Abstract

This study examines cyberbullying prevention in schools through a local wisdom approach using qualitative, phenomenological field research. The findings reveal three key aspects: first, local wisdom values are applied through integration into the hidden curriculum, religious activities such as Yasin recitation and Qur’an programs, character-building initiatives, extracurriculars, and school partnerships with religious institutions. An anti-bullying team comprising students, religious teachers, counselors, and other staff also plays a vital role. Second, social skills fostered to prevent cyberbullying include empathy, self-control, cooperation, effective communication, and digital literacy. Third, the local wisdom approach positively impacts students by enhancing their awareness and understanding of cyberbullying, strengthening cultural identity, improving digital literacy, and promoting psychological well-being. These efforts highlight the effectiveness of integrating cultural and religious values to create a holistic strategy for addressing cyberbullying in educational environments. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji pencegahan cyberbullying di sekolah melalui pendekatan kearifan lokal dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan kualitatif fenomenologis. Temuan penelitian mengungkap tiga aspek kunci: pertama, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal diterapkan melalui integrasi ke dalam kurikulum tersembunyi, kegiatan keagamaan seperti pembacaan Yasin dan program Al-Qur'an, inisiatif pembangunan karakter, ekstrakurikuler, dan kemitraan sekolah dengan lembaga keagamaan. Tim anti perundungan yang terdiri dari siswa, guru agama, konselor, dan staf lainnya juga memainkan peran penting. Kedua, keterampilan sosial yang dibina untuk mencegah cyberbullying meliputi empati, pengendalian diri, kerja sama, komunikasi yang efektif, dan literasi digital. Ketiga, pendekatan kearifan lokal berdampak positif pada siswa dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mereka tentang cyberbullying, memperkuat identitas budaya, meningkatkan literasi digital, dan mempromosikan kesejahteraan psikologis. Upaya-upaya ini menyoroti efektivitas integrasi nilai-nilai budaya dan agama untuk menciptakan strategi holistik untuk mengatasi cyberbullying di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to: 1) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between self-efficacy on Job Satisfaction, 2) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between Self-Efficacy on teacher work motivation, 3) Analyze the direct influence of the variable between Self-Efficacy on teacher performance through satisfaction work, 4) Analyzing the direct influence between variables between Self-Efficacy on teacher performance through work motivation, 5) Analyzing the direct influence between variables between self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and motivation simultaneous work on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the population of this study was 180 and the sample for this study used the Slovin formula with a sample of 124 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and using the product moment formula. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SPSS for Windows 24. The results of this research show that there is an associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. This means that there is a positive direct influence between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. The direct influence between exogenous variables and endogenous variables can produce a model of SDIT Teacher Performance in Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province which is influenced directly and indirectly.

Abstract

This research aims: a) To describe school culture management planning to improve student character which is integrated into learning planning at SMKN 1 Kutacane. b) To find out the implementation of student character education. c) To find out about the supervision of character education at SMKN 1 Kutacane. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources in this research are primary data, namely the Principal, Deputy Principal, Subject Teachers, Guidance and Guidance Teachers, Extracurricular Advisors, Students and Administrative Staff. The techniques used in collecting data were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Research results: (1) The school principal formed a work team consisting of the Curriculum, Student Affairs, Religion Teachers and student coaches to create a character education plan. (2) Implementation is carried out in the classroom by integrating it into the subject under the guidance of the teacher and homeroom teacher. Implementation outside the classroom with student guidance and extracurricular coaches. (3) Supervision in class, making direct observations in the school environment. The evaluation is delivered at the end of the semester meeting, to determine the success of character education that has been implemented including: student character, facilities and infrastructure and financing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of extracurricular activities in improving the quality of schools at the SMP level in Bireuen Regency. The approach to this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the planning of extracurricular activities initiated by the UPTD SMP Negeri Bireuen Regency has been implemented well with planning indicators carried out according to targets and objectives. The schedule, time, teacher supervisor and budget/cost of extracurricular activities are also systematically arranged according to the objectives of the extracurricular activity work program. In the organizational process at the UPTD SMP Negeri Bireuen Regency, several components are involved in the management of the extracurricular organizational structure which function to facilitate each division of tasks and train the responsibility of each member. The parties involved in the organizational process at the UPTD SMP Negeri Bireuen Regency are several people, namely the Principal, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, As for the implementation of extracurricular activities, it is held by the vice principal for student affairs under the supervision of the principal. The infrastructure to support the activities is complete and adequate so that in implementing it there are almost no obstacles. For supervisors, this can be in the form of evaluations carried out by various institutions, supervision of extracurricular activities at the UPTD SMP Negeri Bireuen Regency is carried out continuously and sustainably. Every week the supervising teacher submits a report to the extracurricular coordinator.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze national commitment, tolerance, non-violence and accommodating local culture in the organizational culture of MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach carried out at MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show (1) national commitment is implemented through respecting diversity, mutual cooperation, concern for the nation and national pride, (2) tolerance is implemented through respecting differences in religious beliefs and practices, an open attitude towards inter-religious dialogue, avoiding religion-based discrimination, and building solidarity in diversity, (3) non-violence implemented by peaceful conflict resolution, respect for human rights (HAM), controlling emotions and assertive attitudes, and peace education, and (4) accommodating local culture implemented by respecting local traditions and customs , integration of religious and cultural values local, maintenance and preservation of positive traditions, tolerance for cultural diversity, and intercultural and religious dialogue.

