Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to see the impact of the Halal Logo, Word of Mouth, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Mie Kober at the Soekarno Hatta branch. The population in this research are consumers who have made purchases at Mie Kober Soekarno Hatta branch with a sample size of 64 people, using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data was analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The research results show that simultaneously the Halal Logo, Word of Mouth, and Halal Logo have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The Halal Logo has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Word of Mouth does not have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and assess the influence of capital availability, educational background and environment on entrepreneurial decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were MSMEs in Malang City using 100 samples. In this research, questionnaires were used as a data collection method. The results of this research show that 1) Availability of capital has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 2) Educational background has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 3) The environment has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 4) Availability of capital, educational background and environment simultaneously influence MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. Keywords: Availability of Capital, Educational Background, Environment, Entrepreneurial Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline, and work training on employee performance at PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur Pasuruan". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were all secondary department employees of PT Trisakti Purwosari Makmur. The sampling method used was saturated sampling, with a total of 82 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of incentives, work environment, work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of partial testing indicate that incentives, work discipline and work training have an effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have an effect on employee performance. Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Job Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstrak This research is motivated by the emergence of the very rapid phenomenon of mobile phone domination in Indonesia. Apart from that, the level of intense competition in various cellphone product categories based on technological advances has led to the emergence of several quite interesting phenomena which encourage consumers to buy iPhones which are currently in demand on the market according to the product they want. This research uses the gap phenomenon, the problem studied in this research is whether brand image, brand awareness and product quality influence purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, brand awareness and product quality on purchasing decisions among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study was a sample size of 975 with a sample of 91 respondents using snowball sampling. The data used is multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that brand image, brand awareness and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. The conclusion from this research is that brand image and brand awareness partially influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product quality has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Making Decision, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Product Quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The population of the study consists of Ventela shoe users at the faculty, with a sample determined using Malhotra's formula, totaling 135 participants through purposive sampling. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to students who met the criteria, namely those who have purchased Ventela shoes. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Adjusted R Square is 51.6%, which means that the variables of social media marketing (X1), guerrilla marketing (X2), influencer reviews (X3), and e-service quality (X4) explain 51.6% of the variability in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 48.4% is explained by other factors outside the research model.The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality simultaneously have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes; (2) Social media marketing, guerrilla marketing, influencer reviews, and e-service quality each have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Ventela shoes. Abstract

Abstract The importance of effective marketing strategies and innovation in the beauty industry which continues to change and compete rapidly means that top brands must always follow the latest trends and continue to innovate to remain relevant in an increasingly dynamic market. This study identifies the relationship between proactive marketing strategies and purchasing decisions. consumer. This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging on Purchase Decisions for Pinkflsah Products in Malang City. The population in this study were residents of Malang City with a sample size of 100 people, using the Slovin formula and using the proportional sampling method. The data collection technique used in this research was by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Research data uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show that simultaneously Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, and Packaging have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Event Sponsorship has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Flash Sale has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Packaging has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Event Sponsorship, Flash Sale, Packaging, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of YouTuber gadget reviews, design, customer trust and completeness of features on Samsung smartphone buying interest". Using a quantitative approach, this research was conducted among students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data collection methods include distributing questionnaires via googleform to respondents. The sample used was 86 respondents. The results showed that YouTuber gadget reviews did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, design did not have a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, customer trust had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest, and feature completeness had a significant influence on Samsung smartphone buying interest. This research provides valuable insights for Samsung's smartphone company in designing effective marketing strategies amid intense competition in the technology industry. Keywords: Youtuber Gadegt Review, Design, Customer Trust, Feature Completeness and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation on the Purchase Decision of iPhone smartphones. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang during the 2020-2023 period, with a sample of 110 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire method. The research results show that Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Lifestyle have a significant effect, while Product Innovation has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Product Innovation, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotions and Flash Sale Discounts on interest in buying Shopee products. Sampling was carried out among Shopee users in Malang City using the Maholtra formula so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotion and Discount Flash Sale have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Based on the t test (partial), Live Streaming and Cashback Promotion have a significant effect on buying interest, while Online Customer Reviews and Flash Sale Discounts do not have a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Live Streaming, Online Customer Review, Cashback Promotion, Flash Sale Discount, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract punctuality and tariffs on purchasing decisions for train transportation tickets at PT. Kai (Persero) Tawang Alun. This study approach makes use of a quantitative approach. The people used is users of Tawang Alun train services and 110 respondents were obtained using Malhotra's theoryAn online questionnaire serves as a tool for gathering data. The data technique analysis analysis of multiple linear regression. used in conjunction with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and t test. According to this report, Security, Online System Services, Punctuality and Tariffs on Buying Choices together possess a substantial influence on purchasing decisions for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT. Kai (Persero). The variables Security, Online System Services, and Punctuality partially influence the purchasing decision for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT.
