Loyal customers have a relatively permanent, long-term fanaticism towards an item from the company of their choice, do not want to switch to another product, and even influence other parties to use that product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of product quality on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that the coefficient value is 0.727, so it can be said that the product quality variable and the customer loyalty variable have a strong correlation. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the coefficient of determination value is 0.529, so it can be said that 52.9% of the customer loyalty variable is influenced by the product quality variable, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research. From the results of hypothesis testing, the Z-count value (7.57) is greater than the Z-table (1.96), so H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted. Thus, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas tenaga pendidik dalam mengajar di Sekolah Budi Utomo Medan. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian dekriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah teknik wawancara terstruktur. Dari hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah, diperoleh informasi bahwa kualitas guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut masih kurang baik, penguasaan materi guru sudah cukup baik, tapi kurang dalam menguasai kelas dan cuek dalam menghadapi anak didik, serta kurangnya keinginan dari guru itu sendiri dalam meningkatkan kompetensi diri. Hal tersebut membuat kualitas guru semakin menurun.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical environment and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Zen Okane Pematang Siantar. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at the Zen Okane Pematang Siantar, the number of which is unknown. The sampling technique using the Lemeshow sampling technique obtained as many as 96 research samples. The method of collecting data in this research is literature study and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value tcount (4.858) > ttable (1.985) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Physical Environment on the Customer Loyalty. The value of tcount (4.748) > tTable (1.985) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an influence between Customer Satisfaction on the Customer Loyalty. Simultaneous Testing Results (F-Test), the value of Fcount (27.409) > FTable (3.09) with a significant of 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted with the understanding that there is an influence between Physical Environment and Satisfaction on the Customer Loyalty.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya menginvestasikan sebagian pendapatan yang mereka miliki dan memberikan pelatihan edukasi tentang salah satu bentuk investasi yaitu pasar modal. Hal ini perlu dilakukan mengingat sangat kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya berinvestasi untuk meningkatkan nilai kekayaan mereka di masa yang akan datang agar tidak tergerus oleh inflasi. Sehingga jika masyarakat mulai mengenal dan menjalankan investasinya sendiri melalui pasar modal, mereka akan sadar bahwa tabungan saja tidak cukup untuk mengimbangi kenaikan harga barang di masa yang akan datang. Hal ini dapat juga digunakan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di masa yang akan datang. Pengenalan dan pemahaman akan berinvestasi di pasar modal ini sangat penting mengingat peran pasar modal semakin lama semakin penting bagi perekonomian. Masyarakat Surabaya, adalah masyarakat metropolis yang memiliki pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lumayan tinggi serta akses kepada pasar modal juga lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kota-kota lain di jawa timur, sehingga memungkinkan bagi masyarakat maupun ibu rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan kemudahan berinteraksi dengan pasar modal. Namun banyak dari masyarakat yang belum memahami potensi pasar modal untuk pengembangan ekonomi keluarga. Tercatat bahwa hanya 1% dari penduduk Indonesia yang merupakan investor di pasar modal, sehingga potensi pasar modal masih sangat besar untuk dikembangkan. Target khusus melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan ini diharapkan masing-masing mitra akan dapat mengetahui pentingnya berinvestasi dibandingkan menabung, mengubah paradigma saving society menjadi investment society, dan menjadi investor individu untuk meningkatkan kekayaan dan ekonomi keluarga mitra beberapa tahun ke depan. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah tutorial dan pelatihan pengenalan pasar modal serta pelatihan dan pendampingan cara bertransaksi saham, memilih saham, bagaimana menentukan saham yang baik dan buruk, strategi bertransaksi saham, serta menjaga kestabilan psikologis seorang investor individu.

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitu pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitis terkait kelimuan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran dengan pemahaman mendalam terkait materi bagaimana menentukan masa depan .Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan bagi para Para Siswa dan Siswi SMA St. Petrus Medan agar mereka memiliki pandangan yang baik bagaimana cara menentukan pilihan setelah lulus sekolah, lanjut pendidikan atau bekerja, memiliki bekal pengetahuan tentang dunia usaha dan dunia akademisi setelah mereka lulus sekolah serta mampu mencetak generasi muda yang handal serta berprestasi dan dapat menjadi contoh bagi para remaja lainnya. Ilmu yang diperoleh pada Pengabdian Masyarakat kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik dilingkungan sekolah, kampus dan keluarga.

