Human resource development through technology mastery is an innovative strategy to support the creation of sustainable transportation. This Community Service (PkM) activity carries the theme ‘Proteus Software Training for IAEETA Members: Innovative Strategies for Human Resource Development for Sustainable Transportation’. The main problem faced by partners is their limited mastery of Proteus software, particularly in terms of installation, initial configuration, use of the Virtual Oscilloscope, and integration with Arduino IDE, which is highly relevant in the fields of air navigation and aviation electrical systems. The implementation methods included module development, interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and project-based learning. The training results showed an increase in participants' competence from moderate to good, as reflected in their success in completing simple projects such as flashing LED simulations and signal analysis using virtual measuring instruments. A satisfaction survey also showed that the majority of participants gave a score of 4–5 in terms of material, instructors, learning methods, and facilities. This activity produced outputs in the form of training modules (printed and digital), simulation products, PkM reports, and publication articles. Thus, this training not only improved the technical skills of the participants but also strengthened the contribution of academics in supporting innovation and sustainability in transportation through the development of human resources based on simulation technology.

Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk guru pendidikan jasmani se Kecamatan Masbagik, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini selain banyak diminati oleh kalangan masyarakat sebagai alternative kegiatan olahraga dengan tujuan untuk menurunkan berat badan, membentuk tubuh,menjaga kebugaran jasmani serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup, juga merupakan wadah untuk memperkenalkan senam dalam bentuk olahraga tradisional. Dalam pelaksanaan senam di beberapa sekolah khususnya sekolah dasar selalu menerapkan senam yang sama seperti senam yang sudah ditetapkan oleh dinas pendidikan, senam gembira ataupun senam fantasi. Kegiatan semacam ini kadang kala membuat anak bosan dan merasa tidak tertarik untuk mengikutinya dengan antusias. Pada akhirnya pengembangan motorik kasar para siswa dapat menjadi kurang optimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dalam program pengabdian ini akan disajikan dalam bentuk kegiatan senam tradisional, yaitu kegiatan senam dengan menggunakan music iringan berirama gamelan serta menggunakan permainan tradisional lainnya dengan gerakan yang dikombinasikan antara senam dan gerakan tari secara umum. Metode pendekatan yang akan diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode demonstrasi part whole, diskusi dan tanya jawab interaktif dengan peserta terkait senam olahraga tradisional.

Public Address System (PAS) and Carcall are supporting audio facilities at the airport. PAS is used inside the building to convey information to passengers, while Carcall is used in the outdoor area for communication with the vehicle fleet. The Carcall system consists of amplifiers and speakers with certain impedances. An imbalance between impedance and power capacity can reduce sound quality. To identify the root of the problem, the Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone Diagram methods are used. The application of the Pareto Diagram shows that 20% of technical problems related to impedance and power cause 80% of sound quality disturbances. Solving this problem can significantly improve the performance and durability of the Carcall device at Soekarno–Hatta Airport.

The role of the young voter generation will be more strategic in the national political scene in the 2024 elections. Therefore, the political literacy of the younger generation must be strengthened. Upon this background, the Community Service Team of the Faculty of Social and Political Science Universitas Brawijaya in collaboration with the Research and Innovation Development (RID) Institute of West Sumbawa carried out efforts to strengthen the political literacy of the younger generation of West Sumbawa through a literacy dialog forum and interactive discussions. This activity specifically aims to strengthen the political insights of the younger generation of West Sumbawa through political literacy dialogues, provide skills to present counter-narratives to false information related to the 2024 elections and post-elections and encourage the rise of small communities among the younger generation who are sensitive and able to use social media properly. By combining the use of literacy dialogue methods and interactive discussions, this community service activity has helped strengthen the political literacy of the younger generation ahead of the 2024 elections through several simple efforts.

This study aims to facilitate runway maintenance activities by designing a transmission video on an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This design is designed to transmit video in real time via WiFi and provide location information via the integrated GPS data. The evaluation phase is carried out to evaluate the success of the design according to predetermined criteria. In the trial design, the video transmission distance and data transmission speed were tested, as well as the synchronization between GPS and video data. The test results show that the design of this video transmission has not fulfilled all the criteria set. The design can transmit video and synchronize, but there are problems with Jetson Nano so that it cannot carry out remote trials. It is hoped that this design can assist in runway inspection activities using UAVs, as well as provide accurate information via video and GPS data.

