Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem penerapan kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Babul Maghfirah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan program kedisiplinan di lingkungan sekolah sudah dilakukan dengan baik, program dimulai dengan perencanaan, pengelompokan, penerapan, pengawasan, evaluasi, hukuman, dan penghargaan. Upaya penanggulangan indisipliner siswa dilakukan melalui: bimbingan, tanggung jawab terhadap perbuatan, modifikasi lingkungan, dan pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi pengelola SMA Babul Magfirah dalam membimbing kedisiplinan siswa baik kendala internal dan eksternal, secara umum kendala yang dihadapi yaitu: kekurangan guru bimbingan dan ruangan untuk bimbingan, kurang konsisten dalam menjalankan program kedisiplinan, sikap tidak terbuka terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh siswa yang menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran, kesadaran orang tua untuk membimbing siswa, serta kurangnya melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah.Adapun bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran kedisiplinan yang sering dilakukan siswa, yaitu: terlambat datang ke sekolah, terlambat masuk kelas, tidak memperhatikan ke papan tulis, mencoret-coret dinding, berteriak di kelas, memukul meja, tidak mengerjakan PR, membawa HP, berkelahi, dan merokok.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To determine the influence of the school principal's democratic leadership style on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Primary School Teachers in West Aceh Regency, (2) To determine the influence of school culture on the work commitment of Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Aceh Regency. West, (3) To determine the influence of work motivation on the work commitment of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers in Samatiga in West Aceh Regency, and (4) To determine the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation on the work motivation of Core 1 Elementary School Teachers of Samatiga. in West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, a population of 75 people, a sample of 75 people, a simple random sampling technique using Sugiyono's sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire and multiple linear regression data processing techniques. The research findings were partially obtained, (1) the principal's democratic leadership style did not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.072 or 7.2% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produced a calculated T value of 1.828 which was smaller than the T value table 1,993. This shows that the principal's democratic leadership style variable has no effect on teacher work commitment. (2) School culture does not have a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.365 or 36.5% (in percentage). Hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 0.912 which is smaller than the T table value of 1.993. (3) work motivation has a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a coefficient of 0.009 or 0.9% (in percentage), hypothesis testing produces a calculated T value of 2.706 which is greater than the T table value of 1.993. Meanwhile, simultaneously it was found that the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation had a positive influence on teacher work commitment with a constant value of 25,658. The findings in this research have practical implications, namely the principal's democratic leadership style, school culture and work motivation have implications for the work commitment of Samatiga Primary 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency. Advice to all school principals is that the implementation of the principal's democratic leadership style should be given more attention and carried out with full responsibility, and the output is the realization of the work commitment of the Samatiga Core 1 Elementary School teachers in West Aceh Regency, in this way the teacher's work commitment will increase and be maximized. Motivation The work of a teacher must also be owned and maintained by every teacher, and school culture also needs to be preserved and implemented with a full sense of responsibility, so that it is hoped that it can form a disciplined teacher personality. so that the school's vision and mission targets can be easily achieved, and have an impact on improving the quality of education nationally.