A positive brand image and favorable word of mouth can lead consumers to be loyal to the online games they play, prompting them to repurchase the products and even promote them to other consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and word of mouth on the online game purchase decisions of students at Cendana Polytechnic. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. A sample of 53 consumers was selected using incidental sampling. The results of the study indicate that both brand image and word of mouth have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty. Partially, brand image has a significant impact on consumer loyalty, and word of mouth also significantly influences consumer loyalty. Both brand image and word of mouth are important factors in fostering consumer loyalty to the offered products; positive brand image and word of mouth will enhance consumer loyalty. Keywords: Brand image, Word of mouth, Purchase decisions. Dengan Brand image yang baik, dan Word of mouth yang diterima dengan positif maka konsumen akan loyal terhadap game online yang dimainkan dan akan membeli kembali produk bahkan sampai mempromosikannya kepada konsumen lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand image dan Word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian game online oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Cendana. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 konsumen dengan metode insidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Brand image dan Word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara parsial brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kosumen dan wom berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Brand image dan Word of mouth salah satu faktor penting agar konsumen loyal terhadap produk yang ditawarkan, karena dengan Brand image dan word of mouth yang positif, maka akan terjadi Loyalitas konsumen. The purpose of this study is to build a model of innovation capability, co-creation, and value based selling on the marketing performance of dodol entrepreneurs in North Sumatra. This study uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were given to the Dodol UKM craftsmen in North Sumatra as many as 60 respondents with a sample technique using a purposive sample based on predetermined criteria. Analysis of the data using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using path analysis smartpls. Based on the test, it is explained that the overall hypothesis in the study has a positive and significant effect. First, the Co Creation variable has a positive and significant effect on the innovation capability variable and the marketing performance variable. Furthermore, the Value-based selling variable also affects the innovation capability variable and the marketing performance variable. The innovation capability variable also has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

The training focuses on managing Indonesian traditional cuisine and disseminating nutritious food to the younger generation, with the objective of showcasing the rich diversity of Indonesian culinary heritage. This curriculum instructs on traditional food processing methods utilizing local resources, while promoting the significance of a nutritious diet and balanced nutrition. Participants get theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the selection, preparation, and presentation of nutritious meals. Furthermore, students are encouraged to provide nutritious food to anyone in need, particularly children and disadvantaged families, to cultivate empathy and social consciousness. This initiative connects the youth with the culinary legacy of the archipelago, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and incorporates local food components. Consequently, the younger generation is anticipated to serve as catalysts for change, prioritizing personal health and community well-being while enhancing quality of life sustainably.

This study examines the impact of negative workplace gossip on job satisfaction among lecturers, focusing on the role of servant leadership as a mediating factor. The research was conducted at IT&B Campus Medan, with academic lecturers as respondents. Data was collected through both online and offline surveys. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to evaluate the relationships among variables. The results indicate that negative workplace gossip negatively impacts job satisfaction, which can be minimized through servant leadership. Servant leadership was found to play a significant mediating role, improving interpersonal relationships and creating a supportive work environment, thereby enhancing job satisfaction. This study contributes to existing literature by providing empirical evidence of the mediating role of servant leadership in reducing the negative effects of gossip in academic settings, thereby enhancing our understanding of leadership dynamics in higher education institutions.

This study analyzes the influence of organizational trust and readiness for change on employee performance directly and through job crafting mediation. This study was conducted at PT Saudara Buana Samudera Medan using a quantitative survey-based approach. The data were collected through questionnaires filled out by 78 permanent employees using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Path analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that organizational trust and readiness for change significantly affected employee performance. In addition, job crafting was a mediator that strengthened the relationship between these variables. This study provides theoretical contributions by integrating organizational trust, readiness for change, and job crafting to explain the mechanism of improving employee performance. Practically, these findings provide recommendations to the management of PT Saudara Buana Samudera Medan to build organizational trust and support job crafting to improve employee performance amidst organizational change. The study’s focus on a single organization necessitates caution when generalizing the results. Future studies can expand the sector’s scope or add moderating variables to enrich the findings. This study fills the literature gap regarding the role of job crafting in the relationship between organizational trust, readiness to change, and employee performance in the context of Indonesian companies.
