Abstract

Mustokoweni Market is a weekly market in the city of Yogyakarta. This market can survive after Covid-19, where several other similar markets stop permanently, even with little finance. Therefore, this study aims to find out how this market can survive through the perspective of social capital and see how it is managed, by using the qualitative method of case studies, pattern matchmaking analysis. Data is collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and archival records. Validity is tested by triangulation of sources, theories, and methods. The results of this study show that in the management of the Mustokoweni Market, the leaders adopt an autocratic leadership style, this can be seen in leaders who handle all managerial affairs alone. As for the social capital that appears in the Mustokoweni Market, the norms of transparency, cognitive networks, ability trust patterns, less visible reciprocity, and proactive attitudes appear in market leaders. Abstract

This study involved an examination of bibliographic information from Indonesia. Our approach centered on utilizing social network analysis to explore the co-authorship relationships among Indonesian authors, focused on the co-authorship network within the context of authors affiliated with Indonesian state universities known as "PTN-BH," which specialize in higher education and legal studies. To conduct our analysis, we gathered publication data from the Scopus database, spanning a time frame from 1948 to 2020. The primary methodology entailed constructing a graph composed of nodes and edges, representing the co-authorship connections among these authors. By employing the Louvain method, we were able to identify prominent communities within this graph. We carried out a comprehensive analysis at both macro and micro levels, involving measurement techniques tailored to these perspectives. Through this approach, we revealed and examined the collaboration patterns among authors associated with PTN-BH institutions, as illuminated by the co-authorship network analysis.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to enhance the awareness of internet security and ethics among high school students at SMA Negeri 2 Mranggen, Demak Regency, Central Java. The program utilized a structured methodology consisting of outreach, training, and evaluation stages conducted in a hands-on environment within the school's computer laboratory. The training covered key topics such as data security, phishing attacks, malware, and ethical internet use. The sessions were held in the school’s computer laboratory to provide hands-on experience. Each training session had a duration of 3×45 minutes, attended by 31 students, allowing comprehensive exploration of the material. Pre- and post-tests were administered to assess the effectiveness of the training. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students' knowledge, with average scores increasing from 49 in the pre-test to 72.67 in the post-test. A paired t-test analysis confirmed this improvement as statistically significant, with a T-statistic of -13.971 and a P-value of 2.07 × 10-14. The findings highlight the program's success in raising awareness and equipping students with the skills to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly. This initiative underscores the importance of educational programs in fostering internet literacy and security awareness among young users. To build on these findings, it is recommended that similar training sessions to be conducted regularly to reinforce the concepts learned. Additionally, a long-term plan is proposed as a form of sustainability of this community service program, namely by expanding the training targets not only to students but also to teachers, housewives and children who are already accustomed to gadgets.

Abstract

The concern for low-emission economic activities has made many countries electrify vehicles as a step to reduce CO2 emissions. The share of electric vehicle (EV) sales in the world continues to increase exponentially, accompanied by a decrease in the average price of EVs in the world. This is feared to threaten Indonesia's car exports, which are dominated by the internal combustion engine (ICE) type. This study aims to analyze the competitive advantage position of Indonesia's car exports as well as the factors affecting Indonesia's car exports in the country with the largest EV share. The research methods used are export products dynamics (EPD) analysis and unbalanced panel regression analysis. The independent variables used are Indonesia's car export prices, GDP per capita of destination countries, average EV prices of destination countries, revealed comparative advantages (RCA) values, and dummy free trade agreements (FTAs). The dependent variable used is the export value of Indonesia's cars with HS code 8703. The results of the study using EPD show that most of Indonesia's car exports in destination countries are in a less expected position, namely falling stars. The results of the regression analysis show that car export prices and EV prices in destination countries have a significant negative effect. GDP per capita and RCA have a significant positive effect, while FTA has no effect.
