Abstract

This research is titled "Implementation of Student Administrative Services at MAN 2 Palembang." The aim of this study is to analyze how the implementation of student administrative services is carried out at MAN 2 Palembang. This research is a field study, employing a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research data is ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of student administrative services at MAN 2 Palembang is well underway. The research findings demonstrate that student administrative services at MAN 2 Palembang are effectively executed, encompassing aspects such as effective guidance in the admission of new students, student discipline regulation, guidance and counseling documentation, as well as student learning progress recording. Effective guidance assists students in understanding the process of new student admission clearly, ensuring their comprehension without difficulty, setting clear objectives, and planning strategies to achieve them. Student discipline regulations ensure discipline and responsibility among students, while guidance and counseling documentation provide appropriate guidance and support. Recording student learning progress serves to provide a comprehensive overview of student development and aid them in their educational journey at MAN 2 Palembang.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of administrative Administration in providing services to students at MTs Nurul Muhajirin". This study aims to determine the implementation of administrative Administration in providing services to students at MTs Nurul Muhajirin. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To test the research data's validity using technical and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of administrative Administration in providing services to students at MTs Nurul Muhajirin has been carried out well. These activities are related to the process of accepting new students, starting from planning admissions to implementing the process of accepting students and the announcement of new students. Other administrative activities, such as managing the ratio of students per class, are essential because the number of classes in a class will affect the student learning process. Furthermore, it relates to his duties, namely compiling and managing the condition of students in the madrasa. This was done for the sake of orderly Administration of students at MTs Nurul Muhajirin, and it has been done well. Then other activities, namely Administration, related to the overall assessment of the educational process at MTs Nurul Muhajirin Tanjung Lago.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sarana dan prasarana perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia yang setara dengan perguruan tinggi yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah. Peran lembaga pendidikan swasta sama halnya dengan negara, yaitu ikut andil dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang berorientasi pada pengembangan kualitas akademik dalam skala internasional sehingga kebutuhan akademik dan sosial untuk skala nasional dan regional dengan sendirinya terpenuhi; 2) didukung dengan suasana akademik yang baik sehingga upaya peningkatan mutu akademik dapat berjalan lebih cepat dan efektif; 3) menjadi penopang utama internasionalisasi pendidikan Islam yang lebih manusiawi dan membangun jaringan akademik internasional yang luas untuk mendukung sumber daya manusia dalam negeri yang unggul, inovatif dan produktif.

Abstract

Maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure involves managing and organizing these resources to ensure they are always in good condition and ready for use to achieve educational goals. This research aims to investigate the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research is ensured through time triangulation, technique triangulation, and source triangulation. The results indicate that the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 5 Satu Atap Pangkalan Lampam is quite good. This is evident from the awareness, understanding, organization, implementation, and documentation aspects. Supporting factors include adequate funding and good cooperation between teachers and students in classroom maintenance activities. The inhibiting factors are mainly due to a lack of awareness and understanding among students regarding the maintenance of classroom facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the zonation system for new student admissions at SMA Negeri 13 Palembang. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this research was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the zonation system for new student admissions at SMA Negeri 13 Palembang has been carried out effectively. This can be observed through the execution of several key indicators in the new student admission process, including analyzing student needs, registering prospective students, selecting students, determining accepted students, and re-registration. The overall process of implementing the zonation system for new student admissions has been well-organized and effectively managed

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the OSIM Chairperson in student organization activities and the impact of the leadership style on student organization activities at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Palembang. This is qualitative research utilizing interviews with a fieldwork approach. The research informants include the OSIM Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, OSIM Advisor, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques employed are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis are carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through triangulation methods, including source, technique, and time triangulation. The results show that the leadership style of the OSIM Chairperson in student organization activities at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Palembang is effective. This is evident in the active participation of the Chairperson in every organized activity. The Chairperson must exhibit fairness in decision-making through deliberation with members. This approach enables the Chairperson to motivate team members, fostering a sense of mutual assistance and emotional control among them.

Abstract

The inventory of educational facilities and infrastructure involves the systematic and orderly registration of school-owned items into the inventory system. This process is important as it helps schools identify deficiencies and surpluses in facilities. This study aims to examine the process of inventorying educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings show that the inventory process for facilities and infrastructure is carried out properly according to procedures, with a computerized system supporting the inventory activities at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. However, there are some challenges in the inventory activities, such as a lack of human resources skilled in coding due to overlapping work systems and a complicated coding system, which makes data retrieval difficult

Abstract

This paper is analyzing the effect of the blended learning station rotation model on students' learning outcomes through a meta-analytic approach. The background of this research stems from the increasing use of digital technology in education, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic, which encouraged teachers to integrate face-to-face and online learning into a unified instructional strategy. The station rotation model is considered adequate as it offers flexibility in learning time, facilitates differentiated learning, and enhances interaction between teachers and students. However, previous studies have shown varying levels of effectiveness, necessitating a comprehensive synthesis to gain an overall understanding of its impact on learning outcomes. This study employs the meta-analysis method following the PRISMA, which include the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Sources obtained from indexed international journal articles, with inclusion. The results revealed that the station rotation model had a positive and significant effect on students' learning outcomes, with a moderate to high category of influence. Furthermore, moderators such as educational level, subject matter, duration of intervention, and research location were found to affect the magnitude of its impact. This study reaffirms that implementing the station rotation model can be an effective learning strategy to improve learning outcomes, particularly when integrated with adaptive instructional design and relevant digital media. There are expected to serve as a reference for educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers in optimizing the application of the blended learning model, specifically the station rotation type, at various educational levels. Future researchers are encouraged to expand the scope of inquiry to include non-cognitive variables such as motivation, learning engagement, and 21st-century skills, thereby providing a more comprehensive picture of the model's effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi humas dalam membangun citra lembaga dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi humas dalam membangun citra lembaga di SD Islam Cendikia Faiha Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan peneltian Waka Humas, Kepala Sekolah dan Tim Humas. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yaitu perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan komunikasi yang jelas menjadi landasan penting dalam setiap aktivitas humas, seperti meningkatkan pemahaman publik, membangun citra positif, dan memperkuat hubungan dengan masyarakat. Komunikasi humas di sekolah ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media promosi, tetapi juga sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan reputasi unggul sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islami. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan komunikasi meliputi perencanaan yang terstruktur, penggunaan media yang efektif, serta pembagian tugas yang jelas dalam tim humas. Namun, kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi humas yang efektif, dengan tujuan yang spesifik dan terukur, berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan citra positif sekolah di mata masyarakat.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada perubahan dan peningkatan kualitas kinerja organisasi melalui inspirasi, motivasi, dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia. SMA Puspita Kecamatan Air Kumbang Kabupaten Banyuasin dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena kepala sekolah di sana telah menerapkan model kepemimpinan ini, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya kreativitas guru dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, beberapa prestasi siswa mencerminkan hasil positif dari pendekatan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SMA Puspita Kecamatan Air Kumbang Kabupaten Banyuasin. Kepemimpinan transformasional dianggap mampu memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi guru, dan prestasi siswa melalui pendekatan visioner dan inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, staf administrasi, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif melalui visi yang jelas, komunikasi terbuka, dan pelatihan profesional. Faktor pendukung meliputi kerja sama tim, ketersediaan teknologi, dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Namun, ditemukan pula hambatan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi oleh beberapa guru senior, kurangnya inovasi dalam strategi pembelajaran dan resistensi perubahan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah.