Abstract

The research aims to conduct an empirical study analysis of school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction on their influence on teacher performance. Survey research of 89 elementary school teachers in Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The research was carried out descriptively associative, with problem analysis using a statistical multiple regression analysis approach. Descriptive research results show: (1) teachers' perceptions of the condition of school culture that they feel and implement are good with an achievement level of 87.34%.  Also, the principal's Servant Leadership factor is generally good, and the teacher's job satisfaction achievement level is 86.49%. (2) school culture, Servant Leadership and job satisfaction provide a positive influence in improving teacher performance, with their respective influence values ​​through the regression model: Y = 29.291 + 0.466 X1 + 0.274 X2 + 0.379 X3.  (3) it is proven that school culture factors, the principal's servant leadership and job satisfaction together make a significant contribution to teacher performance, with an amount of 74.2%.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved from the implementation of this research activity are to analyze the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Aceh Regency and to analyze the leadership strategy of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in improving employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Central Aceh Regency. This study uses a Qualitative approach with a case study approach implemented at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Central Aceh Regency. The subjects of this study were the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Central Aceh, Head of the TU Kemenag Sub-Division, Kasi and representatives of Employees/Staff. There are three data collection techniques used in this study, namely Observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques through triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study show: (1) Employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Central Aceh based on the Employee Performance assessment which includes service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation is good, but there are still criteria among these elements that require special attention, namely employee commitment and discipline in working. (2) Leadership strategies to improve employee performance at the Aceh Tengah District Ministry of Religion Office are by establishing good communication and cooperation with employees, controlling employee performance, providing motivation and approaches to employees, conducting evaluations, providing training and development, and providing rewards and punishments to employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis supervisi akademik pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar Kabupaten Bireuen. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 11 orang guru yang diambil secara acak pada UPTD SD Negeri 1 Makmur, UPTD SD Negeri 2 Makmur, dan UPTD SD Negeri 4 Makmur. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan kepala sekolah di sekolah dasar Kabupaten Bireuen disusun secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Program tersebut dilaksanakan setiap semester dan disusun dalam bentuk raport. Sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah harus menyiapkan instrumen penilaian, pedoman penskoran, melakukan penjadwalan supervisi, sosialisasi kepada guru mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi, melakukan supervisi akademik, mengadakan refleksi dan evaluasi pembelajaran serta menganalisis hasil dari penskoran. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik meliputi beberapa tahap, yakni a) tahap perencanaan awal; menyusun program supervisi akademik, menyusun instrumen penilaian supervisi akademik, menyusun jadwal supervisi, dan melakukan sosialisasi pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, b) tahap pelaksanaan observasi; kepala sekolah melakukan observasi di kelas dengan membawa instrumen yang telah disiapkan, c) tahap evaluasi supervisi akademik. Hasil evaluasi supervisi akademik melalui kegiatan pengamatan dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah diperoleh hasil mayoritas guru sudah melampaui kriteria nilai standar yang ditentukan. Dari hasil tersebut guru yang sudah melampaui kriteria tergolong kategori aman. Akan tetapi tidak dipungkiri ada beberapa guru yang membutuhkan bimibingan sehingga diprogramkan melaksanakan kegiatan guru belajar secara khusus seperti diikutkan pelatihan, workshop, magang, studi banding, dan lainnya. Hal ini guna meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru agar mampu mengupgrade kemampuan diri

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Find out the principal's strategy in formulating the development of school policies that care and have an environmental culture to implement a go green-based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh, (2) Find out the principal's strategy in developing an environmentally based curriculum to implement go green based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh West Aceh, (3) Knowing the principal's strategy in developing participatory based activities to implement a go green based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh and (4) Knowing the school principal's strategy in developing and managing school support facilities to implement a go green-based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh. This research uses qualitative methods. The research findings were obtained (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe, through the preparation of RPPs and syllabi based on the independent curriculum, provides a strong foundation for more structured and relevant learning, which directly supports teacher performance in managing classes and delivering materials effectively and inclusive learning that is relevant to students' needs (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development carried out by principals, deputy principals and teachers at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe really supports performance improvement Teacher. Through innovation in learning methods, personal approaches to students, as well as ongoing supervision and training, they are able to create an effective learning environment, which ultimately has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning in the school as well as improving teacher performance (3) Evaluation of the development of pedagogical competence in Kaway XVI District Elementary School, West Aceh has been implemented well, although assessment techniques need to be more varied. Training related to assessment has been carried out, but there needs to be further improvement in facilities and assistance that supports teacher performance in designing teaching that is more effective and responsive to student development, (4) Follow-up to the development of pedagogical competence at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe involves collaborative learning, intensive mentoring, and the use of technology in project- based assessments. Teachers at both schools routinely analyze assessment results to determine student potential, although most do not involve much student input in learning reflection. Remedial is one of the follow-up actions carried out by teachers to improve the quality of teaching, teacher performance and help students who are having difficulties..

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the teacher performance management methodology based on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform at State Elementary School Blang Cut, Mila Subdistrict, Pidie Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology to thoroughly examine the application of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform throughout the teacher performance management cycle, encompassing planning, implementation, organization, and control. Data were gathered via interviews with the principal and instructors, with observations of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform's usage and examination of documentation. The research findings aim to elucidate the advantages, obstacles, and facilitating and impeding elements within the performance management model derived from the Merdeka Mengajar Platform at State Elementary School Blang Cut. This research identifies the Merdeka Mengajar Platform's potential to enhance performance administration efficiency, facilitate teacher self-reflection, and support ongoing competency development. This research seeks to ascertain the impact of the Principal's Planning, Implementation, Organization, and Control, as informed by the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, on enhancing teacher performance at State Elementary School Blang Cut, Mila Subdistrict, Pidie Regency.
