Abstract

Dairy goats are another dairy livestock source, alongside cows and buffalo. Goat milk has its own unique qualities compared to cow's milk. The abundance of goat milk that has not been fully utilized is a current problem for partners. The purpose of this activity is to assist and empower the Azalea Farmers Group (KWT Azalea), as a target partner, in utilizing the abundant goat milk and creating added value for the product, including super gelato ice cream. During the program, participants listened enthusiastically, and there was interaction between the speakers and participants. Participants asked many questions related to the material presented by the speakers. Participants were very pleased with this community service activity and followed it through to the end. The implementation team also gave their best throughout the program. The community service activity on the implementation of eco-socio-entrepreneurship in super gelato production at Azalea Farm Boyolali using an R&D approach was carried out well and smoothly. Partners received benefits from this activity, including processing milk into super gelato ice cream, strengthening business management, and strengthening the website. A recommendation is to reactivate the website to better promote Azalea Farm's processed products.

Abstract

The growing adoption of keyless entry systems in motor vehicles introduces new challenges in the security of radio-based communication. This study aims to identify and evaluate the vulnerability level of the keyless entry system on the Honda PCX 150 motorcycle against two types of man-in-the-middle-based attacks: replay attack and relay attack. Using the Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) methodology, the study establishes a seven-stage testing procedure, from pre-engagement to reporting. Experiments were conducted using Flipper Zero as the main device, supported by GNU Radio, Software Defined Radio (SDR), and Universal Radio Hacker (URH). Each type of attack was tested 25 times. The results showed a 44% Success rate for the replay attack and 48% for the relay attack. Further analysis revealed that Success occurred not only on repeated frequencies but also on single-occurrence frequencies, with effectiveness rates of 50% and 45%, respectively. These findings indicate the absence of security mechanisms such as rolling code, time or location-based validation, and frequency hopping, allowing intercepted signals to be accepted by the vehicle. The study concludes that the Honda PCX 150's keyless entry system has significant security gaps, potentially exploitable using passive tools. It recommends the implementation of dynamic authentication mechanisms and cryptographic technologies to enhance the security of vehicular radio signal transmissions.

Abstract

Operational management in the entertainment industry, such as Kingstar Family Karaoke, faces complex challenges in determining procurement priorities due to uncertain operational fluctuations. This uncertainty often creates the risk of stockpiling or, conversely, stockouts, which directly impact the quality of customer service. This study aims to optimize the procurement decision-making process by integrating the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm into an inventory information system. The research methodology follows the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework with a Rapid Application Design (RAD) approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design, and software-based implementation. The SAW algorithm is applied to objectively balance the parameters of ending stock, sales level, and purchase price through a process of normalization and preference weighting. The test results show that the integration of the SAW method is able to provide accurate procurement priority recommendations, thereby assisting management in making more measured managerial decisions and mitigating the risk of operational losses.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, kepuasan, dan kesejahtteraan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 36 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hiopotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,027 < 0,05, sementara reward dan kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh yaitu sebesar 0,883 0,05 dan 0,650 > 0<05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,109 jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang di dapatkan 0,109 x 100% = 10,9% bahwa independen dalam mempengaruhi variable dependen sebesar 10,9%. Kata Kunci : Sistem Reward, Kepuasan, Kesejahteraan, dan Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of the reward system, employee satisfaction, and welfare on employee performance at the Boyolali Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office. The research method used was quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 36 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis test or (t) test show that satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance, namely 0.027 < 0.05, while rewards and welfare do not have a effect, namely 0.883 > 0.05 and 0.650 > 0<05. The simultaneous test shows that the three independent variables together have a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows 0.109, if calculated using the determination formula, the result obtained is 0.109 x 100% = 10.9%, that is, the independent influence on the dependent variable is 10.9%. Abstract

Kebonbimo Village, Boyolali Regency, has economic potential through the agricultural and tourism sectors, particularly with the Umbul Tlatar tourist attraction. However, this tourist attraction currently lacks a specialty food souvenir that could enhance regional identity and enhance local economic value. This Community Service activity aims to empower women's groups in Kebonbimo Village through banana processing using retort and vacuum frying techniques. This program implements eco-socioentrepreneurship to increase the added value of local commodities and strengthen food security. The project partners are KWT Azalea Farm and KUB Putri Bima. Implementation methods include program preparation, program outreach, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, mentoring, and program sustainability. The results of the activity demonstrate an increase in the women's group's ability to produce ready-to-eat banana snacks that are safe, hygienic, have a crispy texture, an attractive flavor, and a longer shelf life.
