Abstract

Education is very important in human life, because every individual has the right to get it in order to develop. Education is seen as a process that allows a person to grow and develop their potential. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, education aims to advance the development of the child's character, mind and body. Education has a big role in producing quality human resources and being able to compete healthily. Elementary school (SD) is an educational institution that teaches the basics of intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and life skills to develop potential and prepare students to continue their education to a higher level. In this context, SD Negeri Penambangan in Curahdami sub-district, Bondowoso district was chosen to implement a social project for the Pancasila Education course. The school has limited access, a less strategic location, and a small number of students, 47 students with an average class size of less than 10. Some students also do not understand basic reading, writing and arithmetic. In addition, many of them do not eat breakfast before going to school and buy unhealthy snacks, such as fried foods and packaged drinks, during break time. The project was carried out in four stages: planning, survey, implementation and closure, with the aim of providing students with an understanding of the importance of a healthy diet and balanced nutrition. The material delivery that we use such as direct material exposure, Video playback of material, reading and writing, practice doing hand washing activities, and building puzzles. At the end of the activity, it is expected that students not only understand the theory of balanced nutrition, but also can apply it in everyday life, both at home and at school. Teachers and parents are expected to support students in choosing healthy food, and schools can create a culture of healthy living that supports students' health and learning achievement. Thus, students are expected to grow into healthy, smart, and productive individuals.

Abstract

There is still a widespread lack of control over their diet, which can negatively impact their health. Most people, especially children, ignore the consequences and are primarily driven by hunger and curiosity about food. They are more attracted to food when they find something they find unique and different. Nowadays, more and more foods are being mixed with colorings, preservatives, and flavorings, which makes children want to continue consuming them. Consuming them too often can be detrimental to their health both now and in the future. Lack of knowledge about healthy eating for children and their parents leads them to neglect the food they eat. As time progresses, food types become more diverse, such as the increasing availability of fast food and instant foods, which are easily accessible but have negative health impacts. In this journal, we took samples from elementary school students. The purpose of this journal is to introduce children, especially elementary school students, to implementing a balanced diet through the concept of "fill my plate." The method used is by delivering material in elementary school and asking questions to gauge their understanding of the material presented. The results of the activities carried out showed that many elementary school students still lack knowledge about the types of healthy foods and healthy eating patterns for the body. It can be concluded that many elementary school students still lack understanding about healthy food, due to limited access, both from their families and their economic conditions, which are inadequate to find nutritious food. Social projects related to balanced nutrition are very urgent and important as an effort to support government programs related to the health and welfare of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

The existence of an effective legal system for the protection and recovery of victims of sexual violence is important in the context of respect for justice. The problem is the legal protection of victims of sexual violence, and the granting of restitution rights to victims of sexual violence. This type of research includes a legal-normative section which examines theories, concepts, legal principles and legal provisions that are appropriate and relevant to the subject of the research. This research uses qualitative methods and case methods. In addition, the data obtained will be processed qualitatively and presented in descriptive form. In conclusion, legal protection for victims of sexual violence in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. Victims of criminal acts have the right to receive compensation, compensation for loss of income or property. By providing the right to restitution to victims of sexual violence in Indonesia, it is clear that restitution or compensation recognizes the victim's suffering and provides adequate restitution. However, there are differences in policies regarding restitution for victims of sexual violence in Malaysia. Currently there is no law that clearly regulates this aspect. This condition can cause victims to feel insecure and have difficulty identifying their pain. Therefore, special attention must be paid to improving restitution rules to better guarantee the rights of victims of sexual violence.

Abstract

Waqf, as an important form of financial worship, has significant economic potential and has evolved from traditional forms such as land and buildings to innovations like cash waqf, which is more flexible for developing productive enterprises. Although the potential for cash waqf in Indonesia is very high, reaching Rp180 trillion per year according to the Indonesian Waqf Board, its management is not yet optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze and compare the development of Sharia stock benefit waqf as a form of productive waqf modernization in Indonesia and Malaysia, and to identify its development potential to increase the effectiveness and benefits of waqf in the context of modern Islamic economics. This research uses normative legal research methods with statutory and conceptual approaches, focusing on analyzing regulations and legal concepts related to Sharia stock benefit waqf in Indonesia and Malaysia. Legal sources include primary, secondary, and tertiary materials, with data collection techniques through literature study and data analysis using a comparative qualitative approach. The research results show that stock waqf has been implemented in Indonesia and Malaysia in accordance with applicable regulations, with differences in the institutional structure of its management. In Indonesia, stock waqf is regulated by the Ministry of Religion, the Indonesian Waqf Board, and the National Sharia Council, while in Malaysia it is managed by the State Islamic Religious Council in each state. Indonesia focuses on Sharia stock waqf or its profits, while Malaysia raises funds through share offerings to finance specific programs. Nevertheless, the potential for stock-based waqf in both countries has not been optimally maximized. Factors influencing development in Indonesia include stock waqf literacy, nazir capacity, and inefficient digitalization, while in Malaysia it is constrained by regulatory inconsistencies between states, lack of a transparent and accountable regulatory framework, and limited regulations on mechanisms for collecting and distributing cash waqf including shares.