This paper tries to explain the practice of marginalization of minority groups and the absence of multiculturalism in Sampang. The preference of the government of Sampang to relocate Shi’i’s Muslim community in the context of conflict resolution, can be read as an attempt to exclude minorities. At the same time, multiculturalism ignored when policy options are taken only for the sake of electoral moment. Therefore, at the end of discussion, this paper emphasizes the need for improvement of the boarding school education system and revitalizing the role of ulama’ to keep multiculturalism and prevent acts of violence against minorities.

The high spread of radical ideology in Indonesia has led to the potential and threat of spreading radical ideology to various regions. West Sumbawa Regency is one of the potential areas of the spread of radicalism, especially religious radicalism, because there were some social communities that have religious doctrine of the caliphate that contradicts with Pancasila. So it required some preventive efforts to overcome it. This research aims to find out the factors that trigger the rise of religious radicalism in West Sumbawa Regency and find out the efforts and strategies to prevent the entry of radical ideas in West Sumbawa Regency. This research was carried out in West Sumbawa Regency. Data collection was done by survey techniques through interviews using research questionnaires. Interviews were conducted with 30 respondents. The strategy of preventing religious radicalism was formulated using the SWOT analysis method. This study found that at least, there are 3 factors that can trigger religious radicalism in West Sumbawa Regency include; dissatisfaction with government policies, weak government oversight of schools indicated by radical movements, and religious understanding that felt the most right compared to other groups. Based on the findings and analysis results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that the strategy to ward off religious radicalism in West Sumbawa Regency is an S-O (Strengths-Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that utilizes existing strengths to seize opportunities.

The assessment process does not end with just asking questions. They will come to an analysis of the quality of the questions. Item analysis was carried out to determine the quality of the items prepared. Questions that are of good quality will greatly affect the results of the assessment and capture the learning outcomes well. The purpose of this training is to introduce how to analyze items using ITEMAN by paying attention to the characteristics of the level of difficulty, discriminating power, and the function of the item distractor. This research is descriptive research using observation, interview, and evaluation methods. Participants in this training consisted of 25 students and female students who were students from IPNG. The results of this study were that all participants felt helped in making questions that would soon set their feet in the world of education and some of them even became teachers or instructors. This means that the ITEMAN application really helps our teachers to compose questions.

Pengawas sekolah adalah salah satu pengembang pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab atas lancarnya pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pengajaran. Sebagai gurunya guru, pengawas harus menyusun rencana untuk memperkuat implementasi kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian berlangsung selama enam bulan dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan tahapan; data kondensai, data display, dan mengambil kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum melakukan kegiatan supervisi, pengawas sekolah membuat atau menyusun perencanaan berupa program kerja pengawas seperti program tahunan, program semester, RKA dan RKM. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu pra observasi atau pra supervisi, supervisi dan pasca supervisi. Langkah-langkah tindak lanjut atau evaluasi kegiatan supervisi adalah menindaklanjuti atau melakukan refleksi terhadap kegiatan supervisi yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Dalam evaluasi tersebut, pengawas dapat melihat dan mengetahui perubahan atau peningkatan yang dilakukan guru yang telah disupervisi, apakah sesuai dengan binaan, arahan atau solusi yang diberikan pengawas ketika supervisi berlangsung.

This research entitled was “The Role of Physical Education Teachers in shaping the character of students in MA. In the whole village of Mertak Tombok”. This research aims to determine the role of physical education teachers in shaping the character of MA students. In the whole village of Mertak Tombok. The type of research was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population in this research was all physical education teachers in MA. in village of Mertak Tombok, totaling 5 people. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. So the samples in this research were all physical education teachers who were in MA. The village of Mertak Tombok, totaling 4 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained was processed using statistical techniques. The village of Mertak Tombok for the 2020/2021 academic year so that it can shape the character of students for the better. It is recommended that prospective physical education teachers who become a teacher really have to carry out their duties as professional teachers who are active and creative in nurturing students so that they become a generation of people who have good characters that are beneficial to the nation and state.
