience according to simple principles, fast and light costs have relevance to the values contained in the verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the position and authority of Sultan Adam al-Watsiq Billah (1826-1857) in the formation of the Law of Sultan Adam 1835 and to describe the political aspects of law in the formation of the Law of Sultan Adam 1835. The method used is normative legal research with statutory, political, and socio-historical approaches. The results are first, Sultan Adam has authority as King and a religious leader in establishing Islamic law as the positive law of the Banjar kingdom in Sultan adam law. Second, the legal-political aspect in Sultan Adam Law is found in the purpose of its formation as stated in the preamble of the sultan adam law Martapura version. They were named, perfecting religion and i'tikad; maintaining the harmony of the unity, and guidelines for judges in deciding a case during their reign so that the people become good. As King and qadhi (judge), Sultan Adam used the religious and political approach through Sultan Adam Law when his political power weakened under Dutch rule. He has successfully applied it to the character of the Banjar Society, which is thick with Islamic (tradition), which is more obedient to religious leaders than rulers. The Banjar people still apply some of the Sultan Adam Law provisions to this day.
