Abstract

The inventory of educational facilities and infrastructure involves the systematic and orderly registration of school-owned items into the inventory system. This process is important as it helps schools identify deficiencies and surpluses in facilities. This study aims to examine the process of inventorying educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings show that the inventory process for facilities and infrastructure is carried out properly according to procedures, with a computerized system supporting the inventory activities at SMP Negeri 50 Palembang. However, there are some challenges in the inventory activities, such as a lack of human resources skilled in coding due to overlapping work systems and a complicated coding system, which makes data retrieval difficult

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the tahsin tahfidz fathona program at Fathona Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Palembang. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The study involves 20 informants, consisting of the program coordinators, Tahfidz teachers, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity test of this research data uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results and discussion indicate that the Tahsin Tahfidz Fathona program has been implemented effectively. This is evident through guidance, coordination, motivation, and continuous communication in the program’s execution. The implementation includes adherence to Tajwid rules, reading fluency, understanding of Makharijul Huruf, assessments and evaluations, teacher feedback, repetition of memorization (Muraja’ah), accuracy and fluency in reading, and the ability to connect verses during the program.

Abstract

Planning for Recruitment of Educating Personnel is the process of planning and organizing the withdrawal steps carried out by educational institutions to meet the needs of teaching staff who have potential and broad insight in educational science and fulfill the terms and conditions that apply in educational institutions. This research is very important to ensure schools have qualified teaching staff that meet their needs. This research aims to find out how to plan the recruitment of teaching staff at SMA Nurul Iman Palembang, what are the obstacles and solutions to planning the recruitment of teaching staff at SMA Nurul Iman Palembang. This research uses qualitative research methods through a qualitative descriptive approach using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display and data verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the research data, source triangulation and technical triangulation were used. The research results show that planning for the recruitment of teaching staff at SMA Nurul Iman Palembang has gone well. However, there are several obstacles related to planning the recruitment of teaching staff, namely a small operational budget which hinders the recruitment process, as well as compensation that is greater than other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the supervision of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 44 Palembang. It employs a qualitative descriptive approach with 15 informants selected through purposive sampling, consisting of the principal, head of the guidance and counseling unit, educators, students, and education staff. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source and technique triangulation, which guarantees reliable and valid results. The analysis results show that the supervision of guidance and counseling at SMP Negeri 44 Palembang is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Planning is systematically structured by setting goals, targets, and success indicators aligned with student needs. Implementation is conducted in an organized manner by the principal and vice principal for student affairs, covering service observations, administrative evaluations, and program monitoring. Guidance counselors receive coaching based on supervisory results. Evaluations are conducted regularly at the end of each semester and academic year, involving the review of service documents and the administration of questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the arrangement of classroom facilities in supporting the learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir. The type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were 4 informants, with data collection methods through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, presentation and verification and conclusions. Data validity checking techniques through triangulation. The results and discussions stated that the arrangement of classroom facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir had been carried out quite well, namely the availability of adequate learning facilities in each class, orderly and comfortable room arrangement for students, and the use of facilities such as whiteboards, LCD projectors, and other learning equipment that support the learning process. This arrangement provides a conducive learning atmosphere and increases student involvement in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pelaksanaan program pelatihan kerja di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kecamatan Kayuagung, Kabupaten OKI, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian menggunakan Kepala BLK, Staff BLK, dan Instruktur Pelatihan sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pelatihan di BLK Kayuagung berjalan cukup baik, ditandai oleh indikator seperti koordinasi, motivasi, komunikasi, dan pengarahan. Faktor pendukung meliputi minat masyarakat, sarana, dan prasarana memadai, sementara faktor penghambatnya melibatkan kekurangan instruktur dan keterbatasan pembiayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Penghapusan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di SMA IBA Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Waka Sapras, Kepala Sekolah, Kepala TU dan Staff TU. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penghapusan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMA IBA Palembang sudah berjalan cukup baik, melalui beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam proses penghapusan, mulai dari pembentukan tim yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam rangka mengadakan rapat terlebih dahulu agar terbentuknya tim penghapusan sarana dan prasarana, tim diberikan tugas untuk mengidentifikasi jenis barang mana saja yang akan dihapus, mengumpulkan sarana dan prasarana yang akan dihapus ke gudang, proses inventarisasi tetapi dalam hal ini pihak sekolah tidak menginventaris jenis barang mana saja yang akan dihapus , mengajukan usulan ke instansi tetapi dalam hal ini pihak sekolah tidak mengajukan usulan penghapusan ke instansi, memeriksa kembali barang-barang yang dihapus agar memastikan kebenaran barang mana saja yang akan dihapus, selanjutnya tim penghapusan sarana dan prasarana ditunjuk untuk melakukan penghapusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan pasir kinetik terhadap kemampuan kreativitas anak usia dini di TK Islam Hanana Palembang. Kreativitas merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak yang perlu distimulasi sejak dini melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe one group pre-test-post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari anak-anak kelompok B2 yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kreativitas anak setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa permainan pasir kinetik. Anak menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam hal kemampuan mengungkapkan ide, membentuk karya secara mandiri, serta menunjukkan orisinalitas dan fleksibilitas dalam berpikir. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kondisi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan pasir kinetik berpengaruh secara positif terhadap peningkatan kreativitas anak usia dini. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penggunaan pasir kinetik sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam pengembangan potensi kreatif anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.
