Abstract

The global shift toward healthy lifestyles has accelerated the development of functional beverages that not only provide basic nutrition but also deliver additional physiological benefits. Fruit-based beverages are widely consumed due to their sensory appeal; however, many commercial products remain high in sugar while lacking sufficient protein and essential micronutrients. Therefore, integrating nutrient-dense natural ingredients such as Spirulina into fruit-based smoothies represents a promising scientific approach to enhance nutritional quality and functional value.This study aimed to develop a mango–Spirulina smoothie as a modern functional beverage and to evaluate consumer acceptance of its sensory attributes. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied. Spirulina sp. was cultivated in the Aquatic Biota Cultivation Laboratory, while smoothie formulation was conducted in the Entrepreneurship Laboratory of Universitas Islam Negeri Palangka Raya. Organoleptic and consumer acceptance tests were carried out with 30 respondents, assessing color, taste, texture, aroma, and overall preference. The results showed that the smoothie exhibited a slightly green color (90%), sweet taste (100%), and smooth texture (90%). Although aroma acceptance was relatively low, with 47% of respondents rating it as not fragrant, overall consumer acceptance was high, with 73% indicating “like” and 27% “very like.” In conclusion, the mango–Spirulina smoothie demonstrates strong potential as a modern functional beverage with good sensory acceptance and prospects for development within the creative economy. Further studies are recommended to improve aroma quality and to conduct quantitative nutritional analysis to support product commercialization.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu pusat megabiodiversitas dunia dengan lebih dari 31.750 jenis tumbuhan, sekitar 40% di antaranya bersifat endemik. Keanekaragaman tumbuhan tingkat tinggi berperan penting dalam kestabilan ekosistem, terutama di ruang terbuka hijau seperti lingkungan kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keanekaragaman tumbuhan tingkat tinggi di area Gedung Pascasarjana Kampus UIN Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei eksploratif dengan teknik jelajah dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener (H’). Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada minggu kedua bulan Mei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Plot 1 belakang pascasarjana ditemukan 329 individu dari 7 spesies dengan nilai H' sebesar 0,88 (kategori keanekaragaman rendah), didominasi oleh Imperata cylindrica (76%). Sementara itu, di Plot 2 belakang pascasarjana ditemukan 134 individu dari 11 spesies dengan nilai H' sebesar 1,97 (kategori keanekaragaman tinggi), dengan distribusi individu yang lebih merata. Perbandingan kedua plot menunjukkan bahwa distribusi yang seimbang antar spesies lebih memengaruhi tingginya keanekaragaman daripada jumlah individu semata. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan vegetasi dan konservasi tumbuhan tingkat tinggi untuk mendukung stabilitas dan keberlanjutan ekosistem di lingkungan kampus

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent to which the use of Educaplay media influences fourth-grade students’ learning interest in the IPAS subject. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method. The participants were 25 fourth-grade students of MIS Al-Jihad Palangka Raya. The study was conducted from November to January 2026 at MI Al-Jihad Palangka Raya. The results of data analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between the use of Educaplay learning media (independent variable) and students’ learning interest (dependent variable). The correlation coefficient (R) was 0.607, which falls within the interval of 0.60–0.779 and is categorized as a strong correlation. The regression test results showed an F-value of 13.416 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that the regression model is appropriate for predicting students’ learning interest based on the use of learning media. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.368, indicating that the use of Educaplay media contributed 36.8% to students’ learning interest, while the remaining 63.2% was influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, confirming that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of learning media and students’ learning interest

Abstract

Hydroponic techniques are one of the intensification efforts that will ultimately increase the use of land and nutrient solutions. Nutrient solutions use liquid organic fertilizers (POC), which contain the composition of nutrients needed by plants such as AB Mix fertilizer, but are sold at very cheap prices because they are made from fermented organic materials. The organic waste needed in making fertilizer, researchers use red onion skins, banana stems, and kiambang as liquid organic fertilizer because this waste is often found but has not been utilized optimally. The method in this research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which was analyzed using Analysis of Variance, there were 5 treatments P0 (AB Mix 100% Control), P1 (POC 25% + AB Mix 75%), P2 (POC 50% + AB Mix 50%), P3 (POC 75% + AB Mix 25%), P4 (POC 100%). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of liquid organic fertilizers of red onion skin, banana stem kepok and kiambang as liquid organic fertilizers for hydroponic lettuce. After conducting experiments and calculations using ANOVA, the results of the effect of the combination obtained the best combination of nutrients in treatment 1, namely 75% AB Mix and 25% POC, with the parameters of leaf width, plant height and the maximum number of leaves

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan serta efektivitas media video berbasis narasi digital untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual fotosintesis pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan ADDIE, melibatkan 26 siswa kelas IV MIS Al-Jihad Palangka Raya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan tes kognitif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, yakni 100% dari ahli materi dan 96,4% dari ahli media. Implementasi media secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar dari rata-rata 71,92 menjadi 80,38 (p = 0,004 < 0,05). Respons positif siswa mencapai 88,9%, yang membuktikan efektivitas media dalam menstimulasi minat dan keterlibatan belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa visualisasi dinamis berbasis narasi digital efektif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan kognitif siswa pada materi sains yang bersifat abstrak. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong transformasi peran guru menjadi kreator konten instruksional yang adaptif, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap karakteristik belajar generasi Alfa.
