Abstract

his training is part of community empowerment, training can be implemented and has a purpose. The aim of this research is to analyze theimplementation of corn planting training in increasing the independence of farmer groups. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research subjects included field agricultural instructors, the head of the farmergroup and two members of the farmer group. Research location at the Agricultural Extension Center. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis in research is carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and verifying. The validity of research data is credibility, researchers use two methods, namely member checking and triangulation, then dependability, confirmability, transferability. The results of this research showed that the implementation of corn planting training in increasing the independence of farmer groups went quite well, as demonstrated by using the planning, implementation and evaluation stages.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning has become an increasingly popular approach in early childhood education because of its potential to stimulate creativity, and active learning through projects that are interesting and relevant to everyday life. The focus of the research concerns the implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of project-based learning centers that play a role in stimulating the creativity of PAUD SKB Mojoagung students. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of PjBL in stimulating students' creativity. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was obtained using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that educators and parents ensure that students have access to adequate resources so as to support the process of stimulating their creativity. Inhibiting factors include limited funding allocations related to providing outdoor activities, lack of updating experimental equipment, limited educational resources. Supporting factors include students' enthusiasm for playing a professional role, extensive playing infrastructure, availability of APE such as costumes and playing equipment. Abstract

Motivation to learn is the existence of encouragement from outside and within students that creates a spirit of learning that can provide direction for learning activities to achieve the desired goals. Competence is a mastery of skills, abilities, knowledge, values, and attitudes that can be possessed by each individual sourced from education, training, and experience, as well as learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation in sewing subjects to improve the competence of students in the package C equivalency programme at SKB Gresik. This research uses a quantitative approach, with product moment correlation analysis techniques with sampling using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 48 students of the package C equivalency programme. The research location is at SKB Gresik. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test between the learning motivation variable and the variable to improve competence, the Pearson correlation value is 0.760, which means that the relationship between learning motivation and improving competence is in the high category, based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient. This means that the higher the learning motivation, the more the competence of students in learning increases..

Abstract

Early childhood is the initial stage of human development. Parents have an important role in providing assistance during the child's development period. Mentoring is needed to achieve optimal child development, one of which is social emotional development. The creation of a comfortable and safe environment and the frequency of intense assistance by parents can support children's social emotional development. In this way, children become individuals who are able to recognize themselves and are sensitive to the environment. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of parental assistance on the social emotional development of children at BA Aisyiyah Keniten Ponorogo. The method used in this research is the quantitative research method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 15 respondents who were parents of BA Aisyiyah Ponorogo students. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test. The results of the simple linear regression test show that the calculated F value is 20.501 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the parental assistance variable (X) has an influence on the child's social emotional development variable (Y). With this, H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide a learning experience for tutors of Study Group of Packages C at PKBM Anggrek Bulan in preparing teaching materials because so far the tutors have not maximally used this application in the learning process. The activity was carried out in the form of a training workshop with 25 very enthusiastic participants. The results of this activity are that there is high enthusiasm from the trainees in participating in the workshop which can be seen from their enthusiasm in practicing using the Canva application to compile and design teaching materials attractively, quickly, and creatively. There was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills after attending this workshop. It can be concluded that this workshop yielded positive results on the skills of the tutors of package C in developing their teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of informal education in empowering women in the rural informal sector, thereby improving family economic conditions and promoting gender equality. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, the research was conducted in the Menganti District, Gresik Regency, involving women working in informal sectors. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that informal education through skills training, such as salted egg production and coconut shell charcoal processing, successfully enhanced women's technical skills, increased family income, and strengthened their self-confidence. Informal education also fostered social solidarity within the community, although women continued to face the double burden of balancing domestic responsibilities and economic activities. These results emphasize that informal education is not only a means of improving economic capacity but also catalyzes a shift in social values toward justice and gender equality. Women's empowerment through education must be accompanied by broader social structural changes and sustainable policy support to achieve inclusive and equitable development goals. Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan di wilayah bantaran sungai Surabaya masih menjadi isu serius yang menuntut adanya upaya edukatif yang berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan pendidikan nonformal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi komunikasi Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat bantaran sungai Surabaya serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan wilayah bantaran sungai Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis data melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data melalui uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa startegi komunikasi LSM KLH dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan dialogis yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan edukasi lingkungan, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan LSM KLH efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat bantaran sungai Surabaya. Disarankan agar strategi komunikasi partisipatif ini terus dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance in formal schools within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) throughout Bangil District. The data collection method used was questionnaire documentation. The population in this study was all teachers at two Islamic boarding schools: Roudlotul Aqoidi Islamic Boarding School and Darut Tauhid Islamic Boarding School, which have formal junior high schools. The sampling method used was probability sampling, where all members of the population had the opportunity to be selected. Since the population size was less than 100, the sampling requirement was to take all 31 members of the population. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, multiple regression equation testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly influence teacher performance in formal schools within Islamic boarding schools throughout Bangil District, amounting to 74.4%.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat belajar pada peserta didik VIA di Kampoeng Sinaoe Sidoarjo menjadi salah satu masalah dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran. Literasi mencakup keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengkaji implementasi program literasi melalui Visca Alfalah (VIA) untuk meningkatkan minat belajar di Kampoeng Sinaoe Sidoarjo serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam implementasi program literasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik VIA kelas 4 -6, guru VIA, dan pengelola program literasi di Kampoeng Sinaoe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program literasi dikembangkan dengan keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Literasi program didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai, penggunaan media pembelajaran, peran guru, dukungan pengelola, serta kolaborasi dengan guru lain. Faktor penghambatnya meliputi mood dan kondisi peserta didik, kurangnya minat terhadap bacaan panjang, gangguan lingkungan, serta kendala dalam koordinasi dengan guru. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi program literasi di Kampoeng Sinaoe mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta, ditunjukkan melalui indikator perasaan senang, ketertarikan, keaktifan, kehadiran, serta ketekunan dan kedisiplinan. Meskipun peningkatan tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal pada seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

Permasalahan tidak berjalannya suatu lembaga nonformal dalam mengelola program menjadi permasalahan yang serius karena banyak lembaga yang terbangun namun tidak dapat berkelanjutan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi manajemen Kampoeng Sinaoe dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan program Kursus Bahasa Inggris di Sidoarjo dan menganalisis fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kampoeng Sinaoe Sidoarjo dengan subjek penelitian pengelola, tutor, peserta didik dan wali murid. Teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data melalui kredibilitas, uji dependabilitas, uji konfirmabilitas, dan uji transferabilitas. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen kampoeng sinaoe melalui penentuan strategi perencanaan menggunakan strategi berbasis nilai, strategi pengorganisasian yang menekankan kejelasan peran dan hubungan kerja yang efisien. Strategi pelaksanaan yang berorientasi pada peserta didik, strategi pengawasan yang langsung dan berlapis serta strategi evaluasi yang berkelanjutan dan terbuka. Disarankan menggunakan pemanfaatan teknoligi untuk media pembelajaran, penambahan fasilitas oleh instansi terkait, peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti strategi manajemen pendidikan nonformal secara dalam dan luas.
