Abstract

Children of primary school age play an important role in future development, therefore the health of primary school children needs to be maintained and cared for properly. Nutrition and dental health problems in children are important issues that require serious attention, especially because of their impact on the physical growth and mental development of children later. Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy said that data from the prevalence of stunting touched 21.5% in 2023, and according to the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), 82.8% of Indonesians have dental caries. Children aged 6-12 years have a high risk of developing dental caries, reaching 78.3% ~ 84.8%. This shows the need for educational intervention in the community from an early age. The focus of this service program is to provide education related to balanced nutrition and dental health to increase the knowledge and awareness of students at SDN Wonosuko 2, Bondowoso Regency.

This study aims to examine the legal certainty of agrarian reform asset management policies. This study is a normative study that uses a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The statutory approach is a study of legal products. The results of the study show that 1). Implementation of land redistribution in Agrarian Reform: There are three forms of agrarian reform, namely asset legalization, land redistribution and social forestry. Model of equitable agrarian reform: Agrarian reform or equitable agrarian renewal is something that is complex and multidimensional which is a major program of the Indonesian state in realizing the welfare of the Indonesian people, especially in terms of increasing access for poor farmers to land control in Indonesia, but implementing equitable agrarian reform is not an easy thing, there are many obstacles, both in terms of legal aspects, land administration, social, political, cultural, and security. Abstract

Abstract

The Basic Agrarian Law regulates the prohibition on foreigners' ownership of private land. However, it cannot be denied that Indonesian residents can have foreign heirs. This research aims to determine and analyze the legal position of foreigners regarding ownership of land by inheritance using a notarial deed, as well as how the notary is accountable for the deeds they make. So this research is entitled Notary's Responsibility for the Transfer of Land Ownership Rights by Inheritance to Foreigners. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The approach to this research uses a normative juridical approach. This research shows that the legal position of foreigners regarding ownership of land by inheritance is that a person's civil right to receive an inheritance can never be lost unless due to actions that endanger the heir who has died. For foreigners, they are not allowed to have ownership rights to land. Acquisition by means of sale and purchase, gift, exchange, gift by will, without stipulation by the government is considered null and void by law. Foreigners are required to relinquish the property rights they have acquired within 1 year of obtaining those rights. However, if the 1 year period has passed, the foreigner will lose ownership rights to the land and the ownership will change to state property.

Abstract

The existence of an effective legal system for the protection and recovery of victims of sexual violence is important in the context of respect for justice. The problem is the legal protection of victims of sexual violence, and the granting of restitution rights to victims of sexual violence. This type of research includes a legal-normative section which examines theories, concepts, legal principles and legal provisions that are appropriate and relevant to the subject of the research. This research uses qualitative methods and case methods. In addition, the data obtained will be processed qualitatively and presented in descriptive form. In conclusion, legal protection for victims of sexual violence in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. Victims of criminal acts have the right to receive compensation, compensation for loss of income or property. By providing the right to restitution to victims of sexual violence in Indonesia, it is clear that restitution or compensation recognizes the victim's suffering and provides adequate restitution. However, there are differences in policies regarding restitution for victims of sexual violence in Malaysia. Currently there is no law that clearly regulates this aspect. This condition can cause victims to feel insecure and have difficulty identifying their pain. Therefore, special attention must be paid to improving restitution rules to better guarantee the rights of victims of sexual violence.