Abstract

Rajinawati, Class management in improving student discipline at West Aceh District Public Elementary Schools. The aims of this research are 1) To find out the types of classroom management applied in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency 2) To find out how classroom management is applied in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in Cluster 1 Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. 3). To find out what obstacles schools face in implementing classroom management in improving student discipline in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, State Elementary School in Cluster 1, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research is State Elementary Schools (SDN) in cluster 1, Aceh Regency District. The number of subjects in this research was 20 people consisting of class III teachers, school principals, and school supervisors and school committee members. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the data analysis concluded that the types of classroom management applied in improving student discipline at West Aceh Regency State Elementary Schools can generally be summarized into 4 (four) stages, namely the types of management planning, organization, actuating controlling. Specifically, the types of management referred to include time/discipline management, administrative management, management management, student management, collaborative management with parents/guardians, school committees, school residents and supervisory management. The implementation of classroom management in improving student discipline at State Elementary Schools in SDN Cluster 1 Meureubo District has been running according to the condition of the available facilities and infrastructure. The application of classroom management in improving students' learning discipline, namely entering class on time, doing assignments and collecting assignments given by the teacher on time, bringing notebooks according to the subject (schedule), and not talking to friends during lessons. If you look at the existing class management, the management at SDN Cluster 1 Meureubo District is quite optimal and quite good. Obstacles faced by schools in implementing classroom management to improve student discipline include violations of school rules, lack of student discipline, limited learning facilities, limited teacher resources who have not received training related to classroom management and other obstacles such as lack of parent participation in learning. children are still limited to discharging their responsibilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Pengaruh Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat, (2) Pengaruh Kedisiplinan guru terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat, (3) Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat, dan (4) Pengaruh Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, Kedisiplinan guru dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SD di Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi 92 orang, subjek 92 orang, teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan teori penarikan sampel Sugiyono, teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner skala likert dan teknik pengolahan data regresi linier berganda. Temuan peneliti secara parsial diperoleh, (1) Melalui analisis regresi yang telah peneliti dilakukan diketahui bahwa manajerial kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien sebesar 0,003 atau 0,3% (dalam persentase). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai T hitung sebesar 2,673 lebih besar dari nilai T tabel 1,987. (2) Melalui analisis regresi linier yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa disiplin memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien sebesar 0,042 atau 4,2% (dalam persentase). Besaran koefisien ini paling tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan koefisien lainnya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai T hitung sebesar 3,955 lebih besar dari nilai T tabel 1,987. (3) Melalui analisis regresi yang telah peneliti dilakukan diketahui bahwa motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien sebesar 0,016 atau 1,6% (dalam persentase). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai T hitung sebesar 2,531 lebih besar dari nilai T tabel 1,987. (4) Melalui analisis regresi yang sudah peneliti lakukan diketahui bahwa manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai constant sebesar 84.019. Adapun pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 67,558 dan f tabel adalah 2,708. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis X1, X2 dan X3 terhadap Y yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan di terima, artinya manajerial kepala sekolah, disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of character education strengthening programs and the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of religious culture to support the project of strengthening the Pancasila student profile (P5) at SMP Negeri 2 Takengon. This qualitative research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Takengon. This research is qualitative, holistic, and descriptive in terms of words and language in a special, natural context, and it utilizes various natural methods. This research will be conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Takengon. The data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation review. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data modeling, and conclusion verification. The results of this study are the school's efforts to strengthen character education through the application of religious culture to support the P5 project at SMP Negeri 2 Takengon Forms of strengthening character education through the application of religious culture to support the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) at SMP Negeri 2 Takengon including morning greeting activities, tahsin and tahfidz activities, women's activities/rohis, speech activities, literacy, Yasinan and Friday alms and activities to commemorate Islamic holidays. These activities have been proven to strengthen students' character and can support the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The supporting factors so that these activities can be carried out properly and continuously to strengthen the character of students are the principal's commitment and support from the teacher council, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and good management. The students' enthusiasm in participating in various religious and cultural activities. The factors that hinder the strengthening of students' character through religious culture to support the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students are the family or community environment, peers, the presence of activity coaches, and the lack of mastery of reading the Quran.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the character that is built in the implementation of mukemel culture. The research setting was carried out at State Elementary School 04 Jagong Jeget, State Elementary School 06 Jagong Jeget and State Elementary School 16 Pegasing, Central Aceh Regency. The reason for choosing the research location was because the school had implemented mukemel culture as a school culture in building student character. The informants in this research were key informants, namely the school principal, teachers and students. The technique for taking informants uses the snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the types of character built in the application of mukemel culture are religious, responsible, peace-loving, honest, creative, democratic, hard working, disciplined. The cultural system of the Gayo community basically contains knowledge, beliefs, values, religion, norms, rules and laws which become a reference for students in behaving through the application of regional culture in the school environment.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the important ways to succedd. Dayah Integrated Jami'ah Azzanjabil alumni bind their students with strong discipline to achieve success. Many students violate Dayah's rules, even though it has implemented the rules and even gives rewards to students who excel and punishment to students who violate student discipline. This is the background of the problem that motivates researchers to conduct this topic. It aims to determine the mechanisms and obstacles to enforcing student discipline regarding the provision of rewards and punishments at Dayah Terpadu Jami'ah Azzanjabil. It employed qualitative research. This research wa conducted at Dayah Terpadu Jami'ah Azzanjabil, located in Buket Teukueh Village, Kota Juang District, Bireun Regency, Aceh Province. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research was the descriptive data analysis method. It included the preparation stage, data grouping stage, and conclusion. It is found that the mechanism for enforcing student discipline regarding the provision of rewards and punishment in Dayah Terpadu Jami'ah Azzanjabil is, Firstly, by implementing discipline by starting with force until the students get used to carrying out the discipline until they finally enjoy the existing discipline. Second, Form the Dayah Azzanjabil Santri Organization (OSDA) administrators and guide them in preparing programs to help carry out discipline in the Integrated Dayah Jami'ah Azzanjabil with the help of their monitoring. The conclusion of this research is to apply discipline by starting with force until the students get used to carrying out the discipline until they finally enjoy the existing discipline, forming administrators of the Dayah Azzanjabil Santri Organization (OSDA), enforcing disciplines such as worship, time, study, practice, cleanliness, and kindness.

Abstract

The research aims to conduct an empirical study analysis of school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction on their influence on teacher performance. Survey research of 89 elementary school teachers in Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with problem analysis using a statistical multiple regression analysis approach. Descriptive research results show: (1) teachers' perceptions of the condition of school culture that they feel and implement are good with an achievement level of 87.34%.  Also, the principal's Servant Leadership factor is generally good, and the teacher's job satisfaction achievement level is 86.49%. (2) school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction provide a positive influence in improving teacher performance, with their respective influence values ​​through the regression model: Y = 29.291 + 0.466 X1 + 0.274 X2 + 0.379 X3.  (3) it is proven that school culture factors, the principal's servant leadership and job satisfaction together make a significant contribution to teacher performance, with an amount of 74.2%.

Abstract

Dayah educational institutions have been popular in Aceh since the Sultanate of Iskandar Muda because of their ability to pass high-quality Muslim scholars. This is due to his ability to apply the fanatic attitude of the leadership to the quality of the curriculum in Aceh. Despite the many emerging modern teaching approaches in advancing formal educational institutions, Fanaticism in this context has provided high enthusiasm for students and the community in studying Islamic religious knowledge within the scope of the Acehnese Salafi Dayah. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the forces of fanaticism led by dayah and investigate the effectiveness of the quality of the dayah curriculum in Aceh. This research is classied as qualitative descriptive. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is obtained from interviews with Dayah Leaders, Wadir, and teachers at Dayah MUDI Bireuen, Aceh, observing the implementation of fanaticism-based learning and reviewing supporting documents. The analysis is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research reveal that, First, fanaticism in learning in the Dayah has inherited the charismatic Muslim scientists/Ulama in Aceh. Second, the collaboration between passionate leadership in the Dayah and the quality of the curriculum has helped develop the students' competence. Third, the support of Dayah teachers and Dayah alumni rabithah has increased public trust.

Abstract

Abstract: This study explored the management of collaborative culture in special schools to improve the performance of teachers with different educational backgrounds. This is field research with a qualitative approach. Research informants are based on the strategic role of the research subjects in the phenomenon of collaboration in schools. The study employs observation, interviews, and documentation review for data collection, followed by data condensation, display/presentation, verification, and conclusion, with data validity ensured through triangulation and member check. The study found that collaborative school culture management can improve teacher performance at Special School in multiple stages, including First, planning is accomplished by developing the vision, mission, and school plans. Second, the principal delegated tasks to the development team, which included school residents. Third, implementation involves active engagement, skill development, and the establishment of a collaborative atmosphere for all school residents, as well as cross-subject work teams and coaching. Fourth, the principal conducts independent evaluations and directs development in yearly, monthly, and weekly routine meetings. Fifth, supporting aspects include visionary leadership, open communication, and mutual respect. The impending issues include a lack of ideal stakeholder cooperation, instructors' apathy toward collaboration, and insufficient community/parent participation Keyword: Collaborative School Culture Management; Teacher Performance; Special School (SLB). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengelolaan budaya kolaborasi di sekolah luar biasa (SLB) untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian didasarkan pada peran strategis dari subjek penelitian fenomena kolaborasi di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui kondensi data, display/penyajian, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi data, trianggulasi sumber, member check, perpanjangan waktu pengamatan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengelolaan budaya sekolah kolaboratif dalam peningkatan kinerja guru SLB Tanah Luas Aceh utara melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: Pertama, perencanaan dilakukan dengan penyusunan visi, misi dan perencanaan sekolah. Kedua, kepala sekolah mendelegasikan tugas (job description) kepada tim pengembangan yang terdiri dari guru, staf, komite, dan pengawas. Ketiga, pelaksanaan melalui kolaborasi aktif, pembinaan keterampilan, dan penciptaan lingkungan kolaborasi semua warga sekolah, tim kerja lintas-mata pelajaran dan coaching. Keempat, kepala sekolah melakukan evalusi mandiri secara langsung dan fokus pengembangan melalui rapat rutin tahunan, bulanan dan mingguan. Kelima, Faktor pendukung gaya kepemimpinan visioner, komunikasi terbuka, sikap saling menghargai. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu belum optimalnya kerjasama stakeholder, guru bersikap apatis terhadap kolaboratif, partisipasi masyarakat/orang tua belum maksimal. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Budaya Sekolah Kolaboratif; Kinerja Guru; Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB).
